For this being my first time at this specific Einstein’s, I was very satisfied by the wonderful service of the two women working this morning. I ordered a free coffee thru the app with my purchase and asked if I could add sweetener and they were both so kind to give me some free this time since I wasn’t aware of the extra charge. I will certainly be back, and more prepared next time. Great customer service a d the coffee was amazing❤️

Every time I come to this Einstein’s it’s a positive experience! The staff are so kind and friendly, and they always provide great service. With good food and employees who consistently try to brighten your day, what more could you ask for to begin your morning? Highly recommend

I finally got around to circling back to the Einstein Bagel. I had stopped eating the bagels due to a rough Transitition after it was sold. I will freely admit it was surely worth it, Kaitlyn served me and I am happy to recommend this location. They bake great bagels and make one great sandwich!!!

Wow! Me and my friend were impressed with your cashier named Mindy last Sunday. She made us feel welcome and important! She was knowledgable and super friendly and what a great smile and sparkling personality. Thank you for having her on board. We will pass up a lot of other places to come to this location again if we keep getting this type of service with a genuine smile :-) And the bagels and coffee were top notch too!

I get a turkey bacon avocado add salmon on an asiago bagel with a coffee refill and leave with a smile. The manager Asia has been real good to me over this past year, thanks.

I usually love every Einstein/caribou but not happy this time, wish we went to Dunkin next door. Food was skimpy and my bagel was hardly toasted it was not even warm. I started to order my coffee and she told me they were limited because they dump most of the coffee out* nobody orders it after noon. So i tried ordering what i always order and she told me it does not come like that.... no (we dont make it like that)

Visiting family and was looking forward to going to Einsteins. Very disappointed with the man who took our order. He was impatient and rude. There was nobody but us there at the time so I dont get why but when I spend $40 (which seemed overpriced for 2 bagel sandwiches, a bagel with cream cheese, an OJ and 3 coffees) I expect better customer service. Definitely wont be coming back again. :(

Great! Had a Medical Office Breakfast Party of sorts. My wife brought the Bagels & cream, they supplied the outstanding hungry Medical workers, & Doctors, plus the Coffee! Thank You for your tremendous Bagels!!!

Just waited 20 minutes for one bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. This is about our 6th trip to this location. Service is inconsistent. The cooks are in no hurry. We could not hear the employee who called the ready names. Off the good stops list.

Usually Einsteins doesnt disappoint, but for some reason this one always does. Whether you order takeout or go in, either way, they wont have what you want (plain bagels, or any other more common flavor) or will mess up your order. Try to solve it with the unfriendly, unhappy staff, and youll wish you never stepped inside. Find a different Einsteins unless you enjoy disappointment!

Staff is very friendly and helpful but when a manager snaps at their employees in front of customers it’s not only bad management but it’s unprofessional and makes them look like an idiot. There is no reason to snap at someone in front of customers.

Im mainly here for the Caribou, which feels like it has been shrinking in this location for a while. All the Caribou drinks (like Campfire mocha) are no longer available, and the last visit was entirely devoid of beans, which sucks since the eclipse and obsidian are tasty dark roasts. Admittedly, the service here has improved with time, and the bagels remain good. Its a generous four stars.

Lackluster service and questionable sanitation make this a pass for me. Usually like Einstein’s, but this one is blah.

Poor service, when ordering by phone there is no pickup available, you have to wait in line like everyone else thats what they told me and made me feel like I was trying to bypass the long line. And off course wait for 10 minutes while your breakfast sandwiches are getting cold sitting on the counter. Most places that offer online or by phone orders offer a pickup service.

I always get a good vibe when I stop in for a quick bite to eat and something good to sip on. To bad they close at 3pm. :)N

Slow service. Bagel only half buttered. Coffee served RIDICULOUSLY hot - had to ask for ice to cool it.And for a touch of atmosphere, both servers had attractive facial piercings including that through-the-nose thingy that looks like metal mucus. I expect to see that at a rave at 2am, not with my breakfast sandwich.

Einsteins needs to revamp their customer service big time. Stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged; the young lady with the curly blond hair told the customer in front of me(after him standing there 3 minutes), well, I didnt get a chance to brew new coffee, and we are closing soon, so this is what I can give you (when he ask if there was a fresh batch). No hi or hello to him, and no acknowledgement of me, though she saw me. So, I walked out. Then again, seems to be a theme with Einsteins; so, last straw. Please consider retraining. ;)

I go in all the time on my way to work! The French toast bagel and maple cream cheese is the best! Thank you for making my mornings better with the friendly/happy staff and super fast service!

Food and staff were great. If you go on a Sunday morning prepare to wait!

The first time I went I received great service (even though they were busy) and they were awesome about allergies. This time (they were slow, only a couple people in the place) they were a little rude and quick to dismiss me as a customer because of allergies. If you are going to serve something in your restaurant you should know whats in it. Allergies are not something new, many people have them.

The atmosphere in this coffee shop is amazing, 5 stars for that! Customer service, 5 stars! Cleanness, 5 stars! Food and coffee, 5 stars!!! We had a great time here! The service really is exceptional!

If I was any good at remembering names I would mention the VERY helpful, patient, and friendly young man that works at the register.....but I cant remember his name. Anyway....the people there are great. We were there in the evening and the bagels were still fresh.

Very rude staff. Why was the woman yelling at me at the counter? Also the food is soggy and bad prepared. They also told me to “slow down” when I was giving my order. Is a bagel and a coffee too much for you to remember? Also, no mobile ordering.

Born in raised in Minnesota and now living in Arizona its nice to have a piece of home here! The best coffee and holiday drinks you can get! If only there was more metro locations! But first stop when Im in the area! Love!! Keep up the good work!

Went to day at 9:20 AM. The food was good as usual. Didnt get any coffee because Caribou is terribly bitter. Staff was very inattentive I stood in front of the register and the staff ignored me for several minutes. When someone finally came to take my order, I had to explain the order three times, this was after a different staff member had taken my order and begun making it.

This place is the WORST. The coffee is way better than Starbucks any day, but this location cuts corners at the expense of loyal customers. Im here now at 545pm, 15 minutes before they are supposed to close, and the doors are locked. The Open sign is still lit and there is a guy mopping the floor who I know can see me. Guess Im heading to Starbucks. Im willing to pay more for crappy, overpriced Starbucks for a place thats actually open when they say they are going to be. I work night shift and this will be the last time I get up early to MAYBE be able to get coffee from this place. So disappointed.

The store is clean and the staff is super friendly. The service was speedy, given it was the lunch hour. I ordered the asparagus mushroom egg white on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. One word. DELICIOUS!!!

Not real NY bagels. Bagels too chewy, dough tastes awful. But nice place for coffee & friendly staff.

Service ok. Their variety of bagels was terrible. They were out of half of what they have to offer. Took forever to make my mango tea and their variety of bottled drinks was almost gone. I will be sticking to Einsteins on FLW and 101.

I’ll take you through my experience. As I walk in my he chairs are up. And they are pulling stuff from bakery display. I asked what time they close. They still have an hr and 15 mins. So already don’t have a welcoming feeling.As I ordered she cut me off assuming she knew my whole order. I asked for a 12oz of my drink for a reason. As my drink order came up she said she just made a 16oz. ( the drink was watering) wanted to return it but the person with me paid for it.Also the person who paid for it bought his own drink and a pastry. After he was giving them cash for it, the barista asked if I wanted a pastry since they were throwing them away. Why did he pay for his then?!Felt rushed. We wanted to sit for a minute being we’ve been on the road but where?Need to retrain in customer relations.

Normally a pretty efficient and pleasant experience without weird and forced questions about how my day is... Must have been training day or something. Took forever to order despite being second when we walked​in...

7 out of 8 times when I ordered iced coffee with caramel I got a peppermint iced coffee. I informed them the 4th time that something must be wrong because the same error is happening every time, still didnt get fixed, called corporate and gave it another try. This time they gave me a peppermint and caramel iced coffee. The coffee is already over priced, and they cant even get a basic one right. The bagels are definitely the worst of any Einsteins Ive been to, they are much tougher than normal. This is by far the worst Einsteins Ive been to. I called the manager after this one to tell him this is unacceptable and I will not be returning to his location, he did offer to buy my meal but at this point Ive spent more money on ruined coffee than a meal and just out of principal I will never be returning. This Einsteins is awful and needs new management.

Bacon brewhouse egg sandwich on a pretzel bagel & their sweet potato marshmallow shmear are just delicious! Really all of the bagels great. Caribou coffee 👍 And all the Employees are friendly & patient.

3 visits, 3 problems. I stop by a different Einstein bagles twice a week, but only 3 times here in the last 2 months. Staff has never been friendly, this time I got the wrong sandwich, and how hard is it to open up the ham (i know its petty, not hard to fix, but says something about the service), and other time they served a bagel where the middle was missing. Once again not a big deal but got a lot of attitude when I asked them to replace it. Also, stopped by at 1145 on a Sunday, not too busy but they were out of over half of the bagel types. How does that happen at a bagel shop?

This place rocks. The people are great, the place is clean, including the restroom! I have been there a bunch of times and its always great.

Sorry Einsteins, caribou coffee sucks really bad. Coffee was better before. Also line takes longer with your set up to get checked out.

Typical Einstein bagels, but they have caribou coffee instead of the normal Einsteins. It was tasty and the breakfast bagel was good. My dog scarfed down the bagel dog treats.

It has drastically gone downhill since the merger with caribou coffee. The staff is never present, orders take forever, the menu has been cut in half. I keep on giving it 2nd 3rd and 4th chances, but Im finally done going there. All I get is 2 butterd bagels and its a hassel. The only reason I did go there is because its within a mile from my house, and it saves me a trip going up to eignstein bagels on Frank Loyd wright and the 101. I guess Ill just have to deal with the drive. Im never going back. The merger experiment has failed!

The craft coffee was smooth and subtle. The sparkling peach tea was delicious.

Consistently bad quality. My bagel was burnt. SLIVERS of bacon. Dirty basket with hair and leftover crumbles from someone elses bagel.
