Unique ice cream and they let you sample. Favorite so far was that Toffee Banofi. Its big so can be shared by 2-3 people, every bite was amazing!

Great ice cream but Sweet Provisions (5-min drive away) was better on service, product offering, dine-in option and price. Still enjoyed what I ordered, still tasty, but I had higher expectations based on the accolades this place received in the past. They dont have peanut butter cup or samplings.

Okay I have to admit the ice cream is pretty good there but I could go to Baskin-Robbins get the same quality of ice cream for a little bit less money.

They have so many good flavors. We got the kulfi and the gingerbread. The Kulfi was nutty using pistachio and cardamom making a savory ice cream. The gingerbread was like ginger bread butter mixed with sweet milk.

First time visiting, all the ice creams are home-made and they let you taste test before buying. Super friendly/ helpful staff. Craziest flavor I tried was Jalapeño Avocado which sounds disgusting but was surprisingly good if you like Avocado. We randomly stumbled across it today but we will definitely be coming back

Very cute little spot! Not too pricey either. My kids both had two scoops in a cup and I chose a single scoop waffle cone, spent about $15. Great flavors, not a huge choice but enough to find something yummy. Staff was super friendly and we were taken care of right away.

Sweet Republic, more like DEN OF THIEVES! I asked for a one scoop waffle cone. I paid $5.41 and then the employee got HALF a scoop of ice cream, not even halfway up the cone. They were also out of half of the flavors and plain waffle cones. Terrible management, terrible customer service. I asked the employee if it was a joke and he said you paid for one scoop. I am a level 7/8 Google local guide. I give businesses the benefit of the doubt and mostly give 4 or 5 stars. I would recommend STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES! LOOK AT THE PICTURES, WOULD YOU PAY $5.41 FOR THAT JOKE??? They take the joy out of ice cream!

So good!! I am thrilled we found a local place where we can splurge healthIER! It is so hard to find places that use simple ingredients, are dye free and not overly processed. Sweet Republic nailed it with their made-from-scratch ice cream! I love that they use dairy from local farms and make their own toppings! They even make the cones from scratch! My kids were particularly excited about the handmade marshmallows toasted on top. The customer service is excellent as well. The kind lady was very patient and let us sample several flavors.YUM! Well be back for sure!!! Go! You wont be disappointed!

Nice ice cream shop right off the bike path. Prepare to wait for a long time, under-staffed on Saturday afternoons. We waited behind 5-6 families with 3-5 children each; the young man did his best to serve everyone quickly but he was alone.

My wife, brother and myself drove all the way down from north Scottsdale because we truly enjoy the ice cream here. We did not have masks and they said they could not serve us unless we wore masks. I asked if they had masks so we could PAY for ice cream and they tried to charge us for masks. They next said we would need to leave and stand outside. We will take our business elsewhere and spread the word. By the way it is not an actual rule as the employee agreed with me but said it is their store policy. 👍🏼

I heard of this place from the owner herself, did a little ac work for her. Went to the scottsdale location just to give it a try. I have never had a more upbeat and fun experience. I tried the berry cobbler ice cream, and to tell you the truth i have never had such flavorful ice cream. The real berries, and real pie crust made it an ice cream to remember. I highly would recomemd their fun polite staff for any get together or party. There is also a grass field out side that my kids ran and play in while my wife amd i watched (I heard there Tempe location has a splash pad near by, next summer stop.). Thank you sweet republic. For an amazing ending to a fathers day!

Some of the new flavors not good. Skip the blue Hawaiian and the pineapple whip. Go for the shoe fly pie ice cream which was unique and tasty.

This ice cream is fresh tasting, creamy, and overall really good. My favorite flavors have to be the meyer lemon or lavender honey. In the picture we ordered the Toffee Banofi and substituted one of the vanilla scoops for the brownie swirl. They make the toffee, whipecream, and cone in the shop. The waffle cone bowl was crunchy and sweet. The location itself doesnt have the best parking and inside seems cramped when there are a lot of people, even with the table being the tiny size they are. I would still come back to this place.

Just a cute little ice cream shop. Taste tested many flavors. My favorite was the Peabody espresso with a second scoop of peanut butter ice cream and a toasted marshmallow on top. My boyfriend has gone here for a long time. I now know why hes addicted!

I dont like Cold Stone, Its too sweet.If you fellows want new ice cream and finding Cold Stone to sweet come to Sweet Republic.To really get the taste you have to eat the ice cream slowly with a small spoon no matter what you get because they are almost small, but tastyWhats makes this special is every thing is out of scratch.I found this place when I was walking on the Green Belt pathway in Scottsdale and they had a sign out saying Ice Cream from scratch when they were first opening in 2009. I started going there since.Try it guys.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to Sweet Republic. We ordered a scoop of chocolate sorbet and another scoop of strawberry sorbet. The chocolate flavor was so bad that even my seven-year-old daughter, who has a sweet tooth for pretty much anything, refused to finish her ice-cream.Because of the pandemic, Sweet Republic no longer offers to sample their flavors. Thumbs down!

Enjoy some good ice cream with the hipsters while playing sorry! However, the turtle pecan sundae doesnt come with a waffle bowl. 👎🏻 We got the Campfire Smore. The guy making it roasted the smore with a little butane torch, which was cool.

This is excellent ice cream compared to other places in the country. A surprising selection of flavours made from seasonal (or at least whole, from what I️ could tell) ingredients.I gave it a solid 3 stars because:1. Even if it’s not the best ice cream ever, you’ll still enjoy it and have fun tasting through some of the more exotic flavours.2. The texture and flavour were reliable and distinctive. They’re probably about 10-20% off artisanal ice cream.3. Quite expensive for the portion sizes. (Nearly $7 for the 2 scoop & 1 topping you can see in my photo). But that cookie topping was 75c when a whole cookie is $1 so I feel that was good value.4. You’ll probably wait for 5-10 minutes for your ice cream (especially if you order a fudge sundae or one of the special concoctions with plenty of toppings and sauces), but you’ll be served with a smile and good nature (plus no judgement if you want to try plenty of flavours!)If you’re after a great ice cream and happy to pay a little more than you normally would for it, this is a great spot.

I had never been to this ice cream place before and I had a few friends of mine who finally got me to go here and basically dragged me here because I just usually dont have allowed time for sweet breaks. But of course Im glad that they did because what I discovered was something that I really appreciate. A local business who really focuses on quality of service and quality of product. The ice cream here is probably some of the best Ive ever had anywhere. The service is friendly and helpful and allowed me to try a variety of flavors before I was able to make a choice. I was really glad that I try this place and I can tell you right now that I will definitely be back again.

LOVE their ice cream and toppings. I absolutely adored every flavor I tried, so much so that I had to get a triple scoop! And their marshmallows looked so good that I had to get a torched one on the side. The rose vanilla? Flavor is to die for and the malt chocolate chip is my new favorite. So glad I live close by and can satisfy my ice cream cravings at any time!!!!

Some of the best ice cream my family and I have had in awhile. Made in house, and so creamy! If you prefer sorbet, they have a strawberry or mixed berry sorbet thats to die for! Theyre walnut cookie-no words can explain how good it is. Only 4 cookies baked per batch to make sure theyre always fresh. This place is guaranteed to please your sweet tooth. There are games kids can play while enjoying their sweets too. If you havent tried this place out, youre definitely missing out!

I came here on my travels in search of a good ice cream place and this place was so good I had to come back for a second time. Their quality was great and their flavors were very original.I always search for the best ice cream places when I travel and this place did not disappoint. Their ice cream was so well made and creamy--it had a rich flavor that was not overwhelming, but just perfect. I can see why they were rated so high.The flavor selection was also fantastic. I tried a bunch of flavors and honestly every one was so good. I usually stick to simplistic chocolate ice cream when I am trying new places, but every different flavor really challenged my decisions!here are some of the flavors I tried (and my wife):-PB with dark chocolate flakes--this was so good I actually got it my first trip here-Apple pie--my wife was in love with this one-pumpkin--this one tasted like pumpkin pie and was fantastic. If I had more of an appetite I would have gotten this one too-mint chip--my wife loved this one too as it is mint ice cream with chocolate flakes-I forget the name but it had oatmeal cookie chunks in it and it was so good.They have many more flavors that I am blanking on, but honestly every one I tasted was fantastic. The place is a bit pricey, but well worth the money especially if you are looking for the best ice cream around.

This is a fun locally owned ice cream shop with flavors that vary based on their current ingredient selection. My family likes to try toeat at the local mom and pap restaurants and this is one. The staff is always friendly and they have indoor and outdoor seating. My kids love the mint chocolate chip. I had the cacao chocolate and vanilla one today and it was great. We will definitely be returning over the summer.

Great place for ice cream (with fairly good sorbet). There homemade marshmallows are amazing and they toast them right there. They also provide boardgames for children and cards for teenagers and adults, making it a great place to just sit and chat.

The sweet corn ice cream was amazing. Matcha, Basil Lime, and Honey Lavender are excellent. Although they could add more lavender. Quick friendly service. They let you taste everything first!!. 4 vegan options were available.

They are also open late, 10 p.m. weeknights, 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, perfect after a night at the theater. As a Phoenix native, ice cream is my favorite treat, and Sweet Republic is my go-to choice when I really want to indulge.
