This was my first time ever even hearing about Butters.I was in the area and so. decided to come here for breakfast. The waitress was an extremely helpful and delightful young lady. I placed my order and it came out within a reasonable amount of time. I must say though the menu did not specify that the food is not seasoned at all, nor did the waitress inform me at any point. I was just a little surprised but definitely not a deal breaker, so upon placing my order I had asked that the green onions and chives be left out but when I got my order there were in fact a few chives. I did inform her and she immediately took it back and they prepared another omelet and the manager then brought my order back to me. I did my seasonings and the meal was great. I just want to say I love the atmosphere of this place and the way that the mishap was handled, the staff made me feel like as if I were the most important customer in there at the time. I also believe, THAT is truly how all customers should feel at ALL times. It isnt so much that something goes wrong during a visit, as much as how its HANDLED! You did a phenomenal job BUTTERS Thank You.

Butters is an amazing breakfast joint! They have options for everyone! One thing that that makes butters a stable for a great breakfast is the specialty pancakes! I would recommend getting a skillet and upgrade your pancakes to specialty pancakes! You wont be disappointed with the cinnamon roll or banana pancakes! They also have gluten free pancakes too! Oh I forgot to mention the fresh squeezed orange juice

French Toast is 2 huge slices and tasty, but needed either more powder sugar or syrup with more flavor to it like a bourbon syrup or something. The pancakes were really tasty with a nice buttery flavor. I would go back for those pancakes alone.Everyone enjoyed their meal with no real complaints. Wait time was significantly shorter than what they told us which was a nice surprise.

Delicious! Probably best breakfast food I’ve had in a while. Pancakes were our favorite!Huge menu, a little overwhelming, but options for everyone. They also have lunch foods too, salads and burgers. It was packed but I guess it’s always like that, we waited almost 40 minutes. Service was great, place was really clean. We ate outside on a covered and misted patio area.

Excellent end to end service, friendly efficient staff. Food excellent fresh fried potatoes (hash browns were really good. So was my chorizo, eggs, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes and avocados burrito, especially 😋. Not drippy, no bunched up ingredients, the burrito was excellent. Good coffee. Lots of menu items, looked so good, I wanted to try more. All fresh. We will be back.

We came at noon and was seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. There was a good variety of items on the menu. The food was flavorful and the portions were just right. With most meals, you have a choice between toast or pancakes. With a $1.50 upgrade, you can add berries or get a signature pancake. I got the berry bliss. It was very good. Id come back again!

The atmosphere was great. We were seated promptly. Our service by Delaney was great, she was attentive, efficient and friendly. Although we were there for brunch, the portion sizes kept us filled through the night! Definitely a place we’d visit again. Oh... the coffee was nice and smooth. The fresh squeezed orange juice is a MUST have!! You won’t be disappointed.

We were told this was the place for breakfast and they were telling the truth. The food here was excellent. My wife had a Spinach, Mushroom, and Onion Crepe, while I had the Apple Cimmamon Pecan Caramel Waffle. Both were amazing!!! The service was wonderful and atmosphere was clean and friendly. I definitely recommend this spot for breakfast if you are ever in Scottsdale AZ.

Really good food man! Veggie eggs Benedict was bomb! Cold brew coffee was stellar!!

They have decent tasting items but most everything is precooked and comes out cold besides eggs and hot cakes. Crepes with Nutella were so cold with chunks of cold Nutella. Not enjoyable. Barely cooked potatoes. Probably would give them specific instructions to cook everything fresh if I ever come back.

This was a wonderful place for a family brunch. They easily accommodated dietary restrictions. I had a gluten free and vegan tofu scramble with hashbrowns and fruit. My kids ordered crepes and my husband got a skillet. The food came out so fast we were shocked. It was all hot and fresh and absolutely delicious.

Probably one the best breakfast I have had. Food tastes fresh, but eggs were eggcellent. They seemed like fresh from farm to table and were so creamy.Their coffee and OJ is to die for. Try their mushroom and onion skillet, toast, or if youre in for sweet treat their pancakes are fluffy.

Sorry that the picture is sideways. Hey, this place will have you waiting in line for a long time to get seated but believe me it is worth every minute. The food is absolutely and ridiculously fresh and delicious. Everything tastes like it was made with the best of ingredients. The service was amazing and the servers are entitled to the best tips ever! We waited for about an hour and to be honest it flew by, it really did. There is tons of parking and again the food is amazing!

The pancakes are amazing!!! I had the berry pancakes which were loaded with blue berries, and lots of fresh berries on top. For the amount of food, price was extremely reasonable. Service was exceptionally quick and server was great. Def recommend but is busy on weekends. #worthit

Cute restaurant and great food! The cinnamon swirl pancakes are a must!! I didn’t have their eggs but they looked super fluffy. Their smoothies looked good too. They were on top of it with the refills- finished half my drink and they gave me another on stand by. Would highly recommend.

Butters in Scottsdale AZ is definitely the place for breakfast. Very busy establishment, so if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else, but for the rest of you keep reading. The menu is full of breakfast treats, but make sure you order the fresh squeezed OJ. Try the Cinnamon French Toast. One bite and you will think you are in heaven. Everything that was ordered was incredibly delicious and I will be back!

Why did I go to Butters the second day in a row on a weekend trip here? The pancakes, the eggs Benedict, the breakfast potatoes, and the O.J. Of course we were well taken care of by the beautiful girl from Oklahoma. Did I mention the pancakes? Mmmm.

Huge menu, friendly service, quick order delivery. Food was really good and well presented. Very impressed with the alternate options such as turkey bacon, chicken and apple sausages, almond milk. Enjoyed my breakfasts here (I went back twice). Excellent service with the waitresses good knowledge of the menu and options. Coffee refills came quick and hot!!! This place is really popular so be ready for a wait. My wait times were 35 minutes the first time and 10 minutes on the second visit. Worth the wait.

My partner and I visited Butters Pancakes and Cafe yesterday for breakfast. We sat outside on the patio and it was very nice. It was a beautiful morning not to hot or to cold, but just right. We were greeted by friendly staff upon entry and seated with no wait. We got our orders in in a reasonable time and got good hot food moments later. I ordered the vegetables, eggs and hash browns bowl with pancakes. My partner got the similar bowl, but got the 3 pork meats and apple caramel topped pancakes. Our food was delicious. Were on vacation here and Id love to go back to eat breakfast here again before we leave.This place does have ample parking out front and is wheelchair accessible. Luckily we got there at the time we did because upon leaving their was a lot of people waiting to be seated with some standing outside. Lucky us. My husband likes the burger it was very juicy last time we went to eat @butters Pancake & Cafe. The burger was delicious and the fries was crispy & fresh . So I ordered the burger today.The staff was very friendly too.but the side of cornbeef hash was very salty today.Aug 27,2021.

We had plans in Scottsdale and wanted to grab breakfast. Butters has always been on are list of places to try. It was starting to get busy right when got there. I went with the Avocado Toast, which came uth a poached egg and cottage cheese. It was tasty, lots of avocado. I just wish the egg had been on the top. The Husband got the California Scramber with hashbrowns and pancakes. Normally he like jelly instead of syrup, but it had become so busy, we werent able to get the servers attention. No big deal he used the syrup. He thought everything was well cooked. All and all pretty good. Get there early, theace fils up quick on the weekend.

What can I say I didnt take a photo until we finished eating 😂 thats how good breakfast was. We had the skillet, pancakes, omelette and avocado toast everything was delicious!

Arrived at 9am on what appeared to be a busy Sunday. Took only 15 minutes for my girlfriend and I to be seated(20ish for larger parties). The food, environment and atmosphere are excellent! Which leads right into the service we received, world-class to say the least! Everything was amazing until we got the check, and then it was somehow better, we ate like a king and queen for $35 +tip. 10/10 will recommend and be back!

Highly recommended! Where do I start? The coffee was flavorful, the pancakes were buttery and fluffy, and the dishes were delicious. I ordered the eggs verde and the salmon omelette. If you’re in the area, eat here. There is quite a long line but it’s worth the wait.

Believe the hype and reviews... simply amazing! I had the Cinnamon French toast... the middle of the bread was light and fluffy... their Cinnamon sugar glaze was perfect... no syrup required! Friendly staff who really care about customers... if I could score them higher than 5.... I would.

Everything was excellent and the food was delicious. My cousin is visiting from Ohio and staying at the Scottsdale Links resort. Butters came highly recommended and it didnt disappoint. Too bad they dont give a military discount 🙄

Visited multiple times, one of the most amazing and tastiest breakfast restaurants that i have ever been to, definitely a favorite. Their pancakes are something out of this world and their french toast is really superb, you cant go wrong with either. Their different style of eggs are yummy and delicious, specially their classic eggs benedict. The sandwiches are full of ingredients and full of taste. The service is super friendly and fast. Definitely coming back again. The orange juice is fresh and really tasty.

I have always wondered how someone could make breakfast better because breakfast is just breakfast. Well, Butters showed me just how much better it can be. WOW. Every single thing about this place is incredible. The orange juice and cinnamon pancakes are untouchable.

Had the breakfast burrito, it was ok. My biggest issue was the avocado they used was so under ripe that I could barely bite through it. It was like a rock in the middle of the burrito.Tried a few bites of the banana pancake and it was good. The B&G was decent too.

This is our go to place for breakfast. Great hash browns and options. I always pay the $2.00 for the signature pancake upgrade and this time I had the cinnamon roll pancakes. Excellent as usual and well worth giving it a try if you have never been there before.

Butters was delicious! Their specialty pancakes were incredible. Kids loved the smoreo pancakes and I really enjoyed the granola power. I love that you can get them with a scramble. Definitely going back. It was a bit of a wait but worth it.

Outstanding food! Everything is so good here. The berry bliss french toast is the stuff dreams are made of. They are so good about customizing the egg dishes that you can get exactly what you want. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. The only minor drawback is that in all the years Ive gone here the hostess is the least friendly person. Never rude - just less than welcoming.

We could smell the bacon from the parking lot. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to just us. I say that because many of the waitresses were often just back and forth chatting with another customer, who was a friend or employee on her day off or something. We sat outside to avoid a longer wait for an indoor table. Our food did take awhile to get finished and by that time my Littles were hot and getting red even with the misters. Food was good, I had a chicken wrap but there was more lettuce than chicken but it was still filling. It needed a sauce or something so I added some of my kids honey mustard and that did the trick. The area was clean and the food was good, just a little annoyed the favored diner was seated and served without a wait, she was done eating way before we even got our food.

Its easy to see why people are willing to wait an hour for a table. Excellent food & service. What impressed me the most was the attention to cleaning tables & items on them in between customers. Very well cleaned. Well be back.

This place killed it, hands down the best food I’ve ever had. Their food is definitely worth the drive no matter how far. Their French toast was honestly so amazing but even it didn’t compare to their eggs Benedict, the honestly best thing I’ve ever ate. I do recommend using their online check in as the wait was around an hour but if you check in while you get ready in the morning and then leave the wait really isn’t that bad. Even if you don’t do the online check in the hour wait would be worth it in my opinion. Service was ok but honestly idk how great it was because all I could think of was how to get more food into my mouth.

Most brunch entrees are $10-12 and served in generous portions.Recommend the corned beef skillet and Banana cream pancakes.The eggs Rojas wasnt bad...but I wish the flavored the beans or potatoes more. +$2 to add the chorizo FYI.Jam packed on weekends (75min wait at 10:30am), so plan accordingly.

Our hotel recommended this place for breakfast. They were NOT wrong. So delicious! Our server, Ashley, was fantastic. Even though they were busy, we were sat quickly and the food came out soon after. I had the New Mexico skillet and it was amazing, hot and delicious. The comfortable atmosphere and great staff completed the experience. I wish our home town had a Butters. This will be our breakfast stop in Scottsdale from now on.

Oh my gosh, the best pancakes I’ve ever had! I got the banana cream pancakes with a side of fruit, and my husband got the whole hog skillet. Both were delicious. We also got a vanilla iced latte and a strawberry banana smoothie that were both great. Our waitress was very funny and we would definitely return if we visit AZ again!

A+++ Breakfast food. Was visiting Arizona and tried a few breakfast spots and Butters was so amazing. Most meals come with pancakes on the side. Make sure to upgrade you pancakes to a specialty pancake. Its well worth it! We actually kept coming back here after we found it. Be prepared to wait but again there is a wait because of how exceptional their food is! I hope to visit Arizona again and stop here for breakfast! Thanks!!

Very tasty breakfast! They were quite busy when I got there (around 11am), but I still was seated quickly and service was attentive and prompt. The waitress recommended going with a skillet meal and upgrading to their specialty pancakes for the side. I did so, and I was very happy with the recommendation!

We absolutely loved this establishment and it was our first time visiting from out of state. The food was made fresh and it was delicious to say the least.

The experience at Butters was great. I recommend this restaurant the food is awesome. I had the scramble chorizo and the flavor was authentic. Our server was very courteous and always asking how we were doing. Great service 👏 is what made a huge impact on our family. We were a big party and they attended to us very well. O wil definitely be coming back to try the lunch menu.

Thank you Laura for the excellent service. We were disappointed at first when we received no welcome from the hostess, very rude, not someone who should be the face of this restaurant. Laura was however very welcoming, engaged us in conversation, was professional and just provided an overall pleasant experience.

Great brunch/ s/witch! So many selections that it paid you to peruse the menu b4 you go .. take your time after you are seated, enjoy your wonderful Caramel Macciato .. 5 stars .. omelette, waffles, cinnamon bun french toast (not the best) appeared 2 B from a loaf of prebaked cinnamon bread, my sw omelette was outstanding and very fluffy. The ingredients were not clumped together, but clustered together in one place throughout the omelet. The cheese grits were not worth eating .. I am from the south . Atlanta .. and the just dont know how to do it out here in Arizona! But, good effort.

We didnt know this location moved. Its beautiful, staff is friendly, food is delicious! My love and I went to grab some breakfast and I swear the menu is bigger than before. Every option is great though, and the OJ mmmmm the best youll ever have. Our server Ashly was so friendly, and fast. I am one of those people that like my food a certain way. I told her how i wanted it and it came out just as asked. I dont ever like to praise one specific person, becasue it is a team effort and no my husband and I do not know our server outside of Butters...But great job Ashly!!The manager as well..stopping at tables and greeting the guests. We people watch and it seemed as the restaurant was just flowing nicely. My husband and I havent had that wonderful of service in a while. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks again!!!

I was here yesterday with my sister and our husbands and kids. It was great. Best pancakes I have ever had! Coffee was good and strong - they need vanilla creamer though! Haha. Really great atmosphere. Waitresses were on top of Everything. Truly wonderful customer service. Bathrooms and everything were very clean. Over all 5 stars we really enjoyed breakfast.

Little detailed review because I really liked this spot. Our server Huna was really friendly and proficient. Didn’t care for the sausage gravy and biscuits and hardly touched it, was going to pay for it anyway, she noticed, insisted we didn’t, and they got it sorted to where we didn’t have to pay for it. Was very kind of them to do honestly.Being from out of town and a waiter myself, any time I see a 10-15 minute wait on a breakfast place, I dive in because it’s usually going to be 30 minutes soon, and it was just like I assumed.The food was worth the small inside wait, the outside had misters if you wanted to be out at 10am in 100 degree Arizona heat eating (for some reason), and the indoor area was well kept, bussed and wiped by numerous bussers and sweepers; and in general the flow of the restaurant was very nice for being super fast paced.Brunch here is solid for sure. I didn’t stray too far off the beaten path, just banana waffle with graham cracker, but it was borderline fine dining pretty. Sweets for breakfast always look good.Can recommend. Experience, food and vibes were all a check from me.
