Great Burgers And Fries! I highly suggest! The staff was very kind and helpful and the food was clearly made with tons of love. I got the gluten free bun and built two of my own burgers (yeah I said two) The fries tasted like Gordon Ramsey himself hand crafted them. I gobbled it all down with a great soda. I will be back soon.
Friendly staff!! Easy ordering and take out set up! Everyone is helpful and communication is good between cooks-and the one serving you aswell as letting customers know how long til their food will be ready! Not to mention the food is fabulous 💕
I had dinner there last week and as usual, it was perfect. My kids always love this place. Burgers perfected Cooked over a real fire with lots of smoke. Also, make sure you get the onion strings. While the fries are good, you can get fries anywhere. The onion strings here are very unique and delicious. A little pricy but its made to order and high quality.
Im sad they took off the raspberry chocolate shake because it was the best shake Ive ever had in my entire life but the regular chocolate is still so good. the fries are like McDonalds fries but more fancy, you dont feel like youre eating McDonalds fries. The burgers are pretty good and the TVs that used to show the making of the buns were entertaining but they took them away.

Eat that burger so fast i almost choked, i feel bad for the me that never ate this burger, some where in the multiverse i didnt eat the food of the gods. their milkshakes were stirred by God himself by hand. lettuce straight from a angles garden. The phrase made with love would never be used better right now. I cant even show a photo of what i ate because i ate it so quick
Oh my goodness! What a find. It was exactly what I needed the night I went. The customer service, quality of food and timely preparation of my order was appreciated. Honestly, I had no clue what to expect.There werent many patrons in the outdoor covered patio and the surrounding tables, maybe about 20, but that made my experience all the better.It was a warm summer evening and I needed some alone with my thoughts time, the food, space and quiet was perfect and there is/was plenty of parking.
Went several times during covid and it was mediocre service and the burgers are so so. Just went since the first time it fully re opened the inside and they never called my order so it sat and got cold, then I get home and it’s the wrong burger and maybe twenty little crumbs of shoe string fries which is there only side and one size so you’d figure a good amount for 3 bucks. Pretty lackluster.For my several experiences for a burger place with a menu that small it should be pretty easy to please someone coming for your signature burger and only side order.
Love this place. I had no idea it existed before moving to the Junction, but it’s now my go-to burger place. Online ordering is super easy, and their prices are reasonable. Fries are great, although I do miss their onion rings. Fingers crossed they bring them back at some point!
If you need a burger come here! These burgers are super well priced. You buy the fries separate from the burger. Not in a bad way but these burgers kind of remind me of McDonald’s/shakeshack. Thin burgers with fluffy buns. Size is about mini burger size and fries are floppy. The fried chicken is a bit overrated but same price so I might get a fried chicken and a burger and you’d be solid!
Coastline Burgers is a fairly recent discovery for me. Even so, it has quickly become one of my go-tos for tasty burgers and fries. I havent had the chance to dine in at either of their locations but from what I can tell from my interactions with them when Ive picked up my order, they have a pretty friendly staff too.
This burger place restored my faith in good tasting burgers again. They come up with a new flavor of burger every month plus a different milkshake as well. If you want crunchy fries with an amazing tasting american burger then this is your mecca right here in west seattle.
Really well made burgers, great sauce, convenient tablet for placing orders. Quick, easy and most importantly delicious. I’m not a huge fan of their type of buns and I wish they have more options. I’ll give them 5 starts once they have other type of buns.

Horrible customer service. Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to process my online order because it would not let me submit. I called to try and place an order over the phone instead. But they were so eager to close that they would not let me place an order and gave a very weak excuse that they have no control over the website. Wow. If my employers website didnt work and we were losing customers, it would be all hands on deck. I guess ill be ordering from zippys or LilWoodys tonight--around $70 worth of burgers.
I just walked by this place today and happen to glance over at the patrons eating Haystick fries outside. I immediately ran into the place. Ive never been here before but the burgers look pretty amazing. Since we just had a huge lunch I decided to just grab a shake and fries.The fries are fresh and the chocolate shake wasnt very rich, which I like. The service is fast and the people are super nice.

I didn’t get much at Coastline but what I did get was noteworthy. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was decently busy. The interior has a lot of throwback décor – not so much that it is kitschy though. It’s a nice place to sit while eating a burger. The outdoor seating was nice too since it was sunny out when I visited. I ended up just ordering a Coastline burger with a single patty. Coastline makes a classically good burger. It’s one of those mainstay type of burgers, the one I had wasn’t flashy but it was delicious. The patty was thinnish which allowed a lot of caramelization to happen on the patty lending to a great meaty flavor. The sauce added a bit of tang as well. The buns were a good choice – I believe they were potato and they soaked up the patty juices admirably. I’m glad I tried the burger and I hope to have it again sometime.
Used to come here all the time when I lived in West Seattle. The freshness is what made these burgers so good. Im not sure whats happened but my wife and I were in the area and planned our errands around grabbing a burger for dinner. It was literally the worst experience Ive had. Burgers were lukewarm, undercooked and mine was literally drowning in condiments. I couldnt even eat it. Also, whats up with no tomatoes as an add on? Will not come back.I highly recommend the Swinery down the road or Zippys in White Center. Both are high quality.
Its good burgers, and thick sweet shakes, fries are decent. Its GOOD for what it is. If youre looking for a cheap, fast burger, fries and a shake, this place is as good as any and better than most.

For sure delicious. Patty is on the thinner side but decent flavor. Lettuce tomatoes and pickles and condiments help make it juicy. Bacon cheeseburger was good not dry. HOWEVER this place doesnt automatically serve fries on the side. I ordered and thought I was getting burger + fries and only got a burger. Its a simple menu, you if want the item be sure to order it!
I was super excited to visit this place after a round at the golf course. I love burgers and heard great things about Coastline.The order process was simple. Ordered on the tablet, pays and punch in your phone number. Got a burger, fries and a strawberry smoothie.Waited for about 15 mins and got a text that my burger was ready! Hungry from 5 hours of walking and excited to try out some yummy burger...and the burger was just...ok. I picked up the burger no more than 30 seconds after my text as I was just waiting outside the joint, but the burger was cold by the time I walked back to my car to eat it. Also, not sure what happened, but the burger was SALTY! My hypothesis is that they left the bacon next to the fries station and salted it (by accident?) When they salted the fries. Most every bite was way too salty. I would have went back in to ask, but they are 10 mins from closing and I would feel bad to have them work longer than they have to. Oh well, things happens.The fries - they were ok. Not anything special except that its cut smaller than other fries. Also, it was warm and not hot.Smoothie was good! Good strawberry flavor and good thickness.As mentioned above, I was hungry after a round of golf, which usually mean things would taste better (things usually taste better when you are super hungry, right?) but I was pretty disappointed.Oh well, this just means I have to find another place next time Im around!
This is one of our favorite burger spots in West Seattle. I usually order the Coastline burger and replace the patty with a black bean one. They have a killer fried chicken sandwich and the string fries are diggity. Don’t forget to grab a milkshake too. I accidentally ordered from the Kirkland location and the nice girl working the counter fixed me up and cancelled the other order without any attitude at all. Great great customer service!!!

Fries was also very tasty, very crispy and not greasy at all!! Loved it was not thick! A burger, fries and their sauce for $10! Great job Coastline Burgers West Seattle! Everything here is phenomenal.Burgers: light, fluffy and unobtrusive bun--focus is on the burger. Super satisfying.Fries: thin, crispy, salty, delicious. Large portion.Shakes: chocolate is super rich and well worth a try
Buns appear toasted but must have been pulled from the fridge as they were cold on all 3 burgers which were eaten outside immediately. Wont be back

From the outside I thought it was just another boutique burger chain but the sticker wall above the register with dozens of local breweries, bike shops/groups, fly fishing shops and even other burger joints represented said otherwise.Other highlights: try the garlic and herb mayo on the sideMake sure the missus gets some too or yall wont be neckin for a while.... I ordered online through their website for pickup. When I arrived ~10 minutes later, my order was ready. I got the coastline burger, fries, chipotle and coastline sauce on the side. I liked the chipotle sauce, it was a little spicy. The coastline sauce tasted good too but found it too watery. Fries were not greasy which is good. The burger was good, nothing special about it. I’d come back.

Love this place. The fries guys, if you go for no other reason go for the fries! Nice location, they have milkshakes, beer, and sparkling water. Meat is locally sourced meat and the veggie burger was also really good.Always bring out of Towner’s to this place to enjoy just a good burger, reasonably priced, and a nice location!

Love the fries and shakes too.Edit: Coastline has become our favorite takeout spot during the COVID-19 stay at home time. Online ordering is super smooth and the place is set up to make social distancing very easy. Great takeout setup and the food is as good as ever!

Their burgers are delicious and he buns are soft and buttery. The fries are crisp and light and their milkshakes are amazing. If you are looking for a great local burger place, I highly recommend Coastline. Their onion rings could be better but they make up for it with the fries. A good drink they have besides their milkshakes is their orange cream soda (which is not on their menu so its almost a secret item). The service is not bad and if you eat outside they will bring your food to you. It is definitely one of my favorite spots and I would give it four and a half stars if I could!

Food is only ok, burgers are nothing special and the burger patty is really thin. Onion rings always fall apart. However, I really enjoy their fries. The small restaurant itself is really charming.
Manager didnt even try to tie hair back. Long hair. I was shocked he helped w/the fry preparing. I didnt want to eat his hair, I left. I will never return until the hair of the cook and/or helper is not dangling the hair above my food.

Given the ratings, I expected much better. Quite possibly the worst burger I have had in a long time. I ordered a double to go. After about 20 minutes, my order was ready, I picked it up and left. It was still reasonably warm, but there was mustard all over the burger, the wrapper, the bag. It was like they upended the mustard on the thing to the point it was literally dripping mustard and some ketchup. The burger might have been somewhat okay, but I couldnt tell from all the stuff they squeezed over it. There was a super thin sliced of tomato, some lettuce and mustard. I like an average amount of mustard on a burger, so it isnt that... They drowned it for some inexplicable reason, to the point that it was disgusting.

We had a couple burgers, the Special and Bacon Cheeseburger. Tasty and the ingredients are fresh. Haystack fries are thin, crispy and salted just right. Service was great, a breeze. A solid go to option for a good burger!
Their burgers are surprisingly good. The thin crunchy fries are very good as well. Overall not bad for what you pay for. The wait is a little long but thats the only complaint.

Everything is made from scratch, they bake the buns, the cook fresh meat, hand battered onion rings, hand cut fries! Milkshake, pop, or bear there is also a good drink selection. Coastline is hand down the best burger in West Seattle
Delicious burgers, tasty fries! The music is hit or miss. Sometimes a bit too much blues rock with high pitched guitar solos. Thats fine once Im eating and have a beer but until then its pure hell. But hey! Thats just me, plenty of folks dig that stuff. This isnt a music review, after all. Great burger joint. Go and enjoy!

I love that this place understands that the bun is~part~of the burger. Their delicious homemade buns are absolutely perfect. And if you enjoy shoestring french fries, you will love the golden crispy ones at this place. I only give 4 stars because I cant recommend the shakes. The shakes are just okay but I would skip them.
Not very big but the flavor is huge. Several choices for burgers and good onion rings. It was clean and the service was great.
So, I really wanted Coastline today, but decided to give another local place a try. As I was eating my way too salty burger, I allowed one single tear to roll down my cheek in remembrance of the burger that could have been, but wasnt because SOMEONE decided to deviate. I miss you Coastline. Please forgive me. Ill be back next time.
