We saw one of his mugs in a shop and decided to visit his studio and really loved all the work. We were interested in two mugs that he didnt have in the shop, so he made them and shipped them a few weeks later. And they turned out great! I highly recommend his work and shop!

We’ve been in a few times to browse and my boyfriend got me a small vase and planter from here for my birthday. Jim’s work is beautiful and vibrant, and Jim himself is friendly, has a wonderful memory, and gives good restaurant suggestions! I’m planning to buy a birthday gift for someone else from Jim and hope he goes into the hanukkiah-making business soon!

Very friendly artist who took time to speak with us. No hard selling. Wonderful ceramics. We got a small botanical vase & botanical pitcher, & await a large agave mural. Nice studio. Worth a visit. He is in Old Town. His specialty is desert themes, particularly agaves, flowers & plants.
