Got it all sorted and back on the road for a great price. Thank you guys! Have had them repair 3 of my BMWs now and it’s completed to my satisfaction every time. I even bring in my own parts for them and they are able to put in the upgraded parts (metal transmission solenoid).

Parts Score is the place to go with your car. I had issues from a previous installer and they were able to track all of the issues down and fix them all. They moved quickly to hit an event that I was going to attend and they are overall standup guys. I was easily able to stay in the loop through email or phone call at anytime for updates and issues that were found. Jason and his team are amazing. I bought my M4 in august of 2020 and literally a week later went stage 1 and it was amazing. Eventually I wanted more so I decided to go to stage 2 and install a KW HAS kit! Everything went flawlessly. Everything was done in a timely manner and now I love my M4 even more. I have taken my bmw x 7 to these guys to decode some of things. I have used them in the past tbey were peofessional and nice...not sure what happened since. Not only they didnt check to make sure the work was done peoperly . I have called multiple times in a week to get them to fix the issue and seemingly their person who does coding is in california working remote. I am unable to connect to blue tooth and cant mirror my phone over to my car screen . The frustrating part is they keep saying we will call you back and they never do i have spoke to eric a few times to find jason is supposed to get back but no updates and no call back. Just poor business rapport.

These guys are super meticulous and have been in the industry for many years. They’re all highly knowledgeable and do excellent work with fair prices. I will be returning here for years to come.

I had a set of freshly refinished wheels for an important project that needed new tires mounted. I had heard through a friend that Parts Score had gotten this amazing new Hunter whiz-bang tire mounting/balancing equipment that no one else has in the state. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Leah. She offered me an appointment and it was going to be during a time I was at work not to mention the tight schedule, so she was able to work me in at a different time, which I appreciated. I showed up at the scheduled time and they got right on it. They were incredibly careful protecting every surface that was vulnerable. Everything went smoothly with the install, then road-force balancing. Better quality work and attention to detail with state of the art equipment for about the same price youd pay anywhere, and the personalized attention and care was rare to find. I dont usually like to have other people do stuff for me, but sometimes you have to and I was impressed. Sure, it wasnt a big job but they have a clean shop, and everyone seems happy. I think that contributes as well. Next time I need mounting/balancing, Im definitely going there. They appear to have a great connection for refinishing too. Saw a couple nice sets of wheels they had done while I was there. Thanks for the great work!

Ive been to several shops throughout the valley for a variety of services and none have come close to giving the service that Parts Score has. Leah was incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries and extremely helpful in recommending parts. I sourced several parts through the shop and their prices were lower than anything I could find online.When I dropped the car off, Jason took the time to go over the details of everything they would be doing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They got the work done perfectly on schedule, and with fantastic craftsmanship.Ive been to smaller shops ran by people in the scene that do good work, but at their own pace and schedule. Ive been to larger more commercial shops that do good work, but dont really take the time to interact or care about their customers. Parts Score is at that sweet spot in the middle where they will get the work done expertly and promptly, but will also take the time to talk about and share their love of cars with the customers.I truly cant recommend this shop enough

BRING YOUR AUDI, BMW, PORSCHE, OR MERCEDES TO THESE PEOPLE ASAP!!! Excellent service, great location, good down-to-earth people, and fantastic upgrades/mods to any German car-- Worth every penny. Took my 2006 A4 here for a simple tune and now the car has WAY more power when I need it but is still smooth and economical around town. I should have taken my Audi here much much earlier. I plan on taking my 997 Porsche here for a racing suspension and maybe some other mods, next will be my BMW for a supercharger. If youre an enthusiast and you want to put money into improving your German car, I would absolutely start at this place.

Have always been impressed with Jason and his shop. I love how they have the latest up-to-date parts and equipment to properly care for a modern BMW. My e92 m3 is my baby and I track it hard. I rely on someone with expertise and a true interest in ensuring a job is done right. This is the difference between life and death out on the track. Sloppy work can kill you. Awesome shop, they went above and beyond what I had originally set out to do with my car. There was some major changes in my engine bay and they made everything look like it came from the factory. If you own a German car and live in AZ chances are youve heard of Parts Score. I only had heard things before saying “they are the best place”, “the go to.” I cant say enough how true these things are. From the moment you first walk in and are greeted by David to the back of house, the attitude and appearance are professional. The only shop I take my BMWs too, no one will do a better job and care for you car as if it was his own like Jason (owner). They work quickly and always explain what the issues was and how it was fixed. I just had my e92 M3 Supercharged, rod bearings changed as well as some suspension parts put on. Zero hiccups they were very through in explaining everything, they were on time, there was zero surprises or extra charges and they shaved some labor cost off sense they were already had the car apart. One of the biggest factors is we have expensive cars so you want to go to someone who does it over and over because as they say progress makes perfect and Parts Score in one word is Perfect!

Jason and Leah, the Owners of Parts Score, not only are Motorsport enthusiast but also take pride into every customer car they work on! From just regular service work to full custom projects, every detail is important to them! Ive had them do a clutch install that I supplied, they were very honest in saying that if the clutch was the wrong FITMENT I would pay to have it removed and re-installed! They also installed Evolve headers with a custom cat-less mid section that looked like it was made by a machine, thats how perfect the install was! Couldnt be happier!!

Took my car here for a turbo upgrade and a few other small things. Before I spent the 2500, they were fine. But once they have your money, it was literally nothing but disrespect. I was told by one of the head employees there that I should not work on my own car and that I should always take it to them for work. No. I received my car about 4 days later than what they had told me at first (not a huge deal) and it was 2x slower than before I dropped it off! I asked them to go over diagnostics while the had the car and basically tell me anything I need to fix so it will run in tip top shape and they said nothing. Everything looked great. So I called them to discuss the issue with the car, owner of the business says, so let me get this straight. Youre basically out of money and you want us to fix your car for free? With as much attitude and disrespect as you can imagine. There was $200 I spent that was unnacounted for by them. Didnt question it. They would not even take the car back to look at it. They dont know what is going on with the parts they are installing either. I had a diverter valve upgrade where there is an optional spring you can install. I asked them if they out it in they said its not a blow off valve. There is no spring choice. Well my friends youre wrong. Call go fast bits and know a thing or two about the parts youre selling. Car runs well now after I fixed it. Will be honest. Have had no issues with the turbo, but the service was absolutely horrible.

Best german car shop in arizona! Fair prices, very helpful. I live in mesa and ill drive there for basic repairs because the customer service is so good. Dont waste your time with these other shops.

Drove an hour from goodyear to a 10am appointment, i originally was going to wait(stated it would take 2 hours) roll the fenders and adjust suspension, was also interested in some addition business if the first was a good experience, but i was able to catch a ride to hang in scottsdale for a couple hours, came back at 1230, was told my car was still being worked on, but Jason was on the phone, i noticed my car still parked in the same location and keys on the desk, waited 10 mins to be told they were busy and they didnt get a chance to look at it. so in all wasted 4 and 1/2 hrs of my day, no phone call to tell me it would be longer, no email or after phone call to say hey, sorry for the terrible customer service to notify you we were going to waste your time and your appointment means nothing. My time is valuable, I drove an hour for great service, I hope that warning assists others in understanding that you are not important, they dont care about the customer and you are just someone that can be blown off with no recourse. Well, Im a reviewer to include BBB, it may not mean much to some people, but I read them and people that do appreciate good service read reviews. I your time isnt important and you want to give your money to people who dont care about you and treat you like a number, come to this place!

Dont come here unless youre rich and money is not an issue to you. Jason the owner doesnt care about you or your car, just how much money youve got in your pockets. He went ahead and fixed my boost leak without getting my approval and then when it started leaking the next week he tells me he cant look at it unless Ive got an hour for labor. He said Im not doing any freebies today in the most disrespectful & unprofessional manner Ive ever seen.
