Troy was amazing!!! Ive had to go to the AT&T store several times in 2 days trying to figure out how to recover my iCloud account due to losing my phone and having to buy a new one. He was super helpful and had a great attitude! Went along way with me having a so much trouble losing my phone and all contacts while on vacation. Dom and Troy worked very hard to make sure I walked out a happy customer. Moving from another carrier to FirstNet seemed like a no brainer but then snag after snag occurred by no fault of anyone really. Dom and Troy worked hard to correct each snag and set me up for success! They both stayed an extra 1.5 hours to make sure I had what I needed which is much appreciated. They are the best and I won’t go to any other ATT store!!

Our account was messed up by Carlos at one of the AT&T store on Frank Lloyd Blvd, by adding a new line & giving my daughter Meghna a new phone when she had been paying for Mobile Insurance $8.99 for years!!Finally after 2 visits to same store, nothing happened & 2 hours of phone calls to Loyalty department where (ShawnD from Caribbean helped me a lot too)! I came to this A T & T store where the manager NITZA assured me that “she will take care of us & believe me, she DID IT👏🏻!! In 20 minutes, she cleared the whole Mess, that Carlos had created!! I am so grateful that AT& T hires a smart, dedicated & professional agent like NITZA. A manager can make or break the business & this Nitza is the one to make this store better!!!

Ive been a customer of ATT for nearly 20 years. I recently had a problem with my ATT SIM card not being recognized by my Samsung S10+ phone, and asked for help at the Scottsdale ATT store. Rather than helping me, several of the sales staff gave me a hard sell to upgrade my phone. I told them that this is a recent Samsung flagship phone, and I wasnt interested in changing it. I involved the store manager in the discussion and he said that ATT was no longer supporting 3G, and that I would need to upgrade to a 5G telephone before they would issue a new SIM card. I told them that there was no conceivable way that ATT would not support 3G on their SIMs. Ultimately all of the sales people in the store (3 of them) got involved and they were adamant that ATT no longer supported 3G. I dont think Ive ever run into such a combative, dishonest sales staff before; they certainly were pushing those new phones. Horrible experience, and Im considering changing carriers because this is apparently what ATT has become. Ugly!

I was treated extremely rudely by the staff at this location. I came in because I had started a new job and my employer called to verify I could pick up a product paid for already and spoke with a manager who said I could come in with her ID and signed letter. They grabbed the letter from me and went to the back room the employee then rudely came back expressing they could not help me unless I am added to the account. They would not help me with anything just told me to call 611 when I am at the AT&T store! As a general manager myself I would not conduct a business with this kind of customer service. The correct polite way to have handled the situation would have been to have the manager who gave my employer false information should have left the office to personally explain the dilemma and offer any help or solution instead of me sitting in the parking lot on hold to get in touch with customer service. The employee who was extremely rude to me was “Maria”When I can back I was helped by Whitney who was extremely professional and kind. Wish other associates would have common courtesy like her.I am not a person to usually write negative reviews because I understand the complexities of customer service but I have been an AT&T customer my whole life and where I am from at their store on Long Island they would have never treated a paying customer like that.

Very impressed by this store’s safety policies, processes, and the tools they have implemented to provide excellent customer service while keeping their customers and employees safe. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, both related to service and safety. I had a terrific experience on a busy Saturday. Andrew and Dominique were especially friendly and service oriented, and they practiced safe distancing and infection control protocols in a disciplined way. Well done AT&T, and well done specifically at this location!

Dominique is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had to transfer my plan from a business plan to a separate FirstNet plan, which is not an easy thing to do. I had called AT&T 3 times and no one was able to get it done. Dominique was so intelligent and personable. The transition takes a long time, and she was patient and helpful the entire time. Without her, we would have run into so many more frustrations. If you get her as your representative when you come in, you’ll be in great hands!!

Went into the AT&T store to upgrade my phone, the Sales Rep Cody, greeted me quickly and introduced himself. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the products and services. I am very happy I went into this store, I was able to get the phone I wanted as it was in stock, and Cody made sure all my contacts and stuff transferred over to my new phone before I left.

Store is great with very helpful staff but be careful that building is under construction! If you are traveling on North Scottsdale Road you might think that the store is closed. The entrance is on the other side though.

I am a long time AT&T wireless customer, since 2001. I would recommend not purchasing services from this store and strongly encourage another service provider which is what I will be doing now.Worst experience ever. Purchased an iPhone 8 on 16 Dec 19 with salesman named Cody. 0$ plan offer, reviewed all circumstances with Cody and ensured I qualified to add the new line to an existing account. After he assured me all I would be responsible for was sales tax, activation fee and the first 3 months of installments (which would later show as a credit), I agreed.AT&T still has not correctly set up the plan. Through the error of Cody and this store, on set-up (extra fees and AT&T next plan added without authorization) and now the account was set up incorrectly.I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB against both this business and AT&T wireless HQ in GA.UNSAT

Awesome store. We went in with a few issues, and Gujin helped us answer each and every question we had. He also figured out a way to save us money on our month plan AND get us all unlimited data, a personal hotspot, and HBO. Can’t recommend him enough! Very pleasant employee, he deserves a raise!

The AT&T store at Fashion Square, Scottsdale,AZ is like no other that I’ve seen. The store is two levels all glass and window and over looks the Scottsdale Road. The store is always bustling with shoppers and experiential seekers. Great place to be and customer service is very accommodating is listening to understanding your needs.

I watched this store today treat two people of color wrongly while they served all of the Caucasian customers that came in. They made them stand outside of the store for over an hour and when one of them went in to see what was going on - they tried to force him out of the store. This is not the first I’ve heard or even seen this store treat people unfairly. If you are a PERSON OF COLOR, please do not come to this store. You will be treated unfairly.

I spoke with the sales associate Raquel Campbell (Rocky) at this location for information about phone plans. I was a bit confused by the many plans they offer. When I asked her to clarify some things she got angry. I was completely taken aback with how rude and short she was with me. I left the store. I will not be an AT&T customer because of her.

If you are going to run a business maintain 9 to 5 business hours. As a working parent I can only get you between 9 and 10 (without kids in tow). 8 am would be even better. If you want to stay open later great. You are not in the mall any more start maintaining better hours to match your consumers.
