The slabs looks amazing. Mind blowing. you guys should come and see this place

Good product, but their return policy is for the birds. 1) only 10 days with 20% restocking fee2) only full orders accepted, which is ridiculous for tiles in perfect condition which can easily be resold.They would not waive the fee nor even give a store credit. I will not be returning and recommend you don’t go there either.

If youre in the market to buy a slab of stone, Meta is the place to go. Their inventory is impressive, and thats an understatement. They put Cosmos, MSI, and Bedrosians to shame, and the showroom assistants were lovely to work with.

Very bad service.. I was asking sales person to make an order for travertine tile to match the color in existing shower and they sold me limestone in the similar color. But for mosaic they sold me travertine which is good. Tiles for the walls they sold me limestone in boxes which was unmarked. I was out able to verify what is inside.. Once I arrived to return the tile they did not accept my return and said my tile guy and me are blind. At my opinion if sales person doesnt know difference between limestone and travertine store suppous to do something with it. It is very ridiculous service when I ever received in my life. Very unprofessional personalities and to be honest very rude.

They never make a mistake! How awesome. Pic on the left is of the slab they gave us, slab on the right is the one I chose. Look different? Thats where youre wrong, but dont feel bad, I was wrong too. You see, theyve not made a mistake in 20 yrs, so it must be me (us).So why do they look different? Lighting, or maybe your cameraWe have pictures of the tags on both slabs, so why dont they match? The tags mean nothing, its the name on the slab that counts...I could rail on, but bottom line is the customer is DEFINITELY not always right. Theyll accept ZERO fault or even the suggestion thereof.I strongly suggest you look at MSI and Pental instead. Things likely would go fine for you at Meta, but if they make a mistake...oh wait, they never do...Never mind.

Excellent selection of granite slabs, many with samples you can take. Much larger selection and better labelled than nearby MSI.
