Very nice store. The employees will help you and its clean. I was used to the one in Colorado Springs, so I knew what to expect. Totally go there again.

Its a fine store in a large neighborhood with no grocery stores. They dont always get stuff in every day. I kept looking for ready made salads (out of town, in a hotel) and on day 3 I hit the grail. Lots of choices at that point. They get truck deliveries before 11am, so you get more variety in the afternoon. Produce, fruit, breads, deli all have great choices. Their sushi looked good too. Staff is very friendly and its all a relaxing experience.

I really like this store. Some of the shelves are bare but they really have a good selection of everything here.

Fast ordering a few minutes to get food but kind of expected as they make it when you order.Bathroom was clean and didnt smell but graffiti everywhere. Its a shame some people have to destroy others property.Would recommend if you like Mexican food.

Style of going to Albertsons all the time usually when there is a birthday I like to buy a specialty cake or just one that they make up their Bakery now I have gone to every single grocery store here in the valley and have tried every single bakery department of them all of every Bakery this particular Albertsons on Scottsdale and Thomas Road has the best little bakery department even their donuts are bar none better than about 85% of the donut shops here in the valley so Albertsons you do receive five stars your bakery the store and your prices theyre very affordable and I know youre a sister company of Safeway so to meet you guys only get bigger props excellent service

Great location in town to pick drinks, fruits, and groceries for tourists on the trip.

They recently remodeled the store and it looks amazing. Bathrooms are clean, the shelves are well-stocked, and the people working there are friendly. Very popular store I just did on his Sunday night and it was pretty busy. I particularly like the new area of fancy cheeses and meats so that one could make a charcuterie board.

Years back this was where I shopped. Currentlly I purchase sale fresh produce and some sale cheeses. The cheese selection is good. I was surprised to see much of the parking lot flooded after the very heavy rains.I had no problem parking but would think a large chain at an established location would either have a drainage sytem or pumps.

People that work there are very friendly and helpful. Very clean store easy to find things.

I was a Frys customer for the longest time until my bank gave me 500 USD of gift card due to account activity. Nevertheless, stepping into an Albertsons was awesome due to its variety and cleanliness. Definitely beginning to shop more here than Frys

They have automatic locking devices on their shopping carts. No notification of this device, it just locks up and someone has to come and unlock it. Very annoying

I learned you can’t park on the south side of the parking lot and take the cart there. I parked by Water and Ice to fill up my water before I went grocery shopping. After I went grocery shopping and pushing my cart across the street the cart locks up right in the middle of the street where cars can’t go through and behind parked cars. I had to grab all my groceries and carry them all the way to my car leaving my arm and leg bruised. I will now waste gas and depart my car closer to the store.

Short on help regularly and put new trainees on registers that are clueless and waste my time frequently. Im shopping at Basha s and Safeway until I hear they have addressed this problem. This problem existed before covid too.

The store is managed well they are hardly ever out of the things that I need and there are usually enough checkers where you dont have to wait in line more than 1-2 customers in front of you, plus I love the self-checkouts. They did a remodel recently and its quite nice and efficient.

I went to the bakery to pickup bread that I ordered and there was an employee speaking to the grocery manager. There was another person behind a table wiping it down and she looked at me twice and didnt say a word. Then a woman came to the bakery also and the person behind the table spoke to her and continued to ignore me. I then spoke to the grocery manager and he said he would speak to her but he didnt seem like he was going to do anything because he continued to do whatever he was doing instead of speaking to the person for ignoring me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This store has just been remodeled and the isles are wide and shelves tall and easy to see. They really beefed up the beer, wine, and alcohol in the store.

Jerimi, was a awsome cashier, asked all the right question, just drove down from pinetop to visit my daughter, checked in to the rodeway in, and came shopping, his light wasnt on when I came up and he waved me into his line, thumbs up for customer service

There store layout is kinda different than most stores... Bacon near produce as an example. Definitely use the coupons in the flyers as they are a bit more expensive than most of their competitors. The deli fried chicken looked extremely over cooked and dry!

It takes a minute to get used to the new format of the store. Newly reconstructed aisles, and new floors which makes the whole store look lovely. Just take your time till you find your way around again and youll be fine. I love the spaciousness! They kept all of the Fantastic employees including the manager Mr. James who works his butt off! Kudos to the Deli, Butcher, Produce, Dairy, Bakery, Pharmacy Cashiers, baggers and most excellant Sanitation departments. Thank you everyone who works at this location; youre a great team and you treat your customers right!

I had 2 fish tocos at $3.75 each. the fish was so small i couldnt taste if there was fish in them or not. the room was so hot i was sweating while trying to eat. very poor on both counts.

Only shop here if you like having to stop at 2 grocery stores. They are purposely keeping their shelves stocked light so they won’t have to move as many items around. They run out of the most basic items in 5 minutes and they’ve been slacking on ordering and restocking. Best to not even bother coming here until the remodel is over.

This store was horrible! Worst grocery store Ive been to in a very very long time! They followed me around the store and stood right over me while going through my cart! Then I asked the lady to stop I didnt like it, well mind you she went to the end of the aisle and stood there with just seeing her eyes look around the end cap at me! Still watching me the whole time! I ended up just walking out and leave all my stuff! Told them Id never be going to that store again!

This review is mostly for the pharmacy; they are so nice, patient and kind here (I see you, Zoey Nguyen). I switched to this Albertsons when I finally got tired of Walgreens at Scottsdale/Osborn, their poor treatment of patients (except for the wonderful sweet-voiced lone Walgreens pharmacy employee that seems to care about people and enjoy her job), their terse meanness and bare-minimum idea of customer service. Albertsons wins hardcore. Theyll hand you a $25 gift card for switching pharmacies/being a new customer, and give you another $50 after you get five fills on your punch card. You have to mention the $25 to get it. Highly recommend switching if youre currently at Walgreens and dreading every time you have to deal with them.

Some prices are higher than other stores but its a clean, well stocked store. Deli is great, and store has some one of a kind items. App has great rewards and items you buy most often are discounted just for you!

Went to fill a prescription here and had excellent customer service from the pharmacist, both guys Ive met are fantastic and actually seem to genuinely care, hard to find nowadays.

I’m not as impressed with this location as others in the area.It’s really not that clean. There’s trash all over the parking lot. The produce areas aren’t kept picked up all the time. And there’s often quite a bit of product dumping (i.e when someone places a bottle of milk in an unrefrigerated section).This location is also not nearly as big as other Albertsons in the area so that also gives it a knock down.All around, however, it’s not a bad place to shop.

The reason why I mainly keep coming here is because they have good sales (on app) and because the store is super clean. Most employees are very polite/nice except the ones just standing at the self check out (2 males around 40 years old), specially the one during the morning shift that every time I go he rolls his eyes at me 😒. But cashier RON is always nice.

From going in and being greeted by the cart sanitizer employee to the fresh meat counter employee and the self check out employee, everyone is so nice and friendly. Was not a big fan a couple years ago, now my favorite grocery store
