I bought LVP floors from this place to replace my laminate flooring in 2020. While the flooring they sold me is high quality and looks great, there were some issues with installation. When installing the trim I bought to go around the edge of the floors, they put everything upside down (it was 5/8 x 3/4 trim and the long side was supposed to be vertical, but they put it horizontal). Also, the company seems to be super low-tech. They didnt even use a computer to keep records of their customers; instead they had to look up my record using paper receipts and at one point they couldnt find it.

Carpeted our home and laid vinyl floors all in one day. Beautiful workmanship and cheaper than other places we looked. Friendly staff. Both Jeff and Dave were extremely helpful.

I have purchased carpet and linoleum over the years from Consolidated Carpets. The service and products are excellent. In 2007 and in 2020 I had sewer problems and had to replace the bathroom floor. Jeff went beyond the call of duty to help me with all the issues that I had to deal with. James installed the new floor and he is a perfectionist and the floor look wonderful. This company is a keeper. I have bought flooring from them for many years but this is the first time I have written a review.

Our first experience with Jeff, Dave and Ceasar, has been terrific. No extensive upfront contracts. No Measuring fee. No having to deal with outside installer, etc...Jeff described the service, then filled it to a TEE. The installers were polite, clean and careful to keep the work area clean before and after install of both new vinyl and carpet in 625 sq ft rental unit. All were very patient in answering all of our questions. They are definitely on our SPEED DIAL when turning our next apartment.

Jeff was great to work with and really knows the products. The installer, Ceasar did an excellent job. Two things I am super happy about: Transitions from hardwood and tile to carpet and only two seams in the master that are in the closets. It was a super tricky room because there is a main room with three crazy shaped closets (you walk through the closet area to get to the bathroom).

Very helpful took the extra time to help us with how to install carpet remnant in stairs.

Second hiring of this company concluded -- one for a rental, one for my house. Two successes! This is Old School. They know the product, they dont up-sell, and they employ in-house installers. Full 100% recommend Consolidated Carpets!
