This winery appeals to me much. The room was both beautiful and comfortable. The wines were excellent, and the aroma was strong. The workers were really kind and knowledgeable about the wines. She assisted me in selecting a suitable wine to present to my brother. Aside from wine, they also served beers and whiskey. What a wonderful location!

Great selection of beer that is well-organized and clearly labeled. You can break up packs and buy individual cans if you want as well, which is great for trying new stuff. This has become my go-to stop for beer hauls.

This wine shop located near our area was very cheap! They sell cheap wines, beers, and other booze than any other wine shop in the city. I always go here whenever I needed to buy a wine or beer for my father, uncles, and friends. Their staff, John, was always very helpful. He helped me choose what wine or beer to purchase for everyone. Highly recommended!

Ordered for delivery, got it as estimated and brands as ordered, but paid for a 12pk and received a 6pk...for the same price.Called in, and it was rectified in less than 30 seconds; staff was quick to acknowledge the mistake and fault, and immediately sent their driver back with the correction. Ordering was simple, driver was professional, they called or texted when needed, and even though an error occurred... It was quickly dealt with.Decent customer service, goes a long way.

Great liquor store. Solid wine, beer, and liquor selection. I manage to find things here that dont always pop up elsewhere - unique scotch and bourbon bottlings, limited release beers, and solid bourdeaux imports. Maybe a little on the pricey side for scotch, but hopefully coming down soon with the recent elimination of the added import tax.

Great selection and the staff is very helpful. They do tasting on Fridays and have a growler fill up station. Love that have extensive local options. I feel like I can easily spend an hour looking around at everything.

Ordered online for the first time. Delivery service was fast with great communication. I live in a secure building and the delivery person followed directions to get in building (amazing since it was a big heavy order!) The selection is good, I found some hard to get sour beers that I’m looking forward to trying!

Don’t mess with a national chain like Total Wine or BevMo. Downtown Spirits has as good of a selection or better - without any of the bloat of unwanted bottles. Their delivery is super fast (>1hr) and super easy to order. Can you say Scotch delivered to your door in an hour? At least there’s one good thing in 2020.

I’ve used Downtown Spirits’ online ordering and delivery service twice now since the pandemic started and had great experiences both times. They have a large selection online and make it really easy to order and set up deliveries. Most recently, I placed an order and had to change the delivery time window because of a change in my schedule. I reached out to them via email and they called me an hour later to ask when was a better time. They re-scheduled it with no hassle and even though the driver had a hard time finding my apartment building (damn you GPS!), the service I got from the delivery driver matched the company. I have nothing but good things to say about Downtown Spirits.

Amazing! Ive been getting delivery from here for a while, and just got another one today. They had everything in stock, including the rare Ardbeg Uigeadail.I also got a 750ml bottle of Woodford Reserve, and I was pleasantly surprised. I pad for a regular ol $45 bottle, but instead I got a limited edition with a fancy glass! A couple of minutes after my most recent order, I received a call from Downtown Spirits explaining that one of the products I chose was no longer available, and they recommended another one which I agreed with. Less than 15min later they called back and offered an early delivery (as compared to the delivery window I chose). The delivery driver showed up (amazingly) about 10 minutes later. I cant recommend this business enough.

A great and local business with friendly educated staff. They can ship and deliver spirits, have a casual place to get beer on tap or fill growlers, and wide assortment of fine wines, spirits etc. I can always find a reasonably priced mescal tequila here, and the staff certainly seems more knowledgeable and above just a cashier or restocking clerk.

Though the website was a little difficult for me at first, the delivery was very timely, the driver was friendly and respectful, and I was surprised how quickly everything got taken care of. Very satisfied and will shop here often!

I am a huge fan of this store because it has one of the best selections of spirits I have found in the Seattle area. The space itself is large with plenty of space to browse the selection. I can always find a rum to add to my tiki arsenal here. Great selection of Mezcal and Whiskey as well. I have been using their delivery service more since the pandemic started. I have had same day service in both Seattle and Redmond and it was flawless in both cities. If you dont mind paying extra its a great option but they have a parking lot if you want to go in person.

Great selection of pretty much anything. Im partial to their rotating selection of craft beers. They have a few taps in back at reasonable prices, so this is a nice stop with friends after work. They used to do free tastings on Fridays but havent had one in a month or two, bring those back! They were a blast.

A great place to shop, but we paid $27 for a 2 hour wine seminar that was just a run-of-the-mill tasting that is free at every other wine/liquor store anywhere else in the Seattle. Five wines, no education, and we were out of there in 30 minutes. It was advertised as limited to 20 people, but that appeared to be just a ploy to persuade people that it was in some way limited or special. It was neither of those things.

Great business, nice folks, excellent selection. Why 2 stars? Their delivery system leaves much to be desired. I’ve placed two orders through their website (they’re no longer available on Drizzly) and both have been massively delayed.They charge $10 for delivery (double their competitor) and promise to be there within an hour. The reality for me has been more like 1.75 - 2 hours. On both instances, I’ve called them at the hour mark and been told that my order slipped through the cracks and they would send out the driver “ASAP”. This is unacceptable for a $10 delivery charge.As much as I’d love to continue ordering from them, I will be taking my business elsewhere. In the days of ubiquitous online ordering, reliability matters.
