A store can have good inventory but if they dont have great customer service and knowledgeable staff people will go elsewhere! Everyone at Master Wholesale seem to know the products quite well and that is so helpful for busy contractors. Elizabeth is exceptionally great at helping with more complex or lengthy orders and I especially appreciate how she knows so much about all the materials, clearly enjoys her job and she is much appreciated by us here at Strictly Tile!

Amazing selection of products and tools for tiling. This was my first tile project, and was having trouble finding supplies. They had a wide array of grout options in stock to choose from, and was able to find a perfect match to my tile when nobody else had an option in-stock that was close. I learned about the company because my friend had picked up anti-lippage/leveling spacers here that even the big box stores didn’t have available. Side note: I got locked out of my car and the manager went out of his way and saved my day by helping me get back in. Thank you!!!

Great store, helpful staff! Sometimes their inventory on tools gets low, so dont count on being able to show up and buy a specific saw blade or hand tool (check inventory or buy it on their website). But materials are plentiful, which is what brings me back!

Hands down the best place to buy tools and suppliers for my tile company. I have been there 100+ times in the last 15 years. Always had great service and prices. Good luck finding any other store in Washington who stocks such a verity of tools for the tile trade.

Their website gives very inaccurate information on what products they have available in store. Some of the staff are either uninformed on the products they have IN STOCK or dont quite understand what you are asking for.

This shop has everything you would need if you tile or work with stone. I just picked up a bundle of wooden template strips. They are used by countertop fabricators to make templates of the stone the have to cut. I use them to make a template of any odd shape, like shower pans, cabinet panels and wood countertops. They have heated floor wire, t-stats, or trowels, tile, tools, thinset. Anything to do with cutting or setting a stone product.

We’ve shopped at Master Wholesale for over 20 years. As Certified Tile Installers we look for expertise and information regarding our trade and making sure our projects are done correctly and will stand the test of time. When we need the right materials and tools for our projects we immediately call the “Dream Team”! Either Jackie, Donna, Travis or Blake have the answers to our questions. Very helpful tile tool store

I needed some items for our bathroom remodel (tile, shower system) and they have many different brands in stock. Seems like a really good store for these kinds of products. We have just relocated our business to Seattle from NW Montana. Our business has existing accounts with a few national tile distributors. One of the things we underestimated on our move is how busy the business would be. Our distributors are busy as well and we felt like we didn’t matter much to them a few times. A few weeks ago, we were last to be allowed to start our work on a custom home project. This cut two days off of our schedule and we had to have our installers work over the weekend. There was a mix up on the Laticrete grout and we needed to find some on a Saturday. Master Wholesale was the only distributor we could find that was open and confirmed they had the color and amount we needed.Didn’t know what to expect but we were very happy we found them. One of the ladies helped us right away and showed us around to see what they stock. They stock multiple sizes of shower kits and pan liners. We also found some MK blades for our old red workhorse. Overall, they have a great mix of different manufacturers that you don’t get at a big box store. Product knowledge was pretty impressive as well. Irma on the sales counter called a vendor to double check something for us and got us feeling good about a shower detail questions we had. Great place to buy what you need, even on the weekend.

Prices are good. They cater to a certain set of contractor needs, so its not the widest selection. Staff are very helpful.

Tile guys paradise!!

Bizzare experience in the store. In the middle of a project, ran out of grout. They were the only place open on a Sunday within 30 miles. Called ahead and asked if they had our grout as we are in the middle of the project, said they would set it aside and to ask for Vivian (so far so good). Drive 40 minutes to get there and once we arrive nothing is set aside. Speak with Vivian, who proceeds to tell us about a dead baby rock festival in the area and how we should go. We politely say no and ask for two boxes. After some confusion on the size, we asked to see the stock. Took a long walk back to the grout while she told us more about the beer festival and how we should go. Again, we let her know we are in the middle of a project. Then she asks if we want to change colors or add glitter, again we are half way done with one shower and need to keep everything the same and are kind of in a hurry. We decide on the size and come back to the counter where she asks where we bought the original grout from. Tiles for Less, we say. Oh, I HATE that place! You know they buy directly from us right? So about that festival... I let her know we were in the hurry, COULD NOT GO TO THE FESTIVAL and she kind of tossed the bucket at us we were on our way.Like I said, really really weird experience.

Ive been doing business with Master Wholesale for the past couple of decades. Theyre always improving the store to meet the needs of the trades. They also give huge discounts to loyal customers. This is the place to go if youre in the marble and granite fabrication, tile, or trowel trades.

The customer service was completely not helpful for us and unprofessional . The girl at the front desk was rude and did not explain to us anything about the product. However, the loading staff was friendly and helpful. We will never go there again.

Reducing to a single star up from 5 stars. Vivian promised 4 units at $48 each to be delivered within one week. Countless phone calls and 5 weeks later, I have nothing but a $839 charge on my Visa. My project is already over. I am trying to undo the charge with little luck. I posted the initial 5-star review because she asked me pretty hard while taking the order. It was a mistake.---Vivian was very helpful. She processed my special order that required some research. She got me exactly what I needed within the time frame I needed it and got me some savings along the way, too.

Used to be the go to spot for all tile needs. They are pretty run down and oldschool but had the best prices so I didnt mind. But prices have been steadily climbing and now they are one of the most expensive places for tile supplies. With so many other options in the area I rarely shop here anymore.

Went to buy Schluler bathroom products. The old system is 16 steps versus the Schluler system that is three steps. The saleswoman was quite knowledgeable and quickly pointed us to all of the products that we would need to do the job. There is even a place in the store to buy broken bags of mortar at deeply discounted prices. I would definitely return to by other products.

Ive been doing business here for well over 25 years and they have always treated me well.Blake and crew seem to be up on the latest and best marble and tile supplies.

They have a wide selection of products. The only downside is that for returns they do store credit.Blake is helpful though.

They share personal info, help slander companies then avoid you completely for a discussion about proper personal, company info... un educated employees that dont know the right materials and cost failures on jobs.
