Very impressed! The one chardonnay on offerings I had never heard of, but was fabulous. The pizza had a wonderful chewy crust which they had no problem tweaking the ingredient toppings on. This is a rising star. Keep your eyes on it. Wonderful thoughtful staff. Upscale restaurant on the horizon. Retro cool setting. Patio seating offered.

The sewage smell while stilling at the bar was unbearable. I asked the bartender and she said it was sometimes the sewage from Ruth Chris next door, as having a candle lit on the other side of the bar was going to help. I was going to order dinner but had to leave after my app. Please get that fixed. Otherwise food and staff were great

Friendly staff. Loud environment. Had to almost yell to hold a conversation. Overpriced seafood pasta that was underwhelming and lacked flavor. Drinks were good. Server was excellent. Manager was friendly and accommodating. I would go back and give a different dish another shot for 4 or 5 stars.

Came here for Arizona Restaurant Week. The restaurant is located in a strip mall by Ruth Chriss Steakhouse.For the first course I got the calamari. The calamari was deep fried with a light coating with a delicious dipping sauce.Timing was off as the second course of caprese salad came before the calamari was even half finished. The salad used extra virgin olive oil with aged balsamic vinegar. It was delicious, but I wished they also drizzled some newer balsamic vinegar. The aged balsamic vinegar was a delicious explosion in my mouth, but most of the acid is normally gone. I needed some acid to cut the olive oil.The next course was the cioppino. This is the first cioppino Ive had with pasta in it. It was filled with an assortment of seafood and pasta. The seafood was perfectly cooked. The pasta was al dente. The only thing I hate about cioppino is I always get some on my shirt. Overall it was delicious.The last dish was limoncello. The alcohol content wasnt as high as other limoncellos Ive had in the valley and Italy. It was p

Our lobster ravioli and sea bass was delicious and not to mention they have the Best Manhattan in town. Fun whiskey,bourbon & scotch selection. Our server, Angel, was fast,friendly, knowledgeable. We will be back asking for him to serve us again. Upon arrival our table was under a very bright light and our server Angel saw we were uncomfortable and he dimmed the lights without me having to ask. Overall super happy with our dining experience. Ask for angel! Excited to come back and try new options!!

We have been to Pubblico a few times and enjoyed the food and atmosphere. However, on Saturday we ate here with a few friends and one got a horrible case of food poisoning from the clam linguine. I called the next day and told the host about it. He promised they would look into the clams and the owner/manager would call me on Tuesday when they were back open as they are closed on Mondays. Very disappointed to say that I never heard back from anyone nor got an apology.

Atmosphere was vintage 60s inspired with modern taste. Service was excellent, quick to get appetizers and food. We had the brushetta and the grilled octopus, both were very good. Also had the rigatoni and salmon, the pasta was the star of the show.

Had an incredible dining experience. From the hosts to wait staff, we had a blast. Concise and well done menu with traditional italian options. You could taste the quality and freshness of homemade pastas and other ingredients. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. My sons and I ordered an expensive steak special and chicken parmesan to share. I asked for our steak to be done a little pink (med well) but not well done. It came totally rare. I sent it back. I also asked to have a glass of red with our entrees which never arrived. The chicken parmesan arrived cold but my boys were hungry. The steak was well over 10 minutes in waiting after after we sent it back. I get it. The server or kitchen can get in the weeds. That happens but there was no acknowledgement of a problem or any responsibility taken. That is the big issue. Stay away.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. Our server had on a very ill fitting mask. He brought out our wine, salads and shortly after our meal. He had no visibility on timing. We chatted with him and showed no signs that we were in a rush. He advised that we were only the 4th table of the day and our reservation was at 730pm. We flew in from Orlando, FL to celebrate my and my husbands birthdays. Our meal was marginal and my lobster ravioli was very salty. We wanted more wine and dessert but after feeling rushed we ate quickly and left. Very disappointing to say the least.

So disappointed. Came here with my wife believing it was fine dining. Service was horrible. We were served our entree before we started our salad. My wifes lobster ravioli was salty and my gluten free entree was average at best. I dont recommend.FYI. I called the phone number that Mr Quinn provided and the phone was continually busy.

Pubblico opened in Scottsdale 6 days ago! And , the dining experience this evening was superb. Homemade pasta, beautiful shrimp and mussels and the most mouthwatering fig bread pudding Ive ever eaten. Charming atmosphere and excellent service !Highly recommend!

We’ve eaten that Pubblico in Scottsdale three times since it opened in Mid January. The staff is courteous, friendly, and quietly competent, and the cooking is much beyond what we expected—very good and interesting, while not expensive. Compares favorably with nearby better-known Village Tavern, Pomo, The Vig, etc. The outdoor seating is very comfortable. Recommended highly.
