He was very professional, patient and detailed during the entire process. He always took time to explain to me the pros and cons between all of my options and worked within my budget. I ordered a 9th year anniversary ring with a custom design channel and setting in Nov 2017 from Woodrow. Woodrow is very professional and had patience to show me various design ideas and explain me how to differentiate between diamond and Moissanite.
