I am new in the area and was recommended by a friend to come here after some panic over car troubles. I am not really knowledgeable about cars so I wanted to find a place where I wont feel like my ignorance will be taken advantage of. After reading the yelp reviews as well, I decided to give this place a shot. I called ahead to let them know that I would be arriving close to closing and they were very accommodating (although I of course had to leave it overnight). I came in super nervous because I had no idea what to expect price wise but Quan answered all my questions and helped me feel less stressed without giving me unrealistic expectations and even offered me a ride home, which was very appreciated and beyond the customer service I expected. Turned out the next day, that it was just a minor issue, but was given some guidance by Oscar of what my car might need long-term without binding me to have to come to them specifically (which I will anyways because of the great experience!).

We have started to take our cars (BMW, Mercedes) to EuroCar for maintenance--knowing these cars will last forever with proper care. We have been more than satisfied with the service weve received. I like folks who shoot straight and do only what work is needed on-time without fuss. Prices are in line with other top shops in town, perhaps even better than most. I highly recommend.

Get my Audi oil change at EuroCar. Was told theres coolant leak and recommended me to have it checked up at the dealer. Fortunately its still under warranty and got that fixed. EuroCars pricing is very competitive around the greater Seattle area where many charged way too much IMO.

At the referral of our Allstate agent, we brought our 2014 Fiat 500L to EuroCar Service after it stopped recognizing gears consistently. EuroCar was able to quickly diagnose and get our car running again. We are grateful and would love to work with them again.Backstory:We had previously brought our 2014 Fiat 500L to the Rairdon Kirkland Fiat Service department who told us that the car needed a new transmission, approx $7k. The Fiat had 18,460 miles. We wanted a second opinion.EuroCar Service ran a diagnostic which came up with an error code that had no documented description. Fiat did not provide them with a description even after Eurocar inquired. When looking at recalls related to the transmission, EuroCar found that in the recent transmission recall, each Fiat service center had the option to do a fast, inexpensive fix and/or a more expensive software fix. Rairdon Kirkland Fiat, where we had our car serviced, did the inexpensive fix. At our request, EuroCar ordered the part for the software fix (approx. $600 + labor). They called all Fiat dealers and service centers in the state to ask whether the part needed to be programmed or was plugnplay. After days of no response, finally Fiat in Tacoma responded that the part was plugnplay, and the next day the car was ready to go with no error codes.

Tired of schlepping my Fiat out to Burien for regularly scheduled maintenance, I recently decided to give EuroCar Service a shot. It turned out to be a very good move. They were prompt, personable, highly professional and not very pricey. I give em an enthusiastic thumbs up!

I like the guys that work here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I trust them and their work. They are knowledgeable and honest, and have saved me a lot of money where the BMW dealership wanted to charge me over double the cost more than once. They have always gotten me in within a day or two which I appreaciate and get my car back to me timely. And they have loaner cars if my car is going to take all day or longer which is really helpful. I will continue to being my car here.

Great, responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. When we need our van serviced, they work with our timeline, explain what was done and why, and remind us when we need other service (or tell us when we really dont). Couldnt ask for a better shop experience.

I bought a Fiat 500 Abarth that needed a lot of work. I spoke to Irish and Wade about my issues what I thought was wrong and what I was wanting to do. They diagnosed the issues called me and gave me quotes and let me al-a-carte what I needed done. They also gave me a loaner so I saved on the Uber ride back. They don’t deal with aftermarket only OEM parts and the work is warrantied. They aren’t cheap by any stretch but they charge normal book time and normal labor for this area. They have been a HUGE help and I’ll continue to go there for service of my Fiat.

Euro Car Service is the best!! They are super honest. Ive just shown up before and asked them to try and diagnose a problem or listen to a noise and they happily do it - for free! Ive worked with Irish and he is the best. They are also very affordable!

I went in for an oil change—the usual—and ended up with an $800+ bill for a new oil pan because someone “over tightened” the drain plug screw, so it got stripped when they took it out. Funny. They’re the ones that the previous oil change.

EuroCar has always done a great job for me. I had a 79 Mercedes that they did a lot of work on for me. They are trustworthy and quick to get quality work done at a reasonable price.

.Im disappointed. I spent (a lot of money I dont want to divulge) for a routine maintenance visit for my beloved Audi only to have it returned to me with one of the power seats nonfunctional. I wont get into too much detail but they wont accept responsibility.Add to that, they left greasy fingerprints on the engine cover and the interior fabric.

They called to check with me before starting work after doing the diagnosis, and had everything done in a timely manner.

EuroCar is the most professionally run auto repair shop Ive ever worked with. The prices are good and the work performed has been excellent. I feel they are very honest people and would certainly recommend them to others. I have an 05 VW Touareg and its a true pleasure not having to take it to the dealership.

Eurocar is very professional and well run. Service is timely and clients are kept well informed throughout the day of the current repair status and make every attempt to finish work by the end of the day. The hourly rate beats dealership prices but the work is certainly on parr.

I needed several things looked at and fixed on my car. One item, the turn signals, was not working properly. they fixed them but then the next day they didnt work again. i took the car back and they figured out the issue and got them fixed properly.

Great service, professional and helped me get my transmission work under guarantee while I was 2000 miles away. Michael saved the day with his co-ordination of an expensive job which saved me thousands. I travel from Whidbey Island for their service. No job is too small and they are very sensitive to making my schedule fit.

Repaired my BMWs wheel bearing at a reasonable price and did a good job but overfilled my oil but were quick to fix it.

I had a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid that had the engine light on. Euro Car, after a thorough diagnostic they gave me an honest advice that it would cost too much money to fix the problems. I do not think other Auto Services would send customers away without trying to talk them into having the repair services done. This kind of honest advice is hard to come be in this day and age. I would recommend them to all my friends and anyone.On second thought, I think the advice to abandon this Jetta Hybrid was the wrong one. I went to but another car, a Hyundai Kona, supposed to be the SUV of the year and was not very pleased. I should have repaired the Volkswagen Jetta which is a much better carand would have saved me a lot of money.

If you know anything about cars or what repairs actually cost do not take your car here. Owner/guy with Bluetooth/secretary quoted me over 700 for a coolant flange replacement ($30 part) and a coolant flush (usually around 100).Said I had to pay extra because my car is an inch below stock on lowering spring. Never heard of this complaint before, personally put my 2003 Audi A4 on several lifts with no problem. Clearly they do not know what they are doing or have low quality lifts.Wasnt even going to fix my car that day after 10 day wait for appointment. Fix is around 2 hours. Place is a mess.Ordered the parts took it to a Arrows automotive where they know what they are doing. Got the whole fix done for less than 350, was quoted 750 by Michael. Too bad I had to pay 60 bucks there for the diagnoses I already knew.Avoid at all costs, place thinks it has a monopoly on North Seattle Euproean auto repair cause people are lining up to get gauged.
