I was just at this store not 30 minutes ago. I walked in fully intending to buy the Paloma Picasso single olive leaf band as gift for myself to match the necklace and pearl ring I already own.I have been having a hard week and wanted to treat myself for my new promotion I just received. Upon entering, no one greeted me. In fact the gentleman who helped me was playing on the IPad when I entered and I had to ask for help.I described the ring to him and he said they no longer carry it. That the only ring was the pearl one I own. (Mind you two different styles were in the case)I told him his associate a few months ago showed it to me and he replied with “things are changing fast we just got bought out.”So I pulled it up online, and that’s when he finally pulled out the ring in a size 6 (told him I believe I’m a size 8) saying that was the only size left. He didn’t even offer to order it for me.I am extremely disappointed since my family has been buying from Tiffany for years and I usually have a very pleasant experience. I don’t know if I was profiled when I entered(I used to work retail) or he was having a day were he didn’t want to help but he will not get my service again. I wish I had caught his name.As for James Perkins, the original associate that helped me with this ring, I wish you were there. My first experience with you was delightful and pleasant. Thank you for giving me your card and I will certainly be asking for you from now on.

I was half tempted to not leave a review but after some consideration I believe my voice needed to be heard.The salesperson that I spoke with was somewhat helpful as he had sold me two rings. He let me try on jewelry, listened to my desires, and showed me a few different collections. However during the entire sales process, until I gave him my card, he kept saying snarky comments.To name just a few he had repeatedly said “if you choose to buy it” after I had already said I decided to buy the first ring. It’s almost as if he was implying I was going to change my mind because I couldn’t afford it.Looking at a different collection, the first ring he showed me had barely any rose gold. I specified I want to see the rose gold and for it to go well with the jewelry I was wearing. The comment that caught my attention was “this is a diamond store not a gold store”. Basically, he was telling me to take my business elsewhere.When it came to check out, he pretended to not know my ring size for the first ring. I had questioned “do I need to be resized” as I was pulling out my card. Only then did he magically remember my ring size and didn’t resize me. Pulling out my card should not be the cue to take a customer seriously.I truly don’t know why he treated me so poorly. Perhaps it was my age as I am in my early 20’s or perhaps it was because I am a Latina. I really hope it isn’t the latter. Beautiful jewelry, but the service is disheartening.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this particular location. I’m long-term customer of Tiffany and have multiple items of jewelry from Tiffany. I had minor issues with those items through the years but they all were handled with no problem and respect at different locations. However, at this particular location employees and the manager do not carry the values that the Tiffany and Co represents. I bought a Tiffany ring for my daughter’s birthday, the ring broke in half 4 months later. My daughter lives in Scottsdale, so instead of sending it to me to another State, I told her to bring it to Tiffany store and see if they can repair or replace it. Sales person told my daughter that the ring is broken and won’t be repaired for free, even though it broke in half 4 months after it was bought. She told, the repair cost will be at least 90$ In case it will even be possible to repair it, otherwise if it can’t be repaired there is nothing they can do. My daughter asked for the manager to call me since she was disappointed and didn’t know what to do. Manager called me pretty quickly, she basically told me that silver is very gentle material and my daughter wasn’t careful enough which cause ting to break, the timing doesn’t really matter at this point, the fact that the ring didn’t even lasts four months doesn’t matter and it’s my daughters fault it broke. My daughter has many Tiffany rings, the fact that she was accused that she was not careful enough is absolutely horrible especially coming from the Tiffany store manager. This location lost my family as a client for sure, I told my daughter to ship this ring to me and I will handle this issue at my regular store where I bought the ring. But it’s extremely upsetting to get this experience at the store that level which had years of impeccable reputation for its customer service.

Went to this store to buy a gift for my wife and I was stopped at the door by the security almost saying what are you doing here???. Felt intimidated and mistreated, having to justify to get in! Never happened before. I just came in to make my wife happy. I emailed the store and the answer was for the safety of our guests, we do have a different process... followed by apologies. I hope no repair or change will be needed. And you likely see an algorithm answer below this message.

The first impression of service was really bad. We were in line to go in when security asked how many in our party. Or that’s what it sounded like to me. I kept saying two. He got really frustrated with me and said I know two. Then I finally understood he was asking how may we assist you today. I found him to be very rude. However the SA was very nice and did not push me to making a quick decision. She showed me everything I asked to see and was very gracious. I’m glad we decided to go in and shop. We were thinking of leaving after the encounter with security.

The night was going perfect until she opened the box and the necklace that I purchased for her was not in there. Im very angry as I dont understand how they can wrap a package and even put the receipt in an envelope but do not put the jewelry that I purchased in the box. Talk about deflating a special night.

Purchased two items today and Sam was very patient with me and was so nice about me waiting for my husband to respond back via text. Sam was my SA Sept. 2020 when I purchased my Bestie her first piece. Going forward he will be my new SA, since the ones we purchased from before are no longer there. Hes cool, patient and very kind. He seen my husbands history of what hes purchased for me and he said wow, lovely collection!

Eh.... Its definitely an experience but its a Pain to come here from Gilbert and cleaning takes them an hour. Customer servc AFTER we bought our $25,000 1.4 carat ring was basic. Like my mom says, what are you gonna do, carry the box everywhere with you? Noone will know its tiffanys and i dont care but hubby did unfortunately.

Tiffany’s is a memory of the past. They have the worst customer service in store & online. I filed a complaint with the BBB in which a response was delayed due to the influx of complaints. When I checked back again with the BBB they stated company refuses to respond. Beware of shopping in store or online, there are so many other choices u can make, stores that will value their customers, who will care about customer satisfaction. Stay away. Read the reviews in BBB!

I have been a Tiffany & Co. customer for over 15 years. I love the brand but the employees at this location should be replaced by people who understand the principles of Tiffany & Co. and are able to carry on the tradition.I was with my son who was eating a cookie out of a bag. The very rude employee who was standing at the door looked at us like we didnt deserve to be there and said that no food was allowed in the store. No big deal, thats pretty obvious that no one wants to clean chocolate chips off their carpets. So I told him to put it away in the bag. Thats when things took a turn I would never expect for any store, let alone a prestigious brand from Tiffany & Co. The rude lady says: the cookie has to stay outside the store.In a world where tens of thousands have lots their jobs someone who is capable of trashing the Tiffany & Co. name and insulting a long time customer does not deserve to be employed.It is clear that it wasnt this ladys first offense. You dont become nasty overnight. The manager of the store should be fired for not having the presence of mind to fire that employee after the first instance of insulting a customer. Who knows how many dozens of people were insulted like me and walked straight to Cartier. Lucky for them I wasnt buying anything that day, I was just browsing, but I for sure will never visit that store again and buy from Cartier next.

Without a doubt my favorite jewelery store ever! We originally stopped in to check out some engagement rings on a whim and the salesman was phenomenal! He brought us champagne, gave us detailed information on the different rings, and answered every question we came up with. I ended up being proposed to with the gorgeous Tiffany solitaire titanium ring I had picked out, and Ive gone back once since then to have it cleaned for free while I did my other shopping and it was done just as I was walking back in on my way out. Amazing service and so many friendly staff members!

I have loved Tiffany’s since I was a teenager and it makes me so sad to say I have had a horrible experience two times in a row at this location (same sales associate).The first trip, which was just last week I had a very cold and rushed experience, the associate simply asked what I wanted and didn’t interact with me just simply was there to take my order. I left with the narrow silver ring with two diamonds.I returned to the store this weekend to exchange the ring that I purchased because I was not impressed with the overall quality. I did wear the ring for about an hour around the house to see if I’d get use to how the band was thicker than my last two rings from Tiffany and Co. My finger got super swollen and the ring left a green ring around my finger which I was very surprised about because I have worn rings from Tiffany and Co for years on a daily basis. When I went to the store and requested to exchange I was given a hard time and after speaking with the manager and showing her what the ring did she told me to try it again and if it happens again (after she cleaned it) she would then return/exchange. How inconvenient... I showed her a picture of what happen but she wanted me to try again (did she not believe me??). I thanked her for her time and told her I would put it on and try it again. Not 20 minutes later my finger was burning, swelling and a green mark was becoming evident. I returned to the store to show the manager and she agreed to return it. From that point on I was treated like I didn’t deserve to be in the store. Mind you, I didn’t want a refund, I wanted to “exchange” I was even contemplating just going with the white gold rather than the silver to avoid any future potential issues because just maybe my skin sensitivity changed (even though my last 2 rings from this same store were silver). The associate told me she “wouldn’t sell me anything because I wouldn’t be happy.” Are you kidding me??? How can you refuse to sell to me? If anything it was an easy up sale from a $500 ring to a $1300 ring... to make things worse she made a mistake on the return since I paid cash I knew I would have to receive a check but she hit the button too soon on her register saying that she gave me the cash so she had to get help and figure out how to fix that. The whole experience was awful and such a waste of my time. I’m not sure if I will buy from Tiffany and Co again because of this experience which is really unfortunate because it’s always been a favorite gift for me to receive. SO DISAPPOINTED

I have been a loyal Tiffany customer since 1988. This year their stock is completely depleted. They have also converted their IT billing into a nightmare. If you intend to use your Tiffany credit card expect to wait anywhere btw 20 to 40 minutes if it can be processed at all. If you call customer service they will attempt to appease you but bottom line, in this case the customer is never right. So bring more than your Tiffany credit card to make your purchase if they have what you want or need. This happened at the Hackensack NJ store, at the Paramus NJ store and in the Scottsdale AZ Tiffany.

The only helpful staff at this store is Suzanne, everybody else has zero customer service. If it wasn’t for Suzannes last minute help I would have ended up with a wedding without a wedding band. I was told the ring would arrive within 2 weeks, after 2 weeks I kept calling everyday chasing the ring, the first time I called the lady didn’t even bother to check the order number she just asked my name and said your order is not here and we cannot give you a date! When I said you cannot day it will take an indefinite time for the ring to arrive you must be able to give me a date, she then got angry and said Ok give me your order number and I’ll check ( don’t know why she didn’t bother checking the first time before I insisted on getting a date!! Just lack of customer service), she then checked and said it’s in transit! One week passed and I called everyday getting the same answer “it’s in transit”. The last day O was lucky Suzanne picked up the phone and I was almost crying for my ring, Suzanne then checked with the courier and noticed it was held at the courier for some reason and she sorted it out and I got the ring the same day! I talked to at least 5 other people before her and none of them bothered to check the tracking number and they didn’t care about it whatsoever! The 2 stars I gave is only because of Suzanne otherwise they deserve zero star with the unnecessary stress they put you under! Such a prestigious company should train their staff better and hire better people.

Garbage company pushing a garbage product.A gift was purchased for my girlfriend from this store, it was taken home in the box it came in and was not touched until she opened it 2 days later. The moment she put the necklace on the chain snapped. Not at the clasp, in the middle of the silver chain. Clearly a defective product. It was not mishandled.Two days later (less than a week after original purchase) we returned with the broken necklace to exchange the chain. However, we were informed that there was nothing they could do as their products do not have a warranty nor could they return it as it had been worn (for 2 seconds before the chain snapped). The customer service representative was quite rude and insisted that my girlfriend had slept in it or showered with it on and that was the cause of the break.First, I am not sure why anyone would talk to their customer in this fashion as that is quite distasteful. Secondly, clearly she was not listening to us either as we had told her the chain broke seconds after coming out of the box. We were told we could purchase a new chain for $75 and to be careful next time. We did not purchase and left with a broken chain.I returned a few minutes later as this did not sit right with me. A jeweler with such a long standing history of providing a quality product s(with exorbitant prices) surely could do something. While this time I was given a replacement chain (for which I am appreciative of), I was again berated about being careful. Again, why would you talk to your customers in this manner?Tiffany and Co. is clearly no longer the jeweler of quality and class that the reputation gives off. I will not return in the future and suggest that all stay clear of this blue box scam.I would suggest a visit to Molinas or Schmidts for your jewelry needs as they not only stand behind their product and have no issue fixing or replacing but have a modicum of decency for their clientele.

My son purchased the rectangle pendent with diamonds he had ordered it and picked up at the Store in Fashion square Scottsdale on October 8th 2020 ... I wore it once on November 2nd 2020 . When I took it off I had noticed that the back of the pendant was tarnished so I polished it with the cloth he had purchased also ... Knowning Sterling silver should not tarnish after wearing once ... My son and I took it back to see if I could return it or exchange it ! The customer service was substandard and unpleasant. First of all they said It was purchased in 2001and it can not be returned ... 2001!!!!!!!!!! 18 years ago !!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLYObviously they dont know the inventory . After that they saw it was purchased on October 8th 2020 ... No apology for accusing us of a mistake they made on their end !!! Then the associate got the store manager Juliet Moths said she couldnt returned it ..it had been worn and has been scratched and tarnished .. Yes it had been worn once ... ... not even offer an exchange for all she knows it could of been an upsell .. The rudeness was horrible ... I have Never had customer service like that in my life ... I have been in customer service for more than 30 years .. I would never ever treat a customer the way I was treated .. Absolutely outstanding! I bought pearl earrings for my best friend, and Tiffanys processed my order and shipped them right away. They sent me a courteous email acknowledging my order along with the FedEx tracking number for the package. FedEx had the earrings delivered within 2 days. I was very impressed. First of all, I want to say that we bought the original necklace in San Diego California. Had great service and great a experience. Fast forward to our home town. We wanted to get a different piece due to comfort issues. The sales person, who was rude none the less. Basically said “we don’t have anything else to show or give you.” By the way this was a very expensive necklace. The sales man refunded our money, and was glad to send us in our way without anything. My wife said she will never shop at Tiffany’s again. She now has a necklace from another jewelry company and is very happy.

I had went to this Tiffany location in order to get a piece I had just purchased cleaned because it looked like it was already starting to tarnish, even after only having it for a couple of days. I originally purchased it at the Bellagio in Vegas, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, due to the necklace already becoming slightly dark in spots, I called the general Tiffany and Co Customer Service and they recommended I get it cleaned, and “if I still wasn’t happy after the cleaning I could return it within the 30 days of purchase.” When I came to pick up my item and clarify with the customer service specialist at Scottsdale Fashion Square, she was very rude and said “well there’s no way we would take it back now since you wore it even if it was just one time anyway.” I ended up leaving the store and calling back general Customer Service, who assured me of the same policy I was originally told. For an item that I spent a decent amount of money on, it’s important to me to love the product, and how would I know if I do without getting a chance to wear it?At this point I’m unsure if I will return, but even if I don’t, I will NOT be returning to this Tiffany location and will encourage my friends and family to do the same.

I recently just stopped into this store for the first time, actually it was my first time ever in a Tiffany & Co. Gorgeous store. My eyes were twinkling the entire time and the employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. I specifically went in to bring my necklace charms to be cleaned/polished. I was given my small Tiffany blue heart charm and Return to Tiffany charm in 2011 after graduating high school. I found my charms in my jewelry box quite dark and very tarnished from not being worn for a long time, so after finding out Tiffany will clean my jewelry for no cost, I was happy to bring them in. After getting my beautiful charms back, they literally look brand new! I am SO pleased with my experience. I definitely look forward to the next time I visit! Thank you Tiffany & Co.!

I purchased a necklace for my wife for Mother’s Day. I was told it may not arrive in time so I was prepared for that. It arrived a couple of days early which was a pleasant surprise. When I opened the box, however, they had not done the hand engraving I paid for. I contacted the store and was told I would have to bring it back in so they could send it out again. The store is about 30 minutes from my house so this was definitely an inconvenience. I returned the necklace and was told they would pay to have the hand engraving expedited. I received a call about ten days later telling me that I could pick the necklace up from their store. They didn’t even bother to ship it to my house again. Three trips later, I finally got what I paid for. It’s a beautiful piece but the lack of customer service really turned me off of going back to Tiffany. I expected more considering the premium you pay for the name.

This store is not capable of cleaning your jewelry same day. You pay top dollar for their jewelry and they cant clean it same day. Funny thing is their store was dead. Tiffany in San Francisco was able too and they where busy. The excuse was that its complementary now so it takes longer. Just be honest you guys really dont want to do it for free. I will take my business else where. I will also let everyone I know that the tiffanys in Scottsdale is a joke and not to shop there. I should have took a picture of all your employees standing around talking. Makes sense why it takes 2 business days to clean jewelry.

Sales Professional S. Martin really went above and beyond to keep mine and my husbands business. I had an enamel (purple) heart necklace that faded just over a years time. I visited the store and the first associate said there was nothing she could do other than clean it. I agreed to have it cleaned and went back a week later to pick it up. This is where Ms. Martin came in. After hearing my disappointment she quickly replaced the necklace for me in a different color. I was one happy customer. Way to keep your customers happy Tiffany!!

Well guess what, to my surprise today the original Tiffany has been discontinued & I am left high & dry! Was in Scottsdale for vacation and saw there was a Tiffany here. We stopped by to take a look and did not expect to have such a pleasant experience. We bought a few things that Hannah helped us with and we could not be happier. We will definitely visit again in the future.

The staff was super nice here.... My tiffany bracelette popped and I came in to have it repaired.... I was pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no charge for this.... It always pays to buy quality....

I think they are probably good as long as there is not a problem. I was in there prior to Christmas, and ordered a necklass to be monogrammed. Since the only one in the store had a deep scratch, i ordered it knowing that it would be in after Christmas, but by the 28th. They called me on the 26th, and said that they recieved it, but it had the wrong name on it, so they had to reorder it. They said it wont be in until the 3rd. I asked them to put a rush on it, and Char said she would request it, but cannot guarantee it. Therefore , their customer service in no the quality you would expect. I actually went in to the store, and was told several times not to worry, its there mistake, and they will redo it...really???

My wife and I were in Scottsdale AZ on vacation around Mothers Day. I went to Tiffany & Co to purchase her a necklace that she had been wanting. I purchased her the Sterling Pink 2 heart (for our two daughters) pendant. On Mothers Day when I gave it to her she tried it on and it was too short of a chain so we set out to excahnge it. When we went back into the Tiffany store the staff was very nice but told us that this particular necklace in this color (pink) only comes made in a 16 chain, but if I wanted to exchange it for the turquoise color we could get it in a 18 chain. My wifes favorite color is pink and thats the one she wanted. Customer service told us that in order to get a longer chain we would have to send it to NY to get the chain extended for an additional $60 and since we would be going back home to Texas the next day, they would have to send it to us for an additional $20. So for an additional $80 she could have the necklace she wanted, the issue i had is that the necklace costs around $135 so I guess I just dont underatand why Tiffany & Co is not willing to bugde on these additional fees because they are equaling half the price of the entire necklace. I have purchased a lot of fine jewelry and i have never had this issue before. For this reason, I do not forsee myself purchasing any more jewlery from Tiffany & Co, I can get fine jewlery at other jewlers that is more willing to qork with their customers. As i said, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the jewlery is very nice, its just the additionals that i do not agree with.
