Robbins Brothers is absolutely amazing in every single way! My girlfriend and myself worked with James, the Assistant Manager. We were searching for promise rings for each other. Not only did we find beautiful promise rings, but we received excellent top notch customer service. As an LGBTQ+ Couple, we felt truly valued and respected by James and the place was definitely LGBTQ+ friendly as well.They had a wide range of rings to choose from and James was very helpful in helping us to choose the right one, and sized us appropriately. They are taking all COVID-19 precautions with masks, shields, and sanitizing the sizers and jewelry after try-ons, etc. We felt very safe shopping.When we received the rings, my girlfriend had a problem with the sizing, but Robbins Brothers quickly fixed it by repairing it, and placing some beads on it so that it would fit her finger more properly. They were very fast about repairing it. We highly recommend Robbins Brothers and will definitely be back for our engagement rings. I highly recommend working with James as well!

Robins brothers set my engagement ring and ordered my wedding band. The wedding band came defective and they missed to see the fault.After I brought it back in to get fixed (together with my engagement ring) they said it was supposed to be “about 2-3 weeks. It is taking them over 3 months by now. I continuously call to question when I get my rings back and they don’t give me an answer or call me back with updates as they reassure me at every call (6 so far).I would never leave my jewelry with them again.

Im sure the employees and collection have since moved on, but the lives they helped shape with just one ring were worth every single thought and penny. Im grateful everyday. Ive never had a more personal approach for jewelry anywhere else.

I just walked out of the store a few minutes ago with nothing but great things to say about the experience. I was assisted by Ben, who was exceptional in every way.- He was able to easily understand my needs and what I was looking for.- He was very knowledgeable about the various materials and he always broke things down for me in a very pragmatic way. He explained to me the differences in terms of how often I would have to inspect/clean it, how careful I would have to be with it, what materials go together and what dont.- Not once did I feel that I was pushed in a direction I didnt want to explore. Not once was I offered to see something just for the sake of it being more expensive.- Because I was buying multiple pieces of jewelry at the same time, he offered without charge many services that he would normally charge for. Without me having to ask. I would have asked, but not having to shows that they are not in the business of taking advantage of people.It was obvious that Bens top priority was to find the right options for me and be helpful in any way possible. If the above does not convince you to at least go into the store and have a chat, I will leave you with this:I was looking at a piece of jewelry that had a great design that I liked, but Ben could tell it was out of my price range for that particular item as I wanted to spend most of my budget on something else. Not only did he pick up on that, but he offered me a different piece of jewelry, within my budget, which with some modifications that he would make free of charge would make it look almost identical to the more expensive one.I could not recommend more highly.

Went to a few ring stores before coming here and wow what a difference! We both had no idea what either of us wanted in a wedding ring/band so working with Mac was a life saver. Hes super knowledgeable and is really passionate about diamonds but also about helping people find exactly what they want without trying to upsell you. Theyre super accommodating and dont try to make you feel like you have to buy something here instead of somewhere else. I would recommend this place to any of my friends! Went there looking for a Ruby engagement ring. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. One of the few places I found able to supply the stones.

Theyll show you where and when to spend money and when not to. Saved me a grand on the diamond by letting me see them outside and pointing out that the trained eye can barely see the difference. Will never go anywhere else!They also buff my wedding ring when ever I swing by in like 5 minutes.

I needed a duplicate of my wedding band, originally ordered 10 years ago, and was a little nervous that the style would have been discontinued. Jeff not only helped to ensure that the ring ordered was going to be an exact match, but he did it all through email/phone correspondence (since Im currently living abroad) AND made sure the ring arrived safely at my doorstep in Dubai!! The entire process couldnt have gone more smoothly!!

These people are spectacular. We came in to have rings polished, and despite the fact that we didnt buy from them, they offered this service free, provided beverages while we waited, did an outstanding job on the polishing, and were nothing but kind. Highly recommend Robbins Brothers.

We worked with Ben Merchant on a custom ring and it turned out beautifully! Not to mention, Ben was so easy and nice to work with. He asked lots and lots of questions to make sure he completely understood what I wanted. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured by any means. He priced out each component of the ring for us so there were no surprises at the end with cost. He alwasy gave us multiple options and listened to what was most important to us. His design work was spot-on and he completely knows what he is doing and has a vast knowledge of diamonds, metals, styles etc. I would definitely work with him again and will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

We went here to have a mans wedding band resized and were greeted by friendly staff that actually advised against having the band resized. Instead they offered to slightly shrink the ring to a better fit and polish it up, free of charge. The band fits perfectly now and we so appreciated their help. Would definitely recommend!

I scheduled and appointment and bought the ring and my fiance loved it, but I couldnt get the pdf copies of the paperwork, the lady works there promised me to send it to me but she never do that and never replied to my emails. Its sad that they reply to you to schedule and appointment but not when need a service from them. they have a nice collection and the prices are reasonable but the customer service unfortunately is not professional.Update: The store reached out to me and sent me the paperwork I was waiting for, it seems like there were an emails issues.

There is not a singly other jewelry store you should check out if you are planning on getting engaged. From the moment I called the store inquiring about an engagement ring until after I proposed, the staff at Robbins Brothers were there to provide me great information, great deals and ensured that my proposal went off without any issues. Marjorie at the Seattle location made me feel at ease about picking the right ring and center diamond. I walked in nervous and felt great leaving. Boun was instrumental in setting up my surprise proposal on short notice and with little time to prepare the day of. Without him helping out, there is no way I wouldve had the room decorated in time. The best thing about that (other than my fiance saying yes, of course) was that Boun came up on his own time to help me out, without any extra charges, fees, hourly rates or anything. Even after the proposal, he met my new fiance and me at Kerry Park, in Seattle to help us take pictures.I highly recommend this place to any guy looking to propose. They are amazing.

We were thrilled with the variety at EE Robbins. The amazing service just sealed the deal - we knew there was no other place to go. Every staff member is super knowledgable and helped us remain cautious of our budget. Im indecisive by nature and Kim was amazingly patient ensuring we got just the right ring. They did an amazing job keeping us updated on the status of things: when the ring would be coming in, when we needed to swing in for the 6 month check in, etc etc. I cant recommend this place enough! I contacted that jeweler, and they recommended and put me in contact with RB, specifically Ben Marchant. We set up a convenient time to come in and check out rings and diamonds.From the time I walked in I was treated with outstanding service and friendliness. Ben took the time to get to know me a little, he listened to the guidelines my gf had given me, and we put together a game plan with a few different options. I appreciated this a lot, instantly I felt Ben had my best interest at heart, and I could trust him throughout the whole process. And I did.They offered me water, beer and wine while I browsed the store. I stuck with the water till Ben helped me pick the engagement band. Then it was time to head back and discuss diamond options...time for that beer!Ben did a nice job educating me just enough about diamonds so I felt like I could make an informed decision. RB had a nice,quick little educational ppt on the computer that Ben and I went through together. I was very pleased and excited. The service was great, the people were welcoming and friendly, and that made for a very enjoyable experience.Ill be going to RB for all my future jewelry transactions.
