Charged us $59.00 and did nothing except tell us they needed another $220.00!!!Condescending and would not tell us what they needed to do for the addional $220.00 and then proceeded to take three phone calls While serving us and then walk away from us and started eating his lunch at 3P M in the afternoon after not opening till 2:15 P M on a Monday to after having our computer Mac Book Pro fromSaturday and had not looked at it but said it would be another $220.00.My wife said what are you going to do because we already paid you $59.00 and he would not talk and walked away and continued to eat his lunch... The RUDEST thing we have ever experienced!!!We left the store and went to Apple Store and they told us how to fix our issue and charged us nothing.......

We always go to Data Doctors of Pinnacle Peak when we have any problems with our technology. They are always so helpful to my husband, who is not very tech savvy. He always returns from a visit to the store with rave reviews. I took in my new Microsoft Surface yesterday to have the data transferred from my old one. Not only did they do a fabulous job, it was done overnight and I had my computer back by early this afternoon. If you want outstanding service and knowledge from two amazing young men - this is the place to go!

Terrific. Mike quickly understood my issue and resolved it within 24 hours. He also made sure that I checked the files on the computer to make sure they had been fully recovered. Great experience.

The service was excellent - professional — timely and affordable. ! Jeff was my repair tech and he was very pleasant , professional, and efficient! Previously I had joined their PC repair club which saved me quite a bit of money on this one repair alone! My overall experience was excellent and the PC repair club gives me piece of mind, should I have any future needs! These guys always come through for me when I have computer problems. They have lots of patience and try to understand what I need, and then help me with the problem.

Computer had gotten to the point it was almost not responsive; 4 years old. Data Doctors cleaned up the registry, start menu, and found some bad files. Then moved everything over to a new SSD. I was able to get in immediately when I wanted, they called numerous time while working on it to check with me what they were doing, and was served immediately when I picked it up. Much less expensive than buying a new computer!

These guys are GREAT! Fixed what we thought was the unfixable. Installed upgrades to my Mac and did a great job! Thoroughly recommended,

As a Quality Care member for many years, I have been to several Data Doctors locations throughout the Valley. This particular location on Pima Road is by far and away the very best. Excellent people with the very best in knowledgable service.

These guys are good and trustworthy. Ive had a hard drive re-imaged and copied. Twice Ive been in with an issue that theyve taken care of at no charge since it was an easy fix. Thats trustworthy service.

Brought in a 4 year old HP desktop with a hard drive problem and virus issues on 01-21-13. Paid the $59.00 for the “diagnostic” service and awaited a call. A couple of days later received a call and was advised that I had a bad hard drive and multiple viruses. I was presented with two recommendations with the first being a new hybrid hard drive, virus removal and to max out my ram. Cost – almost $800.00 dollars. Advised I just wanted the hard drive replaced and viruses removed. Was told the cost would be an additional $324.00 dollars, which I agreed to.Ordered a new hard drive through them, then was told by telephone the new drive was bad when it arrived. A couple of days later received another call saying the new hard drive wasnt bad, they had made an error. They tried for a month (30 days) to restore my computer without having to re-load all of my software. Finally I advised them that if they could not restore my system, reload the OS and I would re-load my software. If you dont know when a hard drive is bad and cant figure out if you can restore the original software configuration or not in 30 days, you are in the wrong business. Picked up above computer on 02-23-13 and learned the power supply had also been replaced. Total additional charges - $511.00 dollars. If you have deep pockets and don’t mind getting screwed, this is the place for you. However if common sense, technical ability and value are what you seek; seek it elsewhere.

Nate is great, very trustworthy, knowledgeable and affordable.they can recover & transfer data from a failing hard drive to a new hard drive for only $100, which is a great deal.you will eventually need this service if your desktop pc is older than 5 years, or laptop over 4 years. as these are the avg lifespans. although if you treat your pc well they can last many years longer.if you buy a computer from Data Doctors of Pinnacle Peak, you can get a budget Asus for around $700, or ask to upgrade to ie a Dell Inspiron for $100+ more. i recommend upgrading to Dell or HP.if you buy from them, they will not charge the $100 for the data transfer, as that is included in the total price. another great deal.

They can only deal with basic technical issues, anti viruses, data backups, simple file corruption. They dont do any advance data repairs at this place. Everything else gets sent to Tempe.
