The sweetest man was the cashier, he made my food with a smile and it was served steaming hot. Overall just a good memory :) took it home and it was still nice and warm. If you want restaurant-esque food, be prepared to wait more than your usual fast food place and have fun watching them make it in front of you

Show this to cashier and Asked for refund. Told no.I could get it remade.... ok sure I say.She comes out the back and asks to see it after I’ve been waiting 5 minutes to ask to see it again. I had thrown it away, she had already looked at it. So I told her I threw it away. She says “she has to see it in order to give me a new one”.....Hair in my food, lied to, time wasted. Save yourself a headache.Cheesecake was an ice cube too.

I had the Lobster Mac and cheese and it was delicious! The food was made in front of you, they use fresh cheese and pasta so its not soggy and toasted the top. Absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend, especially for the price and availability for customization.

Fantastic and refreshing concept in Fashion Square’s food court! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the macaroni and cheese with bacon and it was super homemade ingredients and served hot and cheesy.

Well lets start with the positive - the food tasted ok didnt quite look like the picture but its ok.Now heres the part where this experience goes down hill. The guy said it would take about 10 mins thats fine cause it takes time to cook aproached the counter 7 mins in to the wait time and the order hasnt even been started. Now its 19 mins after the time when the order was placed. Defintly one of the slowest food venders in the food court at the fashion square. The other person i was with went to another vendor got his food and finished by the time i got my meal. I dont understand why they only have one person taking orders and preparing the food.

Pasta is delicious! Service and staff are nothing less than amazing. Love coming here on my lunch break.

Pasta was surprisingly delicious!!!!!! Highly recommend the pesto pasta. Customer service was awesome. My boyfriend actually got some pasta while I went to chipotle but I had a bite of his pasta and HAD to order my own and I ate pasta instead!!!!!! Wonderful place

Literally THEE best pasta I have EVER HAD! I come to this mall every weekend and never pass up on this delicious lobster mac! Their tiramisu is so amazing as well!!! Please try this place you will not be disappointed. Plus-the owner is a big sweetheart and always remembers me and my family :) Service and food is five star!

I consider myself a self-proclaimed food connoisseur due to the fact that I have a special kind of love for food. I have traveled all over the world tasting different foods and Ive had my share of best and worst tastes. Its not an everyday thing that my palate dances do to good food and today was that day. The bayou chicken that I had from this place was amazing! I have never in my life had the flavors of a pasta meal sneak onto my palate to do dances that were mixed with the foxtrot and the tango. Even the servers were just as excellent as the meal. Highly recommended place in Scottsdale Mall. Mia pasta is everything!

I went here today and was amazed at how friendly the staff was during such a busy lunch rush. The food was prepared quickly and the Mac -n- cheese and Barbacoa MAC - n - cheese were both amazing. I will definitely be back.

Mia Pasta is located in Fashion Square mall.. Best part about this place is you can see them cooking food in front of you. Its best options and filling option after your Shopping. They charged $2 extra for extra scoop of chicken.

Ive been to this location several times Ive never had a bad experience until today. The lady was extremely rude I use to love this place. But after my most recent experience its sad to say I will never return again to this location in life.
