Weve purchased multiple beds from Soaring Heart and I have nothing but positive things to say about their products or their client service. For me, I sleep much more comfortably on their beds as compared with multiple other brick and mortar or online brands that weve purchased over the years. Our dog also loves his custom bed that they made for us! Id highly recommend Soaring Heart.

Soaring Heart has high quality certified organic bedding and exceedingly thoughtful, educated employees. We bought our first bed here after an unhealthful experience with a toxic product. Years later, that replacement bed is still a dream to sleep on! Now, in need of a bed on short notice, Annette in Bellevue really stepped-up and crafted a prompt solution. Eugenia is not just a retail sales person in a store that sells beds. Eugenia lights up that store. From the moment you walk in you see little humorous and positive thought signs and little dishes of candy and even treats for the dogs that walk by. You would never know she wasnt the owner with the love and care she shows to each person that comes in, listening to just what they need and finding just the right thing for them.My new bed is sooo comfy. I just recently purchased 4 pillows and a soft topping for my bed from Soaring Heart. I purchased it at the Edmonds store, and I loved the products and the services. I really enjoyed working with Eugenia, she was a tremendous help to me, she helped me figured out which product would work best for me. I was having shoulder and neck pain, and now is totally gone. My bed is so comfy now, it is hard for me to get out of bed, lol! I also introduced the pillow to a couple of my friends, they were also having neck pains in the mornings, and now is gone. Just spent 5 K on a bed as a first time customer. Employees here were icey, and even rude. Had been waiting five years for this bed from this company because they had a supposedly great customer service reputation and BOY oh boy is that far from the case. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and so after my bad experience at the Nickerson store I reached out to their Edmonds store and spoke to Eugenia. She was great...until today- when I asked for a delivery date because two weeks ago when the order was placed I was told four weeks out. And now two weeks later I am still getting told four weeks out. See the problem? Meanwhile I am sleeping on an air mattress. Suddenly Eugenia decides after I have purchased to have a Jekyl and Hyde personality flip-and I get this wayyyy overly aggressive and outrightly rude email from her basically gaslighting the hell out of me and SHAMING me and virtue signaling to me merely for asking a basic straightforward question!! Unbelievable. Really! Just- WOW.

We purchased pillows and bedding from Soaring Heart and they are well-made and comfortable. We appreciate the use of organic materials and local craftsmanship and we would highly recommend the products.

I visited Soaring Heart Natural Beds this past weekend looking for a new pillow. When I entered, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of all their bedding products. I was given samples of all the materials they use, and the benefits of each, and then had the opportunity to test as necessary. I have since been sleeping on a new kapok pillow, which is made from natural, organic materials, and it has been great.I would recommend stopping in this store for any bedding needs you have. Quality seems quite high, and the employees seem enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The prices are a little high, but not unreasonable for the organic nature of the products.

Just ordered the Side Sleeper Boomerang Pillow and it came in yesterday. Man did I wake up without neck pain!! Best pillow ever so far. Got the shredded latex to make it easier to adjust. The company also responded to my messages in a timely manner. Great company!!

I have had my king size natural bed for over 3 years now. It makes for a much more comfortable sleep for me. I can sleep through the night now. The adjustable bed allows me to adjust my head to just the right height for a perfect sleep, and massage feature allows me immeasurable comfort. The Soaring Heart team is quick to come out to repair any issues. I highly recommend.

I was hesitant about purchasing a sofa bed online and having it delivered to NY - but delivery was right on schedule and the quality of our sofa frame and mattress exceeded our expectations! we did need to assemble the frame - which took a little time - but the assembly instructions were spot-on and all went smoothly. As both a sofa, and a guest bed - we- and our guests -all love our new super comfy sofa bed! Very satisfied with our on-line purchase!

Wonderful conforming pillow. Decided to try getting a nicer pillow for once as Ive been having neck and back pains for a few weeks. After trying 4 or 5 different pillow materials I ended up with a buckwheat hull filled pillow. Im definitely sleeping better and waking up less than on my previous pillow.

I have been sleeping on one of their shredded latex pillows for over a year now. The pillow has completely changed the way my neck feels when I wake up. I used to sleep on two thinner pillows, trying to get the right amount of neck support - I’m a side sleeper - but I would tend to get neck spasms anyway. This pillow has filling that you can move around to customize the fit to your own head & neck. It’s heavy, so it stays put at night. This is seriously my perfect pillow.

I have been using soaring hearts organic cotton futons, mattresses and pillows for years and I have to say it compares to none other. I used many other mattresses but none can provide the comfort that their mattress does.

Im 91 years old now - and finally decided it was time for a new mattress. I live in a high rise complex and was concerned how they would deliver the new mattress and take away my old one, but there was no reason to worry, they set me up just fine (and came back a week later to help me adjust my bed slats). Im happy to say they really helped me out and my new bed is worth every penny.

We got the latex and wool crib mattress for our newborn son Bjorn and couldnt be more satisfied. I have intimate knowledge of Soaring Heart, the product and materials as I worked there for eight years on and off - not only is the hand crafted bedding world class, but the company culture, mission and strive for quality is second to none. With the knowledge I have of the questionable materials used in most conventional bedding, I knew without a doubt we would order a crib from S.H. when we learned little Bjorn was on the way. Also, Weve been sleeping on our latex mattress and wool topper for over ten years now and it has been surprisingly resilient and comfortable. I have the luxury of knowing how to rebuild the topper myself when it gets a little compressed - but S.H can do that for you if need be. Cant speak highly enough of this built from the ground up, truly local business. Soaring Heart is an extremely worthy investment that will not disappoint, even if you do have some kind of issue with the product, they do everything possible within reasonable parameters to make things awesome for you. Weve now gone to Soaring Heart for two beds over the years. They met all of our expectations as far as being natural organic latex, cotton and wool, and exceeded expectations as far as customer service. We will be back soon for our youngests upgrade to a toddler bed. Its nice to know what youre sleeping on!

I purchased an organic cotton/wool futon from soaring heart thru my local organic home store, with the intention of sleeping on this futon every night. There are pros and cons to ordering from soaring heart, that I think people should be aware of.Pros: The organic cotton/wool futon is very comfortable, and totally all natural, which is a must for me. ALSO, I like ordering from a small business, and the people from soaring heart I spoke with were easy to work with.Cons: For what it is, I think its overpriced. Its fairly flimsy, and I could see it loose its shape/come undone fairly quickly. ALSO, soaring heart only guarantees their futons for 5 years FYI. AND, if there is a stain larger than a nickel, they refuse to do work on it. SO just keep those things in mind IF you want to purchase a futon from them.All in all, I think a soaring heart futon would work well as an occasional bed for someone, on top of a slatted futon frame, but Im wary of its long term durability as an every night bed option. In a few years, I think Ill put this queen futon on a futon frame and put in my living room, and then get a real nontoxic mattress for myself, to sleep on every night.

This company! So pleased with the communication and customer service with them, I communicated mostly with Rob. I purchased 4 pillows which I found to be more comfortable that I expected ( I removed about a quarter of the shredded latex filling from each, which Ill use for neck pillows or something), & which arrived in time for Christmas, as promised. Happy to be sleeping soundly and sans toxins. Five Stars.

My PT recommended this place to me for pillow for side sleeper with shoulder problem. I went there today and I was the only customer there. The salesperson acted like oh joy, I have to answer questions yet to another customer... She did not even suggest that I try the sample pillow in the store. When I asked about pillow care, she could not even make the distinction between daily, weekly for washing the pillow case. The last straw for me was when she told me it would be very difficult to notify me when the right length of pillow is available. I walked out the store. Clearly, this salesperson did not want my business. I most definitely will share this experience with my PT so the next patient should not bother with this store.

We bought my daughter a wool bolus pillow. I washed the pillow according to the instructions on the site and the pillow is now lumpy and doesnt feel at all like it did. I contacted customer service for advice and never received a response. When buying from a more expensive brand, you should be able to expect excellent customer service. This is not what we received. We will not be purchasing any other items from the store as we originally planned to.

Ive had my new OMI bed for almost a week and OMG OMI its the most comfortable supportive bed on the planet. And not only that, but Soaring Heart has been the BEST company/people to work with. The manager actually came to my home on Bainbridge Island as I was returning a bed that didnt work for me. Louis, Kai, and even the owner, Mike, are low pressure, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. They are used to sensitive people like me and helped me find the best fit for where I spend at least 8 hours a day in a totally organic, no EMF bed of joy! I know theres supposed organic and cheaper beds online but we spend a big portion of our lives on our beds sleeping, reading, etc..:). Im grateful for a place like Soaring Heart who I know has my back (literally) for my sleeping health.

You can test ride/lay on everything! Great low pressure sales and its all hand crafted in the USA! Minus the bed frames and a few other pieces. *update* delivery times are NOT accurate. Give at least an extra day to week additional to the time they quote and EXPECT to contact them, they will not be proactive in calling you to update. After spending $2k, Id expect at least a call if it wasnt going to be done on time. I have to sacrifice a trip (there goes an additional few hundred $$) I had planned next weekend so I didnt have to miss work due to the time frame being incorrect. But Im still excited about the quality of the actual product.
