I had such an incredible experience with the Nordstrom Wedding Suite team! I have always been a loyal Nordstrom shopper, so it was no surprise to me that the Wedding Suite was an incredible shopping experience. I honestly felt like the whole Bridal suite team was a part of my dress journey. Ashley Doll was my first bridal consultant and helped me find the dress of my dreams, a beautiful Ines Di Santo! Throughout the alternations process, I got to know the whole team and always felt comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend any bride to go to Nordstrom’s to find their perfect I DO attire.

I just wanted to take the time to write an amazing review for Ellie, who has been such an amazing consultant who has gone above and beyond than a normal consultant would do. For starters she is extremely knowledgeable and so professional about everything in the wedding suite. I love the fact too that she made feel special and like a bride, she also always made it feel like my decision and did not try to sway me in anyway. Her customer service skills made all the difference as well because I ended up picking my bridesmaid dresses there as well because I did not want to go anywhere else. That there proves that customer service goes a long way and makes a difference. She has been so helpful in the process and is always so on top of everything and willing to help. I felt important and I would not change one thing about the process. If you are scheduling an appointment to go look at wedding dresses or even bridesmaid dress I would 10/10 recommend requesting Ellie and or hoping you end up with her as your consultant.

I worked with Phillip initially (who is no longer with Nordstrom). I paid for the dress in full after trying on a sample, then a few weeks later he called me to tell me I owed $387 additionally for the size I had ordered. He told me he had already charged it to my card (is that even legal?) and that I would receive a recipient by email. I was annoyed and thought that the store should be responsible for that since it was their mistake and was not advertised for that amount, but Phillip had said during my appointment that alterations were included so I thought it was probably still a good deal plus all sales are final so I figured they probably wouldnt give me the dress until I paid the additional $380. Fast forward, my dress arrives, Phillip doesnt work there any longer and i go to my first fitting. I was then told my alterations, WHICH WERE MINIMAL to say the least, were an additional $540, not including a bustle. All they did was barely take the dress in (maybe a 1/4 inch), add an unnecessary hook to the back, shorten the length of the straps and add support to the bust. The way the seamstress did the bust cut corners and ultimately doesnt look as good as it could. The hem was not altered as the dress was the perfect length. I would have had a friend later my dress had I know it was not included as Phillip stated in my first appointment.Ellie was great, but the seamstress Maria was a nightmare. She constantly made inappropriate comments. When I got the dress home and fluffed it, I found a bunch of safety pins left at the bottom from her lack of attention to detail.Be weary of buying your dress here and get everything in writing. I feel that I was overcharged $900 on sizing and alterations that were not explained when I purchased. I will not be recommending Nordstrom to future brides and I do expect a follow up following this review.

This is the best place to shop for wedding dresses! Don’t go anywhere else! They made me feel like a princess! The wedding suite team at Nordstrom is truly amazing! I am working with Ginniene to find the perfect dress right now and she is amazing!I hope that the Nordstrom management does review this site so they can see how wonderful she has been to work with and how lucky they are to have her on their team!Thank you Nordies!

I wanted to write you to tell you how great Ashley Doll was during my wedding dress shopping experience. My mom and I have always loved Nordstrom for the customer service but Ashely went above and beyond. She became more of a friend during the process than a stylist and made me feel so comfortable. Even my MOH and bridesmaid couldnt get over how great Ashley was!I ended up choosing a beautiful Ines Di Santo dress, that I am so excited to wear on my wedding day and I can not thank Ashley enough for all of her help in the decision.

Love this place! Sweetest staff. Cool finds. Fun times.

I would give zero stars if I could. I felt like the scene in pretty woman. The staff were just starring at me with dirty looks. They didn’t tell me before hand that they don’t carry the designer I was looking for and they had no dresses in the store. Yes I was looking for a dress under 2k what’s wrong with that?!
