Overcharge for nearly every coin I bought , not worth what I paid for them in 2014 , for example , Morgan one dollar MS 65 paid $163 each . you can’t find a silver dollar on the market for that much money. I’ve gotten better deals from used car sales man.

Because they boxed the silver coins I brought in for appraisal I gave them 1 star. After getting the coins appraised I felt I was either being seriously low-balled on the appraisal or there was a glaring error in their process. After going over the appraisal, it appeared they had everything accounted for, so I assumed we were not being taken seriously. I got my coins back and took them to The Coin Gallery in Phoenix and was taken seriously. I got 33% more for my coins from The Coin Gallery. Hope this review helps others.

Worst place to buy anything. Apparently once an adivsor gets assigned to you, no one else from this company can sell anything to you but the assigned advisor. Fred is the worst advisor to work with. He gives higher preference to his lunch breaks rather than his clients. On top of that, he doesnt want someone else in the company to talk to me about my needs. As it is, these people charge a higher spot price and on top of that poor customer service. I would rather buy stuff from The Coin Gallery located in Dunlap. They not only are well stocked all the time but also have much much better customer service.
