This is a great shop and a pleasure to do business with. I had to ship an eight foot surf fishing rod to my grandson, back east. Another was a WWII piece of history. They packed each meticulously and now my grandson is now the owner of wonderful family heirlooms. I never go anyplace else for our shipping needs.

This place is the gem of the neighborhood! Not only are they amazing at shipping out all sorts of packages (including international), they also carry a large selection of really cool gifts and other things you never knew you needed but absolutely adore. Each and every team member is so friendly. I really enjoy each time I get to deal with the Mailbox Ballard.

My preferred, go-to place for shipping, unlike the UPS ripoff store ripoff, The Mailbox charges the same as the post-office, but with a much better attitude, smiles, and chocolate for sale. Plus very reasonable handling/boxing and packing charges. This is the only place I go, really, to ship stuff out. They provide several shipping options according to your timeframe. The only problem they have is when they highlight the tracking number that is about as dark as the receipt; I would ask them NOT to highlight the tracking number so it can be read and better reported on eBay, or wherever.

The new owners of The Mailbox Ballard did a great job turning around the business from a poor to excellent service! Staff now move fast as well as the shipment of packages out of town. I often buy local gifts and it gets sent off smoothly. Good Job!

Stopped in to have a box shipped out and found out it was going to be super expensive. Not because of their service or the weight but because of the size of the box. They offered to repack it for me into a smaller box and cut the cost by 2/3. Above and beyond customer service! Highly recommend them!

Love the Mailbox! Super convenient place to mail packages, drop off Amazon return boxes and even pick up a cute gift. The new owners are awesome and the service is always great! Happy to have a place like this in the neighborhood.

They are always friendly and helpful. This is a great place to do holiday mailing or just drop off package returns. Its not as fancy as Ballards Sip and Ship but its convenient, personable and gets the job done. Plus, they have an old school Seattle wall of event posters so you can see whats happening around town.

Great local business that provides personalized help with shipping and packing problems. I mailed skis from here and she helped me with every step of the process. Dont be fooled by the staffs sometimes gruff manner. They are listening and doing their job in a more reserved manner than a Starbucks employee.

Needed a fax, really? People still fax?, was cheaper than a package of gum. They were super friendly and even had locally made goods. Nice place.
