Major Brands outfitted my new condos bedrooms with the nicest carpet I have ever set foot on at the best price in the greater Seattle area! I found their selection to be excellent, but the service from Curt was outstanding. While other showrooms let me wander in among aisles of carpet without giving me a second thought, Curt immediately welcomed me, got to know what I was looking for, and pointed me in the right direction in their ample selection. He gave me a rough estimate on the spot, ordered samples to be sent directly to me, and made it incredibly easy to follow-up once I was ready to schedule. The installers were equally courteous and I am very pleased with the end result. Many thanks to the whole team!

Every aspect of customer service was fantastic. Within one week, we had a bid and installation complete. They were understanding that time was crucial to us, because we are trying to get the home on the market. Both appointments for the bid and installation were kept to the time stated - no two-hour frame to have to work in. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly, and information was clearly communicated. Installer did a great job, left the home clean and the carpet looks terrific. We would definitely use them again.

Horrible customer service. A sales rep by the name of mark was very rude. I was not using the correct vernacular to describe an item and I needed his help looking for it. Mark told me he could not speak to me and hung up the phone.
