It may sound weird, but you should definitely come to this unbaked cookie dough place and get only their ice cream. The strawberry shortcake ice cream was some of the best ice cream Ive had, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream was about as amazing as youd expect. What was very surprising to me was the cookie dough wasnt that good. The texture was a little strange, and the flavor wasnt what we were expecting.

Delicious! Theres so many flavors of cookie dough, for all of you cookie dough fanatics, and gourmet unique ice cream! You can also order a boozy shake which I had during my visit to Unbaked. I got the Bottom of the Bowl shake and it was delightful! If you love cinnamon and Fireball - get it!All-in-all, this is a unique little un-bakery -- definitely visit and see for yourself!

Okay well worth the 30min wait in line! The cookie and the ice cream were top notch- a hard ask at places that do both. Combo I had: GF chocolate chip cookie, Carmel oatmeal crunch ice cream & topped with chocolate chunks & sea salt— out of this world!

We were looking for a sweet treat later in the evening after we had dinner to take back to our hotel. Loved all the options. We even got a box full of cookies to take back to our kids for the next day. Super cute store and I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Very unique ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream made from local dairy farms. You can mix and match ice cream with cookie dough that tastes just as good as grandmas home made cookie dough. Original flavors as well as some interesting ones as well.

This was a delicious stop. I only wish they were open earlier in the day than 3pm. No mommy get away after getting the kiddies off the school here. But if you can make it here when they are open, youll love it There are power and USB outlets available for charging your phone as you enjoy their menu. I love the pink ceiling.What makes this shop special are their unique menu items like the cotton candy straw, which is a fluff of cotton candy piercedby a straw and plunged into a shake. They really do serve a veriety of unbaked cookie dough as well as icecream on baked cookies. Come and cool off in a very sweet place.

Came for some ice cream.It’s hot outside so this cooled us down.Got 2 scoops one scoop of chocolate malt and a scoop of vanilla.My sister and cousin got fruity pebbles. Taste like the cereal and my other cousin lemon.It’s very cute inside

We LOVE Unbaked. We drive 40 miles just for their cookie dough. The staff has always been extremely friendly. The place is always spotless and thats a huge thing for me. I highly recommend Unbaked. Today my sugar cookie dough did taste a little more like flour than normal ,but this is the first time ever that it has happened so I of course gave 5 stars. I love to support local businesses , everyone should give them a try. ♥️🍪😍

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Samples were provided. There is a wide variety of cookie dough choices. They also offer you the ability to mix and match cookie dough while only purchasing one scoop (they offer four mini scoops for the price of one big scoop). Prices are reasonable for the experience and the treat. They have vegan and non dairy options. The cookie dough itself was good, but didnt knock my socks off.

This was our first visit. What a fun experience. Friendly and clean. That’s snickerdoodle cookie was so delicious. I had the caramel oatmeal crunch ice cream with whipped cream and coconut. Looking forward to the next visit.

Get a proper sneeze guard shield put up! People are standing above the ice cream, ordering, talking and literally spitting on the communal dessert products while at the counter. Seriouly disgusting. GET. A. PROPER SNEEZE GUARD! Ill also be letting the health department know on Monday.

On a ten-day trip to Scottsdale, our family made five stops to Unbaked. Your kids will love it and so will you. Delicious and unique sweet treats in a really cute and clean shop. Malts are amazing and so are the doughs and cookies. Lots and lots of choices and soooo good.

I was unpleasantly surprised at their cookie dough. I was so hyped up on going here and excited... I was let down.. the ice cream was melting by the time I even got my cup and the chocolate chip cookie dough was the worst cookie dough Ive ever had.Flavor wise the cookie monster ice cream is good. They need to turn down the temp on their freezer though.Bf had a boozy milkshake. Its great except you cant get it to go.

Pros: very cute looking place, a ton of options, cookie dough lover world, the presentation is fun and colorful.Cons: parking wasn’t very easy, expensive, so sweet that I couldn’t finish it, the customer service wasn’t the most helpful even when we asked questions, 1 bathroom that smelt like rotten eggs:/ and wasn’t the cleanest.

5 stars for great concept! I did the 1-scoop of cookie dough and let me tell you- THAT was wayyyy to much! I was hoping for a frozen yogurt concept when I first entered, but quickly realized this is a little different. Great flavors to choice from, awesome staff but eat responsibly!

Sadly we just did not like it. My son got the chocolate chip cookie dough scoops that tasted very waxy with very little flavor and my daughter got some peanut butter shake mess that was so crazy sweet she couldnt even drink it. Both of them threw them away as soon as we walked in the door at home barely touching them. $15 waisted. On a good note it was not busy and staff was friendly.

My gf and I tried several flavors of cookie dough and we both really enjoyed them all.

This is a fantastic dessert shop!! There are so many combinations to try and the staff is just amazing. I live in the far west valley and this shop is worth every mile traveled. Highly recommend.

Very fun! The staff was very nice and explained the different ice creams and cookie doughs. The menu is pretty extensive, so Id take a look online first to see all the options. I got the cookie monster doughsandwich, and its delicious!The only thing not perfectly delightful was parking. I couldnt find the parking spots in the designated lot, so I ended up parking up front for pick-up and then having to drive back home and hope it didnt melt (a pro -- the doughsandwich made it home mostly intact!).

Unbaked definitely satisfies the sweet tooth and inner child! It can be rich, so I recommend sharing or adding ice cream (super underrated) to balance the dough. My favorite combo is the vanilla ice cream and vegan chocolate chip cookie dough. Their vegan CC dough is SO GOOD!! I dont usually go for vegan, but this is my favorite there. The staff is also super friendly and the environment is great.

Staff was very nice. Its a lot of sugar in a small bowl. Anything larger than a small would be too much IMO. I had a 50/50 small and was too much in one sitting. They are just newly opening but I saw 2 things they need to fix. 1) spoons in a cup ...Spoon side up...yum extra bacteria from the guy before you. 2) Zero free water. Big miss! You cant feed people sugar and ice cream for $11+ dollars (for 2) and then expect them to pay for bottled water!Its worth a try for the experience but I wouldnt rush back.

The ice cream was pretty good but the service was pretty lame and the cookie was supposed to be heated up, tasted stale and not very good. A great idea but disappointing execution. You could make a better one at home. Also we came relatively close to closing and they had already begun cleanup, hiding some of the ice cream choices.Upon the next morning both my wife and I have felt very sick. She threw up the gross cookie.We will not be returning.

I loooove this place! Unbaked is my go-to spot for my sweet tooth cravings.From other reviews I saw people saying it was a lot of sugar--and I can agree that some days I struggle eating it all in one sitting. BUT you dont have to eat it all there. That is my favorite part--its the dessert that keeps on giving! I usually put it in my fridge and eat it a couple days later or even the freezer to save for another time.P.S. If you dont like the dough try the ice cream. Their ice cream is to die for!!!!

I overall like the concept of it. I r cream was great, and maybe it’s because I grew up eating scoops of Nestle Toll House cookie dough from Costco, but this cookie dough just isn’t the same. It is very good but their ice cream was better and the cookie dough was just different than what expected.

The staff was working very hard and was pleasant, however they were severely understaffed for Spring Break. They only had 2 workers and a line out the door. They had many things to choose from!

Overpriced. I had the cookie dough. Most of the staff was friendly. As I paid for my order the girl at the register(who was already not very friendly) dropped my change on the floor instead of putting it in my hand. Her response was oh sorry with such a nonchalant attitude. I simply walked out. SMH, and in my opinion the cookie dough did not taste like cookie dough. It was equivalent to calling frozen yogurt actual ice cream.

If you are the kind of person that loves sneaking a piece of cookie dough when baking, this is the place for you. If that thought repulses you, you can always get vanilla soft serve at McDonalds.The dough is made egg free, so the grouches of the world cant freak about salmonella.I had a single scoop of the peanut butter dough and a cold brew coffee. My wife had The Combo, which is a half scoop of dough and a scoop of ice cream. I openly admit to eating a tub of cookie dough when left to my own devices. No Pillsbury has ever come close to the dough I had here. The peanut butter had peanut butter morsels in it as well making it quite phenomenal.Word of advice though, I dont think I could have made it through my cup without a drink. And I did see more than one person with eyes bigger than their stomachs, order more than one person could or should finish. Its a great place for kids and kids at heart to enjoy a little bite of fresh, unbaked cookies.

If you want the best edible cookie doe and ice cream in town then this is the place for you. Ive ordered quite often since being in quarantine. I love that they are available for delivery and I cant stress how good the rice crispy treats are. The milkshakes are great too.The muddy buddy bars are my new favorite! The s’mores is the best cookie dough and the Cookie Monster is the best ice cream. No matter what I’m craving they have it!

I can truly say that I experienced the best customer service ever here, thanks to Mary. If the management see this, I strongly encourage to not only give her the recognition that she deserves, but to also reward her in any way possible as they found a true gem of an employee. To start, I arrived right at opening, which I understand can be hectic as you prepare for opening. Despite this, she was happy to help me, even though the cone that I really wanted was unavailable. During the wait, we held a strong conversation and she gave me attention that I don’t even receive from my closest friends. This helped to pass the time, the disappointment of not having the cone, the escalating anticipation of my treat and my concern of the passing time as I was on my way to another event. As for the actual treat, it was very much enjoyable (especially that they had a dairy-free/vegan option), albeit quite the sugar overload as I felt that I had enough sugar to last me the next few days. I did know what I was getting myself into, and the treat served as the perfect indulgence for me, but I probably should have saved half for a later time (which is quite easy as it doesn’t stain or need to be temperature controlled). This serves as a very good treat if you’re wanting something with an experience to ice cream, but are wanting something chewy and solid compared to cold and soft

First and last time for me. Dough was warm but I chose to power through thinking it was possibly more normal as my first experiance. Until the mother of all evils appeared. Halfway one scoop of the three I had ordered there was a thick dark hair strung in the scoop. I couldnt have gotten out faster I was nearly sick wondering how many more I hadnt caught before ingesting it. I thought that hair best were a thing in places where they prepare food? And as the response to my reveiw shows they dont care to try to make a first time guest with an issue ever return or allow anyone they know to go there

This place is phenomenal! I had a small cup with 4 different flavors of their cookie dough and it was plenty! They had other delicious treats as well, which I’ll definitely be back to try. I definitely recommend checking this place out when you’re in the area and want some dessert.

On my first visit it seemed the workers were a bit confused about gluten-free options. I believe I ordered a gluten-free ice cream cookie sandwich. This was the biggest sandwich ever! I almost couldnt bite it. What a sweet treat!

This was my first time going to a cookie dough spot. I dont know if theres others. I liked it. Executed well and the staff is super friendly :) I got chocolate chip, which hit the spot. Some of the flavors I tried I didnt like and they kind of had a strong flour flavor. Next time I want to try the gluten free peanut butter to see what texture and flavor it has. Omg. First time here with the man and omg. I got the Van Gogh shake where you can build your own. Started with brownie batter dough, vanilla Chai ice cream, with caramel sauce. You can pretty much do whatever your heart wants when cookie dough and ice cream get involved like this. DONT AVOID

The owner of the shop was INCREDIBLY friendly! This was our first time at an edible cookie dough shop, and Im absolutely in love. We came about an hour early on labor day, and even though they werent open Sergio (the owner) allowed us to come in! He gave us a tour of the shop and made us feel so special. He was so kind and considerate. Oh, and the cookie dough and ice cream flavors are to die for. I wish I could give a higher rating! You wont regret coming here.

This place is adorable and right on trend. They have daily assortments of fun cookie dough flavors as well as ice cream. I recommend pairing your cookie dough with ice cream because it gets to be too heavy and rich on its own, after only a few bites. Sometimes I feel like the dough is a bit too dry, but other times I’ve been in, its spot on. Could have to do with certain flavors or maybe the time of day. But if you love cookie dough, I definitely recommend you give it a try at least once and decide for yourself!

I had Unbaked at a company picnic and they were a hit! The dough/ice cream was amazing! They had an incredible set-up with the tent and bike! The employees really enjoyed it! From the start of the process, Cari the owner was wonderful. She was so helpful in getting back the pricing and even completing a form through the city to become a verified vendor. There were never any issues and she made the process so smooth. Outstanding Customer Service! If anyone is looking to have a catering event, I highly recommend. Too many great things to say about this place!

The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and great at selling their product. The store is cute and drew is in from the street. The cookie dough isn’t very good. It is grainy and you could tell it wasn’t cookie dough you would make at home. The ice cream was the best part. I am a huge sweets person but did not finish this.

I am such a freak for cookie dough so this place is absolute heaven for me. It was hard to pick which flavor but I ended up going with the sugar cookie dough which was soooo good. I did notice a bit of a flour taste in the all the flavors but I think thats because they have to use a special heat-treated kind of flour so its safe to eat, and I didnt mind. I definitely recommend giving them a try, you wont be disappointed.

The owner was so nice offering me samples without me asking. He showed me his favorites and was very attentive. I got a shake that was coated in icing and rolled in a topping. So yum! Such a cute business!! Will definitely go back!

We came her because the Instagram photos looked amazing and delicious! Honestly the place is very cute and the service was great, however the ice cream and the dough has too much sugar and makes you feel tired of the flavor. None of us after eating it felt good because of the amount of sugar. I recommend getting a small cup with only one cup of dough if anything.

Best milkshake in oldtown. The cookie dough blended into the shake makes a huge difference. One of the best things on the menu and often overlooked.

Have been meaning to stop in here since they opened and finally got the chance to tonight with my mom. I came here right when it opened and the staff was friendly, the portions were great and the temperature of the cookie dough was cold so I didnt mind spending the money even though I thought it was overpriced. I have been here numerous times since then and all of the above mentioned have gone downhill. The staff, well I understand that with turnover new ones may not be as friendly but the portions used to be so so much better. They used to fill the cup with more than a standard ice cream scoop amount so that it filled the hole bottom of the cup. Used to get a domed lid that is how much they gave you. That is not the case anymore since I got 1 scoop for almost $5 and it was barely in the cup and a flat lid fit without touching the dough on the top. I dont understand why it is not cold anymore either. Not quite sure if I will be recommending this place or coming back anymore. Sad cause the cookie dough was great.

Wow, after reading these reviews people need to really manage their expectations! How can you give a place a 1 star because its a) too sweet or b) you filled up on their samples and couldnt finish your order! WHAT!?! First of all its a place that sells unbaked cookie dough or ice cream!! Its going to be sweet. No one says you need to eat it all in one sitting and its no fault of the dessert shop that you couldnt finish it! I know I couldnt so I got a lid to take it home and enjoy it for a few days. If you are eating a ton of samples then get your order and complain that you are just too full then that is your own problem not Unbaked!! I read the reviews and knowing its sweet I got a 2 1/2 scoops of chocolate chip and oreo and it was perfect. I could only eat a few bites but then put the lid on it and saved it and ate off it for a few more days. Again, people need to manage their expectations at going to a DESSERT shop! I certainly would go again and get another 2 1/2 scoops or try the ice cream.

Sampled a couple cookie dough flavors (chocolate chip and cookies n creme); wasn’t my thing. Sampled the Cookie Monster ice cream mix, and liked it a lot. But what was truly delish was the chocolate chip cookie—perfectly baked chewy chocolatey texture. 🤤 would come back for this alone. Customer Service was very nice.

Was there for the opening. When my girl suggested we try it I wasnt feeling the cookie dough vibe. But after I tried it I know Ill be back. I tried a half a scoop of the Cookies and Cream cookie dough and half a scoop of the Peanut Butter and chocolate explosion ice cream. Both were AMAZING! My lady tried a scoop of Brownie batter which was super delicious. The ice cream is super soft and creamy packed full of flavor! As for the Cookies and Cream cookie dough... Its hard to explain but it sure was delicious! I highly recommend trying it.

I was excited to try this place since I love cookie dough, but man. I don’t even know where to start. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the little samples enough and the Brownie Batter was the best, flavor and texture-wise. But by the time we were seated with our 1 scoop choices, we realized, “how in hell are we going to eat this much f$@!ing cookie dough?” We both ate around 1/3 of our little cups and wanted to pass out. It’s been a half hour and I still feel sick (and I have no food allergies or texture issues). It was just... off. Sticky , stretchy, and thick and not at all like a normal cookie dough. It was almost like eating bread dough and the room temperature-ness didn’t help. It leaves you feeling like you have a gob in your throat. The aftertaste is not good.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, even for the dairy free/vegan options. I should have checked the reviews here first. Maybe they make decent cookies, but this was just bad! I’m really bummed!

LOVE this local spot! One thing I missed about the Midwest is the homemade ice cream. I finally found it here in scottsdale! Everything is so fresh, you can smell the fresh made cones! Cookie dough is such a nostalgia thing for me and it’s so great to be able to eat it without the raw eggs - cookies and cream is my favorite! And I love all the toppings - fruity pebbles are my fav on top of anything! Come here all the time and postmating these sweet treats is whats getting me through the quarantine!

Staff were incredibly friendly, cookie dough tasted like cookie dough, if a bit too sweet, I could only manage a few bites and had to take the rest home... where I cant quite bring myself to finish it. Maybe Im not as much of a cookie dough person as I thought, but its just too sweet after a bite or two. Water, milk and bottled coffee are available, but I feel like theyd benefit from some Italian sodas or something to cut through the sweetness. Fairly pricey, at $7 for two small scoops, but thats not too bad if its a treat.I may be ruffling some feathers, but Im lowering the rating as staff were fine with (even encouraging) having dogs in the store front near food. Im perfectly fine with service dogs in restaurants, but a badly behaved, clearly-not-a-service-dog that keeps running all over the place? No thanks. I know its tough on employees to enforce, but its incredibly off-putting and puts me off from returning again.

If you are looking for cookie dough this place is great. Fair warning cookie dough is very rich so dont bite off more than you can chew.

I tasted the Kit Kat dough and it was strange to me, but hey, then I tried something else, and Im very glad I did. The lady working inside was very polite and courteous. So Im not dropping a star because I didnt like one flavour.
