1st impressions over the phone were good. Steve with parts gave me a 10% discount on a couple tires and said they would call when ready. Josh with service said it would take no more than 1 to 1 1/2 hours but they would only charge for 1 hour. Then crickets. Called about 4 weeks later and was told that my tires were in and had been in and that they had tried to call me. Call me??? No text, no voice mail, no missed calls from that number. Then made an appointment with service for installation. Confirmed 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Planned to drop the bike off, grab some lunch, go for a hike, then pick the bike up and go back across the valley. When I get there to drop the bike off, they told me 3 1/2 to 4 hours. I had to make 2 trips. Bummer.

I had an awesome experience buying my first bike from these guys. It was really relaxed and I didn’t feel any pressure or stress when it came to the buying process. Love this place! Great guys and a place where you can find some one that will actually exhaust the limits to find you what you want. Ive purchased bikes from them twice now and both experiences have been a five star experience. This latest purchase they went above and beyond. I live in Tucson so I was going to have to drive up to Scottsdale to pick the bike up. Filled out information request via their webpage and didnt get a response back. Decided to just stop in to talk to a salesman. Guy I dealt with was very personable and he answered all of my questions. Gladly let me test ride the bike I was interested in. Asked him to work the numbers on a trade in while I was out on the ride. Long story short, 2 guys later and was told what they wouldnt give me an offer on my bike because it would be so low and they didnt want to upset me. All I could say is wow! I was prepared to purchase a bike from them but I guess not. Still shopping...

The very best buying experience ever after the worst experience Ive ever had at another dealer. Went to ride now and did everything for a new side by side. They promised the payments I was asking. After everything it was $300 MORE than I asked for a month! I told ride now heck no. After that they tried selling me a 2 seater. (5 in my family that wont work). Walked away and came to Western Honda. I filled out the online application and let them know I was at work and to text. Sure enough thats what they did! Al and Jason were so awesome to work with! Payments actually lower then I wanted to be. All signing takes place on a tablet so not a million things to sign. Everything about Western Honda was top notch. What a disappointment. Drove 100 miles from Tucson for a visit I was shopping for Talon 1000x. Only two were on display outside in 104° weather. The only salesperson there stood in middle of showroom texting or playing on his phone. Nobody acknowledged we were even there.. Not a good experience..

Western Honda was great!!!! I just got my first bike and had no idea how to ride I had a gist but I wasn’t too confident all the guys there were really cool and they actually showed me how to ride. I was stuck on wanting to take it home that day and eventually the guys ended up paying for my bike to get towed to my house. It was an amazing experience. I can’t thank every one there enough!!

I was recently on a long motorcycle trip from Tucson, Arizona to Eugene, Oregon when my engine light came on (ST 1300). I stopped at Western Honda Powersports and they immediately pulled my computer codes. They felt that it was important to get me back on the road quickly and safely. I was impressed and grateful for their willingness to help me out, and it made me feel proud to be the owner of a Honda. Honda should also feel honored to have this dealership representing them.

I went in because my Sena Bluetooth headset stopped working on my wifes helmet after only using it 3 times. They did everything they could to fix it. It still didnt work, so they replaced it. Were relocating soon, so were dealing with a lot. Im so glad they handled this quickly and without run around. I purchased my bike, helmets, gloves, jackets and bluetooths from here. I highly recommend them!

I bought a 2020 crf 450x about 2 months ago. the bike is great and all but about a month into owning it it wouldnt start. i called to see if they could check it out since i just purchased it there but they would not look at it without charging me 100$ p/hr shop fee. i understand the fee but it sucks to spend so much on a nice bike and something go wrong so soon and they arent willing to honor the fact it shouldnt be having issues yet. honestly regretting the decision as i go through the bike looking for my issue more and more. its almost 30 days now without it being able to start and im going to bring it to a different shop to get looked at and probably wont be coming back to honda again. im questioning the loyalty to the customers who buy new and know i would have a running bike if i went almost anywere else. have been a honda fan for years but this experiance killed it.

Salesman gave me an out-the-door price on a motorcycle then two days later I talked to the salesman and asked if this price was still valid and he said I never gave you that price the motorcycle is this much plus fees then I told him to look on his website and the bike was actually $400 cheaper on the motorcycle then what he was trying to tell me the second time around which was the original price he had given me. What a bunch of scammers I drove to San Diego and bought the bike I wanted

I just purchased my first motorcycle, at Western Honda in Scottsdale. A new 2018 Honda Rebel 500 with their Blow Out discount saved a lot. John Lloyd was a no pressure and friendly salesman who enjoys working at the store. Steve in the Parts department also helped choosing gear for my ride with a nice discount. Excellent salesman and they treat you like a real person!! I visited a couple of the BIG dealers in the area and am sure glad that I found Western Honda. Made the deal on the phone with Allen and from the time I arrived at the dealer to purchase my new Honda Pioneer, until the time I left, was a little over an hour. Would HIGHLY recommend this dealer.

Best vehicle purchase...ever! I have bought nine cars and motorcycles over the last 30 years and this was the cleanest, easiest, and most pleasant of them all.I live in San Diego and made the 356.8 mile trip to make the purchase of my 2014 CB500X from Alan Torres. It was worth every mile not only for the savings but the whole experience.Alan went out of his way to take great care of me and had everything set to go when I arrived. He even picked me up from the airport! I cant say enough good things about him and the dealership.In fact, for my next Honda purchase, I would still travel out to buy from them even if the prices were the same as here...good people such as these deserve to have the business.There needs to be more honest, fair, and customer service focused dealerships such as Western Honda.Extremely Satisfied Customer.

Western Honda has exceeded my expectations!For the last few months I’ve been getting preventative/scheduled maintenance done on my motorcycle. As a matter of course, the staff kindly looks over the whole motorcycle, which is an amazing service, no matter what is being done. For instance, I went to have the coolant flushed and they found that I had a leak in the system. I was shown the crusty residue around the tube that was leaking and they quickly replaced the leaky seal, tube and the coolant.Also, just last week, I had my front brake pads replaced and they cleaned and lubed my chain (at no charge to me). While the chain was being cleaned, they found that the master link lock was missing and replaced the missing lock. If they hadn’t have went out of their way to lube and clean the chain in the first place (which I never expected from them), I wouldn’t have known about the missing locking pin and the chain would have snapped while it was in motion. It really takes me back that that I could have been seriously injured or killed. The maintenance staff are no less than some of my guardian angels. I really have to give kudos to Josh and the rest of his staff because I literally can’t thank them enough!! adsLastly, if all that they had done wasn’t enough, I approached the motorcycle to ride away and found that it had been washed. The thing looked great and it saved me all that time.Western Honda is my one-stop-shop for all my accessory and repair needs; they are the best!

This is the 2nd bike, Western Honda are absolutely the best Honda dealer in AZ. I dealt with John when purchasing my CBR650F and made the process super easy. I showed up on short notice and they were able to get the bike put together and everything taken care of in short order. The staff were just as excited as I was for my new bike and you can tell they are all about bikes.The parts department is really top notch too, i can see that they have a good collection of parts, and pricing is really great.Its a small place but dont let that fool you, i would rather go here than get the run around from other dealers. They know their bikes and if you are looking for a Honda I wouldnt go anywhere else,Thanks John & Jason.

I bought a new Honda Stateline from Western Honda last year, which proved to be a great experience. The price was the best in town, and the interest rate was better than my credit union. The sales staff were respectful and delivered as promised. The parts department was just as classy, as I ordered several add-on goodies. As this dealer is over an hour drive from my home, I dont make this recommendation lightly!!
