Weve gone to Minuteman Press in north Seattle several time to print and send mailers for our neighborhood retail store. They provide great service every time.

Love this place. GREAT service, beautiful prints. I went in to get some test prints made to check their quality (for high quality art prints) - the colors are rich and deep, and the price is so right - though he gave them to me for free! And he gave me a shipping tube. SO happy! Will be using them for my orders.

My employer is an engineering firm and they love to have these guys print out schematics. Service is prompt and friendly and the quality of the product is very good.In the past, we would have to wait a day for some of the larger print jobs, but during a recent visit, I learned that theyre expecting a new printer by the end of June that will be able to handle those larger sizes.Overall, theyre a good business that puts out a good product and we look forward to using them in the future.

The employees were polite enough, but it took them 2 days to finish my small job, and they charged 4x what I was quoted. (They actually asked 8x, but when I reminded them what I was quoted they lowered it.) After that, I discovered that the paper was cut too small, which made them completely unusable for my application. I took them back hoping for some sort of a refund or a discounted reprint, but ended up just quibbling over whether they were 1/8 or 1/16 too small. I feel bad writing a negative review, cause I really dont have it out for them, but that was my experience. I know other people have had better experiences than I. The print quality was great btw.Update: (1 year later) I tried them out again for printing a small poster, and was charged more than I was quoted again. This time though they refunded the portion that went above the original (incomplete) quote. Apparently they changed management a few months ago and are paying more attention to these kinds of things. +1 star
