We were referred to AAA Hardwood Floors by one of their satisfied customers. From the first meeting at their showroom on McDowell, we felt that we were on the right track. When Ken Tran came to our unit in a Central Avenue high rise, he put us completely at ease and we were totally happy with the estimate. At the appropriate time, seven young men showed up at our door and they took over and started things moving. All the furniture was put on roller skates and everything was handled with great care. Living in a high rise, there are many rules that must be observed. Management complemented the staff and company on their respect for the building. When they neared completion, they asked us to help guide them in replacing all furniture to its appropriate place. They even put pads on the bottoms of all the furniture to help protect our beautiful hardwood floors. All staff and management associated with this company were amazing and caring. We are so happy that we would recommend this company without reservation. In one word, we can describe this company - PROFESSIONAL. You will not do better anywhere else.

AAA Hardwood Floors is a top notch company from initial sales help, measuring and cost estimating and then the actual installations of both wood flooring and carpeting. Everything went very smoothly. Love this company! They were so easy to work with. I had estimates from 4 other companies and just did not feel comfortable with them. I went to the showroom and Ken the owner was very helpful. The sales person did a good job and I could tell they listened to what I wanted because he brought the perfect product out. The installers were right on time (actually early!) and did an amazing job. My floors are so beautiful! My only regret is that I did not do it sooner! I would recommend them to anyone.

He even took back the stock unused from the original estimate and credited me for unused material. The installation crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up after each days work as the installation took five days to complete. AAA Hardwood Flooring installed a beautiful laminate flooring and new baseboards in my family room, kitchen, dinning room and living room. The office manager was very helpful and accommodating when we made some last minute additions. Can not say enough good things regarding the installers; they had the attention to detail that you do not see a lot of these from companies. They were on time everyday and had great work ethics. After I thoroughly reviewed the background, state license/bonding status and BBB status of AAA Hardwood Floors, we engaged this company to provide us with an estimate for the installation of 500sf of 6 1/2 wide, 1/2-inch thick, hand-distressed hardwood flooring for our first floor family room. This was a competitive bid process and we set an appointment for the owner, Ken, to come to our home to provide an estimate and to provide samples. Ken arrived exactly on time and was very thorough in the process of measuring, analyzing our situation and making some suggestions about finishing touches. Ken took the time to discuss their product line and the processes used in the manufacture of the hardwood we chose. Ken was very professional and focused, yet was appropriately friendly and pleasant.Since we had already received a few other competitive bids, we knew exactly where the AAA Hardwood Flooring estimate and bid needed to come in. After a short discussion we arrived at a very attractive competitive offer/acceptance and I provided Ken with a deposit. We scheduled the installation for a date that was convenient for us, since my wife and I both work and travel. There was a follow-up call and reminder of the installation date. The contract package included moving the furniture out of / back into the room, removal of our old carpet/pad, removal of tack strips, cleanup and prep of the cement floor, preparation of the molding, installation of the adhesive, installation of the hardwood, a seamless interface of the hardwood to the mosaic thresholds (3), installation of needed grout, removal of the old carpet and end-of-job clean up.On the scheduled date for the installation, the three-man team arrived on time and as expected. The installation team worked quickly to place plastic sheeting covering all doorways, the pass-through window and they covered all items remaining in the room that could not be removed (wall-mounted TV, pictures, etc.). Once preparation was completed, the team worked non-stop (except for a short lunch break) doing prep work, then installing the hardwood planks. We have three mosaic thresholds and the team leader did an excellent job of seamlessly interfacing the hardwood to the mosaic tiles, then he installed the grout for a perfect transition for all three thresholds. Cleanup was as efficient and thorough as expected. The entire process started at 09:00 and ended at 17:30 the same day. Overall from the first point of contact with AAA Hardwood Floors all the way through to post-installation follow-up, all aspects of the job were done on-time, on-budget and actually exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend AAA-Hardwood Flooring for a similar installation. We are very pleased.

We had a great experience working with Ken at AAA Hardwood. We had his company provide and install all the hardwood flooring in our new custom home about 6 weeks ago. In addition, Kens company did all the tile work in three full baths.First the hardwood floors: They are absolutely beautiful! Hand scraped hickory in a wide plank that is a perfect fit with our Territorial style home. Ken installs the flooring as well as selling it to make sure its done properly. Two members of the installation team have worked for Ken for more than 10 years - that says a lot about their experience and what kind of person Ken is.Ken also provided the tile for the bathrooms in our home. Fantastic quality installation in spite of a rushed schedule - Ken is the reason we were able to move in before Christmas!We couldnt be happier with our experience from beginning to end with AAA Hardwood. Great company. They installed 700 sq ft of wood flooring and did a fantastic job. The crew were extremely professional and conscientious. I would recommend them to anyone getting a hardwood floor. Ken knows his business and the install his men did proved it. They will be getting calls from my friends and neighbors.

I couldnt be happier with the entire process. I had talked to one of their sales men a couple years ago at a home show and had saved his card for when I was ready to replace my floors. I put away the info I had collected and forgot about it. When I started making calls and getting estimates AAA Hardwood Floors had given me the best first impression, then I remembered the file I had put away earlier. Funny, I had noted on AAA Hardwood Floors business card that that I liked this company the best out of all I had talked to that day. The samples that were brought to our house were better than the competitors samples. Price was reasonable, and more work was involved. Our flooring was glued down, and the baseboards were cut so the hardwood fit underneath. Crew was professional and hardworking, and flooring looks great. Couldnt be more pleased.

My wife an I had AAA Hardwood Floors replace old carpet in our family & living room. They took old carpet out , move large furniture including pool table & piano placed beautiful hardwood flooring and put all furniture back in place in two days .Their own install team was top notch and kept our house very clean using shop vacuums and taking out the trash immediately .When it comes to flooring , especially hardwood floors , simply put , they are the BEST!Price , quality and service was # 1 .

We were told over and over again, by multiple other installers, that we had a very complicated flooring project. It took over five years to finally find someone who said they could do it without a problem and that was AAA. The challenge? Footed built in bookcases and cabinets built on carpet. And, a Murphy bed that could not be removed. And, last but not least, a picky consumer looking for just the right hardwood. The outcome? Beautiful. I would use AAA again in a heartbeat.

I had the best experience with AAA Hardwood. They came and did my floors while I was on vacation. When I got home everything was great except for one small issue so I emailed the company. To my surprise the owner called me and personally came to my house to oversee the completion of the tile floors. I could not ask for better customer service than that A+ to AAA hardwood Floors. My family just purchased a house and we wanted to install hardwood floors throughout. One of my coworkers recommended AAA Hardwood, as she was quite happy with her experience with them, so we decided to check out their showroom in Scottsdale. There were an abundance of options in the showroom, and the staff was very helpful in helping us narrow down the choices. We choose Truffles Cocoa Hickory, as well as a new baseboard. The staff worked with us to schedule the project within our stated timeframe. They set a 2-week window to complete the project, but ended up finishing everything in about 1 week. They even came out to do some installation on a Saturday in order to finish early, which we really appreciated. The team that installed the flooring was professional, courteous, and asked several clarifying questions throughout the installation to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend AAA Hardwood – you will absolutely get a beautiful floor and a stress-free experience!

I wish I could pick something higher than an A like A++++++. I had 4 companies come out and give me quotes on doing my floors. I liked Ken right away, because we had a Connecticut connection. Regardless of that I loved the samples he bought and that he brought. He knew exactly what I wanted. He was the lowest quote I received, but a few hundred and then I got a call that they were running a Memorial Day special and they would take off an additional $400. So it was a no brainer with that savings we decided to do the baseboards. We went back and forth trying to decide if we should do the floors it has a big price tag. I hated the tile that was there and I love hardwoods being from back east. Went ahead and did it and its the best decision that I have made. They look amazing. Can you be in love with your floors??? I think I am. Jessica was a pleasure to work with in the office and the crew that came out was the best. Ed and his team of 3 guys working both days doing a great job. They finished the floors in one day over 750 square feet. Amazing. I came home from work looking for mistakes. Thats the type of person I am. I expect perfection from professionals. I always find something wrong. I looked and looked and looked and couldnt find anything. It looked amazing. The lines are perfect. It wasnt an easy job since I wanted it to run continuous from all the rooms, but there was a stairway and wall. They did it thought in one room the boards are in the same spot as in the other room behind the wall. The transitions from the carpet and to the bathroom travertine is perfection. I dont need to have any stupid transition pieces other companies were going to do. To me that looks cheap and unprofessional. I honestly cant say enough about these guys. Second day they did the baseboards and cleaned up. Oh did I mention they moved all the furniture and put it back to where it was. Other companies said they would charge or I could hire movers. AAA did it for me. I had bought felt pads to put on the bottom of my furniture when I got home and left them on the counter. They actually put them on all my furniture for me. I didnt expect that. Way to go above and beyond. Please look no further and hire these guys. You will not regret it. They are perfection. Ed and his team are amazing and I really cant say enough about them. Please send lots of work their way.

I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been to deal with this company. Since they put our floors down, we have had a cracked toilet and flange, a gas leak at the stove and unbelievably poor response. After, having a plumber come out, they had to basically rebuild the flange area and replace the toilet. Because of the leaking, AAA had to come back out to replace the damage wood. They took the toilet off and basically destroyed the work that the plumber did. Ive never seen anything so poorly done. Looks like the guy tried to rip the toilet off without taking the bolts out bending the heck out of the brand new materials the plumber had to put in because of their negligence in the 1st place. The cuts around the toilet look like he did it with a screwdriver and hammer causing ripped and jagged wood everywhere and he didnt even cut it to where the toilet would sit flush again. The carpet/wood transition is even worse. They took a 12 divider and cut it into 20 pieces and angled them all together leaving sharp points, gaps and just a horrible look. In a main walk way, they put a 10 divider that looked horrible. Big Ben gave me a hard time about fixing that, when his guy who came out to fix it even said, why would they have done that. It not only looks bad, but isnt safe right there. I will continue to post here and anywhere else I can, as well as BBB and legal action, until they act like a professional company and fix things. We paid a pretty penny with no complaints and just expected a decent job, not drunk handy man type work...
