Old laptop, aged battery with no replacement available! Courteous technician.

My 2016 Infiniti Q50 3T Premium battery decided to die today. I called 18 different stores to see who had a battery and ONLY BATTERIES PLUS had it. I have no alternative vehicle to pick the battery up and I was told they could come to my home and do the install for $38. Before calling them I called 7 mobile battery install places and all were over $200 just for labor.Bob came out, had great communication, was efficient and installed my battery. I am beyond impressed with the customer service, going above and beyond to help, keeping inventory and having 10% off savings from ordering online. Thank you for helping me today. Customer for life! The website is very user-friendly, then, called the Scottsdale store and had a car battery installed there. Julio was great and helped me tremendously on the phone and, when I got there, Ryan installed the battery. Both were courteous and helpful. The technicians were diligent and timely in getting parts, keeping me advised, and by completing warranty repairs when the battery began swelling inside my phone and popped the cover off of it. I was very impressed.

Great experience, Bob cut and programmed a key for a 19 Ford F150 Raptor I bought with only 1 key. I was in and out in no time, for 1/3 the dealer price and without having to get an appointment. Definitely coming here if I ever need another key. thanks!

I ordered a motorcycle battery online, for store pickup. The process was smooth and flawless. The order was processed within an hour or so. I received an email notification that it was ready for pickup. I called ahead to make sure it would be charged when I would pick it up. I got to the store and called for curbside pickup. The store delivered the battery to me and I did the Core exchange and it was very easy and quick.The battery itself is working great so far, zero complaints. The price was very fair and competitive for my area. I will definitely shop here again and I hope they will keep curbside pickup as an option.

I ordered a battery for an iPad 2 weeks ago and put down a 50% deposit because the battery had to be special ordered. It was supposed to be in on January 5th and they were supposed to call me. No word on the 5th so I called them. No answer during normal store hours. Called again on the 6th and spoke to a woman who said they were unpacking boxes and she would call me shortly. No call. Called again today and spoke to the same woman who said the battery had not even been ordered. They needed to wait till the order size was bigger. SERIOUSLY!!! I told her to cancel and refund my money. She could have cared less. She said I had to go into the store. Talk about adding insult to injury. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Ordering online was effortless. Went to pick up my order (AGM car battery) and was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Helpful, friendly staff that knows what they sell. Kinda busy but for good reason as you wont find such a selection of batteries elsewhere locally. Was unaware but I guess they also repair cell phones. Staff helped me get exactly what I needed for my water pump system I use for window cleaning . Very happy with my purchase and will use them for any batteries I need in the future.

My phone was no longer able to charge using a lightning usb. Went into batteries plus without an appointment. Schuyler helped me out and was able to clean out my phone and make it able to charge again. He saved me a decent amount of money. Really appreciated his help and honesty.

Do not go to the apple store. Come directly here. Scarlett is a computer GENIUS. She’s fixed our mobile phone screens and our apple laptop. Our battery had completely exploded. She did extensive testing and cleaning, really going above & beyond to make sure everything was in working order. Thank you, Scarlet for your amazing work.

They have almost every battery in stock. If they dont have it they usually can order it. They have always found the battery I have needed. What I like most about batteries plus is if you need the battery that day or within a day you can pick it up at one of many of the stores that has it. That is another plus. In the on-demand economy we live theyre able to look on their computer and tell you if their store doesnt have it what store does in the valley. Typically I will call first if I know exactly what Im looking to purchase.

Would like to put in a good word for the manager , Louis who was very helpful and nice on 8-5-19. Those are his 3 stars....but 8-3-19 we experienced a rude employee, a male, who did not help us and then hung up on us. He did call back later with the information. By then we were so unhappy with the service we decided to cancel our order on Monday.

I found the staff friendly and very accommodating, as I had an hour to get my phone fixed, and they were able to do it. Also, there was no charge, because they called it a diagnosis, which was free! Would definitely recommend.

My husband usually buys car and boat batteries at Auto Zone but tried Batteries + Bulbs on Scottsdale and Acoma when he saw they sold car batteries. He was so glad he did! Better price and more knowledgeable, helpful people. We will be buying all our batteries for everything there from now on. Didnt realize that they have key fobs replacements and batteries for absolutely everything. Highly recommend Batteries +Bulbs.

You wouldnt call yourself Batteries Plus Bulbs unless you can deliver on the name. They can. Have a (not terribly old) clip-on light that runs on button batteries - in a size no longer made. A quick search online at B+B turned up a replacement. Another quick online transaction and my substitute bulbs were ordered; within 24 hours I got an email to pick them up. My light works again, Im happy - and a confirmed Batteries + Bulbs customer!

Got my iphone battery replaced for lower price than the Apple Store. The process was quick and easy - I only had to drop off my phone for about 40 minutes. I made an appointment in advance (which they recommended). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience needed my car battery changed and they closed in 30 minute . I called ahead and Bob said come in. He ended up staying 30 minutes late after they closed to change out my battery. Great costumer service and i was also impressed by all the additional servicess. Ill be back for all my batery needs.

Someday youll need a battery and you will have no idea where to find it. It was critical that I find these batteries because they were for my wifes Christmas cap. Yeah. So I took my wifes cap with me and started my quest at a local hardware store. They knew enough to know that they didnt have what I needed and said, go to Batteries + Bulbs at Scottsdale Road and Acoma. I did. The man that helped me (Kiel) said, yes, we do have those batteries. He got them and said, since you brought the cap, lets test them first. He tested them in the cap and nothing. Didnt work. He examined the cap and said, these wires go all the way to the tip into the fuzzy ball at the end. He said Id have to cut into the lining to see what the problem is. I said, I dont mind if you do that. He did. He also had to dig away at the fuzzy ball to expose the wires. He determined that the exposed wires probably shorted out against the rods that kept the hat shaped (were not talking high quality workmanship as far as the cap goes by the way). He took out his voltage meter to take readings. He took the hat to his work bench and soldered the leads to make sure they were making proper contact. He reassembled the cap and still nothing. He tried flipping the batteries polarity thinking maybe they had labeled them incorrectly. He finally said, I think maybe the short ruined the LED bulb at the tip. Anyway, a half hour later and all of his effort just because I was buying a couple inexpensive batteries. Now THAT is customer service with value added! Needless to say, I recommend them highly. Give them a visit!

I called them to see if they had a particular battery in stock and the lady put me on hold. After 21 minutes with no one checking on me, I called back and she immediately put me on hold again. I ended up finding the battery at Best Buy. Better customer service there.

Schuyler was a life saver!! This gentleman went so far out of his way with kindness to help me the other night when there was only 20 minutes left until the store closed… He came out to check my battery and made sure that I was safe and secure in my vehicle in this hot Arizona heat! I would highly recommend his expertise and would go back to do Business with him again! As for the manager that was working that night, that’s a whole Nother story, but will keep it to this award-winning employee for today. If this man hasn’t received a raise in a while he definitely earned one the other night in my eyes. Thank you again Schuyler!!!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Both employees lied to my face and laughed about it (one may have been the franchise owner). I will continue to leave reviews as I have more to to share the entire story. I doubt they are members of the Better Business Bureau but if they are you will be able to read my entire experience there.

Looked up the type of battery I needed- one for a VTech cordless phone - online, placed order, indicated that I would pick up at store, received notification order was ready. Easy!! Susan, at the store was wonderful!

Had phone screen replaced and battery. Pros: had screen (generic) in stock, opened early, quick service and good job. Cons: highest price, OEM battery, Ray-o-Vac, seems to only charge when phone not in use, original charged at anytime when plugged in- being used or not.

I was in search of a couple of specialty light bulbs and didn’t want to deal with hit or miss customer service at big box home improvement stores. At Batteries Plus Bulbs, I was greeted promptly and taken right over to the products I needed. It was refreshing to not have to chase down help, get frustrated and then turned away. The rep explained any relevant info and it was all quick and easy.

Service at store was fine but the web site really led me astray. Did not tell me my battery was mercedes proprietary so they dont have it, and then sold me a batter online that did not fit. Wasted two trips back and forth to the store.

Just as Expected-I needed a battery that other stores do not carry. I immediately thought of Batteries Plus, and was very happy to learn that it was in stock locally. In addition, I had one watch, the back of which I could not review. Ordered a couple of batteries online, took advantage of the 10% discount, and brought the third watch for installation of the battery. The tech returned the watch to me so quickly that I didnt think that hed had sufficient time to install the battery. He installed the battery and set the time and date. I was extremely pleased. This is my store for battery needs.

Needed a laptop battery for a system that is 8 years old - they had it! I was pretty sure I would have to order online but they had it in stock. Reasonable price as well.

Seem to have everything in batteries. I was even able to aquire a large security battery.

I cautiously give them 4 star but that might change if certain trouble with my phone reoccur.

Needed a car battery and they had a better warranty and price. When I got there they checked the old battery to be sure it needed replacing, showed me clearly, and then installed the new battery immediately. Price was exactly as quoted, and attitude was very friendly.

Poor Service and Quality,Dont go there!!!, They say one price and when you get there charge you something totally different. They charge $ 200 for a iPhone 6 repair! Shop around and buyer beware!
