Decided to come with a friend to his old neighborhood for some breakfast. Had a classic bacon, eggs and home fries breakfast with a complementary side of fresh fruit and free refills on the coffee. Food came out quickly for our hungry stomachs. Service was great. Couldnt ask for better.

I came here with a group of friends for coffee and was happy to see so many changes in the menu. The waitress was very friendly and so was the hostess. The food was fabulous and came out just as we ordered it. Some friends had food allergies and the restaurant was happy to accommodate them. The bathrooms were also spotless which was nice, especially since the place was packed. Glad to see the restaurant is being managed so well!

The staff was so nice. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. I used to come all the time before the recent reopening & we loved it. However, everything we ordered was not good. It started with the coleslaw (which looked delicious) but it was so thick and inedible. I ordered the crab cake (which definitely was not real crab) over vegetables, it was like hospital food. My mom ordered a salad with chicken beets that she took one bite of and then decided not to eat any more. The beets were over cooked and pale. The cheese looked curdled from being placed under piping hot tasteless chicken. We spent $41 and it was such a waste. We both left starving.

Normally even the best diner would rate 4 stars as its a diner not a top end restaurant, so let me explain. The food was great, diner food as good as it gets, Waitress, Maria, was very nice, Owner came by the table which I think is nice. I didnt want dessert even after great urging and wonderful descriptions but when I went to the register to pay the owner was putting Baklava in the display and after I had paid he had put a piece into a container and gave it to me to take home. I just had it and it was beyond good. That gets a diner 5 stars.

This restaurant is fantastic the service was the best I have ever had. I ordered corned beef hash and eggs. Before the meal they brought me a basket of delicious danish, a sample of pasta and some macaroni salad. It was all yummy. I got my meal and it very good as well. Had a piece of cheesecake for desert that was to die for. If you ever get up this way you will not be disappointed if you try this place. Robin from Alabama

Almost didnt go because was the sure about parking but it was in the back. Staff was super nice and the place was extremely clean. Was shocked they gave free mozzarella sticks to my kids and gave us a plate of pasta and bowl of bread when we first sat down before ordering. So nice. Had the chicken gyro which was oversized and really tasty. The kids burger is gigantic. More than enough for two kids. We all left feeling full and satisfied. Happy we came and will certainly come back again.

I literally never do this but i feel like i have to. I literally just left the place and every person working there was so friendly. Ive been here before and every time the food and people are great. I see why its called the seaford palace diner...cause they make you feel like royalty when your there. Highly recommend the place.

There food is beyond delicious and the service was great. My server was patient and genuine The manager was also very friendly as well. I plan on going back the new owners are taking great care of the place and seem to really know what they are doing!

Went here the other night, got my usual pancakes. But what was more than usual was this new extraordinary waiter they have hired, Greg. Never have I had such a pleasure to be served by such an amazing waiter. Extremely friendly, funny, quick, accommodating, smart, and infectiously exuberant. You could not have asked for a better waiter, and thats what I would absolutely suggest, asking to be seated with Greg. You will not be disappointed. This is going to be my new regular spot, im looking forward to my next visit

Better than the original one! The blue cheese dressing is addictive and great variety of foods as well as desserts! Staff is impeccable, personable and warm. Teddy and Pete are trusting and like family to customers.

Very friendly wait-staff and management team, good food/good portions and good pricing.Ive ate there for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.Never a bad meal/experience. Their desserts are great. They offer red and white wines, though not sure about beer and alcohol.One Friday evening I came home from a Broadway show and wanted to get a snack before going home. Sadly when I arrived somewhere between 11:30 & midnight I found them already closed.Aside from that, go and enjoy a good meal at a great diner.

New management/owner relative of Pete former owner. Seems to be the way of the past, very promising. Very good food, lots of it and terrific service. Happy its back.

The Seaford Place Dinner has reopened under new (back to the original) ownership. The food is good, the service fast, and the portions substantial so plenty of take-home food. I am looking forward to becoming a regular customer again.

Thanks Seaford. I like how it is opened late every night for iced water and they have good cheeseburgers. I think they need better service but the soup is good. I like the b r eakfast gluten free menu in the morning and the small cup of coffee.

Heard this place was under new ownership, so gave it a shot. The menu is vast and varied as you might expect for a dinner. Prices are reasonable and portions considerable. However the food itself is just ok and our service was poor.The bread basket was large and varied, but past its prime. Our waitress demanded our order whether or not our minds were made up. Drinks were not refilled.I had a Mexican chicken salad. The chicken was excellent, vegetables ok, but mixed greens had some wilted or... rotten...leaves. The waitress did not ask what dressing I wanted and I forgot to ask. Once food arrived I was offered balsamic vinaigrette. My dining partner had a bacon cheeseburger. Similar story in that our waitress didnt ask how she wanted it cooked and it ended up being beyond well done.Plenty of other diners around - Ill not be back here any time soon.

Waitress was very nice and food was good with generous portions but the manager up front was pretty rude and refused to split our check any way but an even four-way split even though some people had gotten way more food than others - I was one of the people that had gotten less and wasnt so keen about paying for other peoples sodas. I dont know if it was just because he was mad that the waitress hadnt already been keeping the tab separate or if it was because several of us are visibly gender non-conforming but it gave me bad vibes. Not sure I would go again despite the fact that the food was pretty tasty and the prices were good.

This is the place! Ok, so its Easter and my wife and I are hungry. We heard about this place and figured we would give it a try. In summary, its incredible! I had the prime rib - that was like 24-30 Oz - huge and perfectly made. My wife had the rack of lamb. She wiped it out. We both are health conscious and have picky tummies, so the food and place has to be clean and good. And it was. The great thing is that dinner specials include wine, soup or salad, the entre and a dessert...all for One Price. Give it a try... Im sure youll add it to your short list... and my guess is - Youll be back!

Saw that this diner reopened again after it was closed and switched owners numerous times ,was in the area and decided to give it a shot,walked in and greeted by one of the owners PETER and sat us down out comes the water some little appetizers and BEWARE BREAD BASKET they do not throw it away they they recycle it and give it to other tables there was an open bread stick package in mine with a bread stick missing out of it,owner PETER walked by and asked how everything was so far ,i hand him the opened used bread stick and he apologized kept it moving,NOW the real experience begins was greeted by a nice but the most inexperienced unattended waitress ,had no good suggestions regarding the menu she suggested that chicken kabab was good and that her niece loves it ,so we ordered out comes the chicken kabab over rice ,as i start picking the chicken off the skewer with the SAME FORK I WAS EATING MY APPETIZER AND SALAD WITH I cut into one piece of chicken and took a bite without taking notice it tasted rubbery upon looking at my plate further and cutting into the rest of the chicken i noticed that the rest of it was uncooked and raw called the waitress and she took it back came back out and said they will make me a new one ,i told her i did not want another she insisted that they started another NEW ORDER, five minutes later she came out with the same plate that i ate and picked at, I asked her did they just reheated the same chicken on the grill that they cook other customers fresh food on and she said yes CROSS CONTAMINATION WAY TO GO IDIOTS, hopefully no one gets sick , I advised her that that is the most UNSANITARY and against health code and she said she knew ,REALLY i told her to take it back and bring check after notifying someone in the back she came back and stated that the owner said that i should pay for it ,no problem i do not want anything for free i asked for the person that said that to come out and explain themselves they did not so waitress said that she would take it off the billI HAHA I wonder who made her the boss ,proceeded to cashier and asked for owner TEDDY came out and i asked him if he was aware of what happened he said YES I was a little surprised by that answer so i asked him in his native language in GREEK maybe he would understand, i told him what they did was unsanitary and against HEALTH DEPARTMENT code to take someones plate back that was eaten and recook it on the grill he did not seem surprised ,maybe after HEALTH DEPARTMENT is notified and makes a visit maybe they will understand, it is no wonder that these IDIOTS lost there diner GOLDEN DOLPHIN after 35 years ,they will probably lose this one as well.ladies and gentlemen please beware before patronizing this establishment please pay attention and beware so called chefs sitting on the curb behind the diner by the dumpster in the parking lot they probably dont wash there hands before touching your food =disgusting inexperienced wait staff ,cashier walking around drinking her drink taking cash and also serving deserts with the same dirty hands she just took your cash with, LADY please check your dumpster i put my carrot cake in there maybe take it home with you and enjoy.if you to decide to patronize this diner please drive to the rear and think twice after seeing the cooks all over the curb.OVERALL GOOD LUCK to TEDDY and PETE you two JACKASSES should go back to washing dishes or learn to run your newly reopened diner because it seems like your employees are running you .This place deserves negative stars and a chain and padlock around the door.

This diner makes a good egg sandwich. Whats so good about an egg sandwich you ask? You would be surprised how many places mess it up. This diner gets it right. I like them for that.
