I called with very short notice and was supported with a custom design and a beautiful display of individually wrapped cookies for a customer meeting. My customers commented on how nice the display looked and how large/delicious the cookies were. Very happy all around!

I ordered a Birthday cookie bouquet for my father who is in an Assisted Living facility in Phoenix At. I live in a different state so I ordered online. It was very easy and the Bouquet had to be delivered several days later than ordered at my request. When the Bouquet got to its destination, everyone in the living center oohed and aahed over the beautiful presentation. My Dad was thrilled, the cookies are huge and I was told tasted great. I highly recommend this company. I also received notification when the delivery had been completed. All in all a very pleasant experience!

I ordered the MLB Bouquet as a gift for someone who is near & dear to me & he loved it! The photos did no justice to the actual arrangement that was sent! This was definitely such a unique gift that I was happy I stumbled upon in my search for gift ideas! In addition to that, I made a mistake on my order & when I called to get it corrected they were very accommodating & easy to work with. Their customer service was excellent from the start of the ordering process all the way to the hand delivery!

I live in San Diego and had get well cookies sent to a family member in AZ. The website said I would receive confirmation once delivered. Well I scheduled delivery on a Tuesday and never got a confirmation it was delivered. I emailed to check on this and was told no I selected delivery on a Wednesday. I did not, but thought whatever that’s fine. Then still didn’t get confirmation it was delivered Wednesday. I emailed again since the first time the day was wrong who knows what happened this time. Just wanted to make sure. The response to me was “you didn’t get a text? “ I said “no”. The person there Andrea Rodgers then told me she called the recipient to confirm the delivery and then proceeded to tell me she was sorry my “friend” didn’t say thank you! So that I knew they got them. To which I responded I wouldn’t expect them to as they are not well. Hence the “get well” cookies! I said on top of that you now bothered the recipient which I could of done to confirm if I wanted to. I expect the company I pay a service to to provide the service without bothering the recipient. If I wanted them to know about the delivery I would have arranged it myself! I thought it would be nice to send surprise cookies and instead the whole thing was a disaster then embarrassing me by calling to see that the recipient got them. Useless company! Go somewhere more professional. I certainly will in the future.

Absolutely a great experience. Went beyond what they had to to get my wife’s basket to her before she left work. It was a Friday and I learned my wife was leaving early that day. I called and let them know of my dilemma and they rerouted their drivers schedule to accommodate my wife’s schedule. The basket arrived and it was totally awesome. The driver even called me to let me know when the cookie basket was delivered. What great company. So nice to see a company care so much for their customers. Highly recommended.

This time especially it was clear whomever did the bouquet I ordered took an extra step when decorating the cookies. I couldnt believe it when my husband sent me a picture of them and they looked even better and more suited for him than in the pictures. I recieved a basket of cookies from a dear friend and they were the best cookies I have ever recieved. The basket had 2 sugar cookies on sticks with the message and decoration and the rest of them were soft, assorted homemade cookies. They were YUMMY!!! Friendly service taking my order over the phone for same day delivery even though I placed the order for birthday cookies and graduation gifts three hours after the deadline. They arranged for the driver to go out again after coming back from a delivery to squeeze this in before the end of his day. I made the order calling from Toronto and looked at their web site while they patiently made suggestion on which cookies would be suitable for the occasion. About two hours later, I received a text from my friend ecstatic at receiving this surprise delivery for her sons. This was so easy!

Tasty cookies. Loved the ease of online ordering. Delivered promptly and had a follow up call after delivery to confirm completion. I do believe delivery charge was very price... it was almost the same amount as the cookies themselves. The delivery charges doubled the total amount.

I ordered cookies for a bridal shower and they were everyone’s favorite goodie. The sugar cookie is just the right amount of crumb with a light almond frosting. And the decorative frosting will stand up to an airplane trip (carry on but still packed). This was my second experience with CbD and I will definitely order again.

I ordered a basket of cookies for Valentines Day that wasnt delivered until well after business hours, so the recipient didnt receive it until the next day. It took me six tries to reach someone on the phone, who was extremely rude and offered no apology or any kind of refund or credit. The womans retort was that the cookies were delivered and that it was their busiest day of the year, even suggesting that to make sure the cookies were delivered on time, I should have had them delivered the day prior.The cookies themselves were nothing special. Cheap basket with individually wrapped cookies that didnt taste any better than store bought.A delivery company that cant fulfill its orders within business hours and has incredibly rude customer support isnt deserving of your money. Go elsewhere.
