Beautiful place by the lake and wirh good seats outside, good customer services and coffees where great, beside the coffee I order the Avocado Toast; it was great but a bit small for the portion and also get it in take out containers while dinner in take a bit out of the experience, but never the less great

I went to this place for the first time this morning. We had a group meeting, it was very nice. I had the avocado toast and a chai tea. I have to say the avocado toast was very good!

Always nice. Good coffee, welcoming atmosphere and great before, after and during the routine walk.They have several types of milks and will never give you the face if you made a mistake and want a bit more milk.

To whom it may concern:It was a blue skied, warm May morning. The staff was friendly and as warm as the day! Our iced mocha and cold brew were flavorful, delightful, and very refreshing. Just the pick me up we needed to take on the Memorial Day activities. Lakeview coffee has great ambiance and a beautiful lake view; it now holds a special place in our heart!We love you Lakeview coffee.

Beautiful spot. Its small and has everything you could want in a coffee shop such as a peaceful atmosphere, tasty foods and great coffee/lattes/frappes. The staff is kind and catering.

I miss Altitude Coffee Lab, it used to be my favourite coffee shop before the management changed.During my recent visit last week the barista made me a wrong drink and then argued she was right. She finally made the drink I originally paid for and it was meh!

Coffee was delicious, and the view is incredible… but the employees definitely made it feel like I was bothering them being there and asking for a coffee & some water… definitely a poor taste in my mouth walking out. I’d for sure go back, and get my coffee to go.

Nice little place by a lake! Very nice indoors and outdoor seating. Music playing in the background, comfortable seats and relaxing setting. I tried their latte and it was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I suggest getting your drink and take a walk around the lake or otherwise relax in the shade on their comfy seats! 😊

Awesome place! Really cool people, awesome vibe and, of course...great coffee! They roast their coffee beans IN HOUSE so its some of the best youll find in town. I had an iced Americano and it was pretty great. Very mellow, low in acidity and almost sweet in a way. Unique and great. Highly recommended!!

While I have enjoyed a nice latte and the peaceful setting, it was anything but this weekend. A packed patio of walkers for a charity event is fine-they were respectful-but the group or rowdy cyclists was too much at 8am. Loud, obnoxious, and took over almost every chair. Even dropped their food on my table.I can’t really fault the cafe but I wish the staff had not just let the cycling group take over everything.

Great ambiance, great coffee, great VEGAN pastries! I absolutely love that businesses are finally adding vegan alternatives to their menu. Would definitely come back here.

A very disappointing coffee shop in a nice area. As you walk in you’re greeted with a odor that is not welcoming or can be identified as to what it is. There is random stuff all over that looks like trash. The coffee is not good by any means and the staff does not make sure the place is clean after customers leave. I would recommend Starbucks over this place any day of the week and I do not like Starbucks at all. I fully support local business when I can and am completely disappointed in Lakeview Coffee.

Outstanding little coffee place with a simple but effective menu.The coffee options are greater. I had the cold brew coffee this time and it was quite good.Perhaps the winner is the customer service, from the person greeting you as you enter, to the owner himself who is also ready to help.The place is quite a gem.

What a great little gem! Lakeview is the perfect neighborhood haunt, with delicious snacks, great drinks, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The outside patio is spacious and social. The staff is great, too. Definitely will be back.

Good coffee. Great view. Pastries can be better. I would like to see some great croissants offered! Both myself and many other clients would love to see the misters being turned on daily once temperatures are above 80 degrees outside so we can really enjoy your lovely patio and views!! I have to always ask for them to be turned on unfortunately...

I visited altitude coffee lab for the first time this week, and I was very impressed. Check out the attached photo. Rarely have I seen a cappuccino so beautifully crafted, and theres nothing like having it in a ceramic cup. The pictured poppy seed scone was also very light and delicious. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Love this place! Great food & coffee, baristas & they even rescued my bag when I accidentally left it overnight!

I am a student at ASU in Tempe, home to a plethora of great coffee shops. I can happily report Lakeview is well worth the 11 mile drive. Not only does Lakeview serve a great cup of joe, but it is always great to see the smiling and attentive staff.

Delicious coffee, great service, yummy food, good prices, lovely views and overall great ambiance. I came on a Friday morning and worked for a couple hours, appreciating being somewhere other than home. Ill definitely be back, perhaps with a seat cushion this time. ;) Thank you for your hospitality lakeside!

I have been coming here for many years and it is always great and consistent. Outside sitting area with heaters and misters with a lovely view of the little lake. Definitely recommend!

Had breakfast and coffee with my mom here this morning. So cute and delicious coffee and avo toast!

The coffee isn’t bad. But the staff is so incredibly rude, and on more than one occasion I witnessed some sort of altercation between their staff and a customer. The coffee shop could be something special if the owner would invest some effort into their customer service. Accosting an old man because he was struggling to get his mask on fast enough, or making people feel bad for commenting on a drink not being prepared correctly - just be better to people.

Always great to come here, one of my favorite local coffee shops near me. Right by beautiful walking trails too!

Nifty little independent coffee shop. They make good strong tea here. Ideal location, too, with an outdoor patio and right on the Lake Marguerite bike path, where you can sit and check out the bald eagles.

Love this place, the food, the drinks, top notch. Super-friendly staff and they have a piano!

This is one of my favorite coffee places! They have outdoor seating and are dog friendly! You will met all sorts of sweet dogs and the lake is beautiful. The walk around the lake is the perfect walk to exercise off the amazing food! I love the breakfast burrito and they have dairy alternatives for tour coffee. They also sell oat milk which is the creamiest non dairy milk out there. Give this place a try! You wont regret it!

I would give this place zero stars if I could! I walked in on a sunny Friday afternoon and saw a woman with short hair who appeared to be the owner of Lakeview Coffee aggressively scolding an employee during business hours. I could even hear the screaming from the patio. It was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to a business that treats their employees in such way.

Owner greets you with a smile. Service is very good too.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Scottsdale. On nice days, sit outside on the dog-friendly patio to enjoy lake and dog views (it was aptly named). I love avocado toast and theirs is my absolute favorite in Arizona. Very simple... Just a great cut of bread and perfectly seasoned. Wonderful beverages too. Would suggest the dirty chai. Love this place!

Came here with some friends after brunch up the road. We wanted coffee but didnt want Starbucks. Its a super cute place to hangout and sit by the water. Good coffee, and a small selection of food and pastries to choose from. Its very casual and in a nice area. Love to stop by when the weather is nice and sit outside. Would recommend you check it out if youre in the area.

An excellent combo of really GOOD DARK coffee and excellent baked goods. I see they also have a nice selection of toast (Tartine) combos. You can sit with your laptop and work away as well. A nice neighbourhood coffee shop. Highly Recommended. Starbucks needs to visit a place like this and learn.

This has been a must stop at coffee spot for us for a few years now. We are from Alaska and visit a few times a year. A trip would not be complete without multiple stops here for coffee. The staff has always been very friendly, but today 2 ladies were working and they were just so pleasant and served up some amazing coffee and customer service; even wished us safe travels as we left. Cant wait for our next trip down and more delicious coffee from Lakeview Coffee.

Hands down THE best cup of coffee I have ever had; creamy, rich, smooth, and well balanced. I’ve been all over the world; Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, and the Middle East - where coffee is an essential part of the daily ritual and I never had a cup of coffee as great as this. There is real magic in ever drop. I don’t know how this small coffee shop does what the rest of the world can’t but I’m glad they are right down the street from my home. Keep up the perfect pulls!

Every time I go there, the cashier puts her hands all over the rim of my plastic cup when she writes my order on it. She’s handling money and it grosses me out. Yesterday there was a band playing on the patio that was so loud, people were leaving. We switched from another near by place because of atmosphere and shorter wait times. Everybody has sugar free mocha except Lakeside. The Roasterie offers more and better food items.

Love this place, it is always nice to stop while biking on the green belt to get a quick snack or coffee

Expertly brewed coffee. Batistas are professional and know coffee etiquette very well. I had a Quad Latte, no added sugar. Crema present and silky smooth. Milk frothed perfectly. Coffee beans roasted nicely. Tasted like a light to medium roast which is how most beans should be roasted to help bring out the natural flavor of the oils without burning the beans.

Ridiculously overpriced. My kids and I had one regular iced tea and two glazed donuts and it was just shy of $12! I wouldve handed them back the donuts, but my kids had already taken bites. I looked at the two cashiers and said, $12 for an iced tea and 2 donuts? I can safely say that I will never come back to this place. I suggest you save your money and buy coffee and pastries elsewhere too.

Starbucks is good once in awhile,its a little pricey for me all the time.I enjoy my coffee at home.

This cozy coffee/wine bar is a wonderful neighborhood spot. Local owners offer breakfast and lunch items as well as fresh pastry & chocolate to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is inside seating at small tables and a coffee bar looking out to the patio. Comfy patio seating overlooks Lake Marguerite right next to the walking path. Great place to sit and relax or get work done. Cozy place and love the lake view and walks you can take. The hot Latte is to die for!

They roast their own coffee. I got a v60 pour over that was decent. Someone else ordered a previewed drip coffee while I was waiting and it smelled way over roasted. They have a porch where you can sit and see the lake. Also, located close to the freeway, so l can stop on the way to the easy valley.

You will have best coffee here and the baked stuff was delicious. Place was amazing you can enjoy your coffee here while working on laptop or having fun with friends. It was amazing experience to be here.

Very friendly staff, excellent coffee and relaxing ambiance. The cold brew and the iced latte were very flavorful, maybe because they roast their own beans so the coffee and expresso are extra fresh.

Ive been to this coffee shop at least 3 dozen times and have had an amazing experience every single time. Everything from the atmosphere, to the sincerity of the staff, the fantastic tasting brews, and the speed in which theyre created, has been a remarkable experience. I would recommend this place to any and all coffee lovers and dare you to be anything less than very impressed.

Great coffeehouse. Had a latte and it was one of the best Ive ever had. A very talented barista, whos name escapes me, did a fantastic job. The latte was perfectly balanced, not acidic not sweet and the foam, oh so good, a dense foam. One not to be trifled with. I could have set quarters on it and they wouldnt have sank. Ill be back.

The cold brew was great! But the real surprise was how good the tartine was! I wasnt sure if Id like it but it was delicious.

This little hole in the wall is pretty fab. The decor is on point with their usage of brick walls, bags of coffee beans, and interesting seating. The ambiance is perfect from the abundance of natural light and (at the time of writing this) live music. My mocha frap was an exquisite refreshment for my extended bike ride. Overall, great little coffee shop.

Cool and cute little coffee shop/coffee roaster/event space right on the water in Scottsdale. I had a very good iced cold brew--very smooth and almost fruity tasting. I was planning to just get my drink and go, but the comfy looking, cushioned chairs at their tables were just too tempting, so I sat and enjoyed the view, the music and the vibe for a little while. Will be back next time Im in the neighborhood!

A tiny little coffee shop that is casual and chic. Located by a lake and bike path with a slice of a view on the comfortable patio.You order and pick up your coffee at the counter, as well as some limited breakfast or lunch items. The coffee is as fresh as can be as the beans are roasted right there at that location.They also have a happy hour.

I give Lakeview coffee bar stars because it was very relaxing I wasnt bothered it wasnt too loud and I could hear the water on the lake in the background which made it extra relaxing sipping my tea.

I had Espresso today and it was one of the worst ones I had in a long time, Bad experience ,I do not recommend this coffee shop for Espresso.

This coffee shop is located close to the lake with an amazing view if you sit outside. Coffee and treats are great, baristas are friendly and the manager usually hangs out in the coffee shop and makes sure that Im taken care of. They even serve alcohol if you feel like it. The sits inside are limited but its very cozy and the place is not loud so its good for studying or work.

Loved it! Whether alone or with someone, its perfect for something delicious with quiet time.
