The customer service was great here! I went to pick a dress for my best friend’s wedding and we had such a great experience!

This place is adorable, and it has a great selection of dresses to choose from. My sister (the bride) was in town from New York City to look for a bridesmaid dress for me to wear in her summer wedding. And this was the first place we looked! Laura, one of the owners, was really sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this place.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping at this boutique. I have been searching for a dress to wear to my brothers wedding this spring. I wasnt sure that I would be able to find something in a bridesmaid store, but I was wrong. The staff helped me to find the perfect dress and helped me order and ship it cross country to where I live. Thank you so much for all your help, and no matter what type of formal occasion you are attending, I highly recommend looking through their options!

Jillian and her staff are amazing! They are all so kind and they make you feel so comfortable. Their shop is so clean and pretty! I absolutely recommend them if you are trying to find a place that meets all of your dress ideas with having no stress! The process is so easy and customizable Im in love and will go no where else when dress hunting 💗

Bella Bridesmaids in general has an absolutely terrible business model. They are all independently owned stores that do not communicate with each other well. Therefore, they are not accommodating if you live in a different state/city than the bride. They do not have sizes of each dress to try on. They tried to hand me a size 6 in a dress I wanted to try on and I am a size 14 normally. When I asked about this, they said we only get sample packages of dresses, and whatever size comes in the package is what we get. They had to reach out to another store to see if there was a bigger sample size available, to which they informed me that if they did have a bigger sample size, the bride or myself would have to pay up to $20 to have it shipped. I have to pay an extra $25 to have the dress shipped to my house because I live in a different state than the bride. On top of having to pay an extra $20 to get a bigger size dress that Im then going to have to pay probably an extra $100 to have altered. They are closed on Monday and they wouldnt let me come in on the weekend because they said it was only for full bridal parties with the bride. BRIDES DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR BRIDESMAIDS TO GET DRESSES.

We went here to shop for bridesmaid dresses and had a great time! The shop was clean and cute, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! When the bride said what she liked and didnt like, the staff was able to narrow down the choices and find something that everyone was happy with. I thought the staff was knowledgeable about the stock and options, and rely listened to the bride. The shop is kind of small, so there isnt much seating, and it being old town Scottsdale it is hard to find parking, but otherwise its a great shop!

If you have any bridal needs this is the place to go! Laura is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in this industry. She catered to all of our needs and helped me narrow down what I needed for my big day.Ladies, wedding planning is hard enough, come here and let these ladies help you feel at ease with your bridesmaids needs!

Great service and experience. Being a short chubby woman I was expecting to feel awkward and uncomfortable but it was the opposite. They made me feel good considering that they only has a few dresses in my 14 size. They arent cheap but it made everything easier. I wish they would tailor the dresses there though that would have made the 4 stars 5.

Awesome experience here! Staff was very very helpful and accommodating! Store is super cute and had an awesome selection of dresses. The dress came in a timely manner and the girls loved them! This is now the only place I will send anyone for dress!

Had a pretty poor experience at a scheduled appointment, and my bridal party won’t be ordering due to it. Would recommend looking at these dresses elsewhere, which many of them are at Nordstrom Scottsdale down the street. Spend your money there where the employees are helpful and care about their customer’s experience.

My bridesmaids and I came here twice, once at the beginning and again after looking at other stores. Honestly I kept going back and forth between colors and the style of dress I wanted etc. Laura was great at handling all of my curve balls which I know wasnt easy and made us feel welcome the entire time. She was great to deal with and will recommend to everyone.

Laura was super great to work with! She not only helped me find a perfect dress she made sure to find something in my price range. She was very communicative every step of the way. I recommend her store to all my friends getting married in Arizona and even recommend Bella Bridesmaids out of state to thier local shop. The selection of dress is amazing and the stylists do a great job of giving you thier full undivided attention.

The staff was super helpful and the establishment was clean and organized. They made me feel welcomed and were really accommodating when we showed up 15 minutes late.

Very helpful staff and cute boutique. One thing to note is that walk-in appointments are not available and there arent any options to buy off the rack, all dresses need to be ordered.

My friends and I were so excited about picking up our bridesmaids dresses and confirmed via email that we would be coming at 6pm to pick up and try them on. When we walked through the door we were not even greeted by the short blonde who I am guessing owns the place. Instead she took what was supposed to be a happy experience and made us feel unwelcomed and as if we were inconviencing her. She gave us attitude and asked if she could help us and we politely told her that we were there to pick up our bridesmaids dresses. She was very unprofessional and rude. She also seemed to have no idea we were coming at the scheduled time. She didn’t offer to help us in any way and I had to ask to try on the dresses From there we were on our own. I guess because the sale was already made she didn’t feel like she needed to give us good customer service. We left feeling disappointed, especially because our shopping experience was so good when we first tried on dresses. We had the tall brunette while we were shopping and she was extremely helpful, kind and shared our joy of picking out the right dress.

I called to order a Crinkle Chiffon color swatch in Coral MONTHS AGO. I never received it in the mail. I go into Bella Bridesmaids a couple of weeks after I order the color swatch to see one in person because it hadnt come in the mail yet. I stood at the entry way and no one greeted it me for almost 5 minutes and there were people there. Finally, another associate (a black woman) greeted me. She showed me the color swatch I was looking for and told her that I orderd it but couldnt remember the ladys name, and that I hadnt received it in the mail.The young lady, I orderd the swatch from. Overheard me and said she ordered it for me and will be in the mail to me. This was back in February.I called June 8, 2018 4 times. Someone finally answered the fourth time. The same young that supposedly ordered the color swatch for me and supposedly mailed in to me, answered the phone and told me that she will order another swatch and give me a call when she receives it in store, so I gave her my number. It is now June 14th. I have heard nothing. My wedding is September 1st and I am really trying to coordinate colors, since this is the ONLY retailer of WATTERS close by.I feel that I have been more than patient with this place.Two words I have for this establishments employees: Trash Box!
