Went in with 3500 down, and they ran credit for 7800, the bike was only 6900. Hard to get a hold of, never called, had to call back. They didnt even try to help my son buy the Yamaha. Went to Kellys in Mesa and got the same bike with no issues. Nash is not what they claim to be. I dont recommend them

Was looking for a new side by side 4 seater, ended up with a new Yamaha Wolverine x4. Brandon, Chris, and James took great care of me and continue to go above and beyond. A lot of the aftermarket OEM parts like windshield and mirrors are back ordered but these guys follow up. Love working with them and seems like they always lean heavily to helping the customer. These guys rock. Would deal with them anytime. Very honest!!!!

After shopping around for a new Maverick X3 Max RS, I was pointed in the direction of We Ride Powersports by a good friend. To my amazement, they had 2017s new in stock for $25428!!! I called and spoke with Steve in Sales. He was very informative and easy to talk to. No pressure to buy or haggling on the phone. I also applied for financing through the dealership and was taken care of by Josh. On Saturday 8/12/17 my girlfriend and I drove to the dealership and saw the new Maverick. The whole process of purchasing this vehicle was quick and painless. The staff was courteous and the parts dept helped with getting my girlfriends daughters sized for helmets and goggles. Overall I am very pleased with this purchasing experience and glad that I did not purchase from Ride Now.

Went in yesterday to check out a couple bikes, with the hopes of testing riding a couple and buying the one I liked. Was in the store for about 10 minutes looking at 2 bikes and never got approached by a salesperson. I was ready to make a cash deal, but Ill be taking my money to someone who wants it. Pretty disappointed in the customer service. Side note: store was very clean and they had a good selection of new/used bike and gear.

Finally was on the lookout for a new bike to get back to riding again. Chris and Josh were great! An unbeatable deal was just the cherry on top.

I contacted Nash Powersports in South Scottsdale to get the warranty transferred on a Yamaha that I purchased from a private owner. Even though I did not purchase the bike at that dealership, Finance Manager Chris Orlinski provided excellent customer service and was both knowledgeable and helpful with addressing my needs. This dealership stands apart from many others in the valley and I would recommend them above the rest. 👍UPDATE: I purchased a different motorcycle (from a private owner), which was also still under warranty. Again, Chris at the Scottsdale Nash Powersports not only helped to transfer the warranty registration on the bike into my name, but he also was willing to match an online price for a Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) plan. I took the motorcycle in to them for the initial service and both Kyle and Mike in the service dept took great care of me and my new ride. I cant say enough good things about this dealer other than they are worth the trip.

No one here seemed to care about helping customers. They have very limited stock. Went to Cycle Gear instead where they had more items on their shelves and was treated like a human being.Update: Nash Powersports responded by claiming their poor customer service had something to do with their phones being down. What do phone issues have to do with their employees unwillingness to help customers inside their store? I would not recommend anyone shop at this location as the employees seem to not care about helping customers and management refuses to take responsibility. Unbelievable!

My wife and I recently purchased a Can Am Defender DPS Max H8 from Nash Powersports in Scottsdale. Before we landed here, we looked throughout the valley, multiple Ride Now locations, another Nash location and a few other mom and pop shops. Ill tell you what, this NASH location is the BEST!!! We walked in and were never pressured to buy. Josh (General Sales Manger) was down to earth and wasnt pushy!. The negotiating phase was almost non-existent because he gave us just about the lowest price possible. I had terms, payment, etc. in regarding what I was willing to agree to in my head and he came in with a better deal than what I had planned out. Dealing with Chris in Finance was also a treat! He wasnt pushy and took time to answer all of our questions. Was more than happy to re-do paperwork after we changed our mind about something. Looking for a bike? THIS IS YOUR SPOT! Came to this spot because they had the motorcycle I was looking for, but in a different color way. Josh at the shop was able to get the bike over in the color-way I was looking for JUST so I could look at it; How dope is that?! Long story short, I came in a few different times over the past few weeks to walk the shop, check the bike out, say hello, and NEVER felt pressured or guilty about just showing up; I ended up just talking bikes most of the time. I also ended up buying the bike because 1. I got an amazing deal 2. I felt like I could trust these guys. That may not mean anything to you but it made all the difference for me. I dont usually (if ever) write reviews for companies but after the service I had at Nash Powersports in Scottsdale, I had to share with hopes that other people will go here to purchase a bike. This was my first motorcycle and the first time I financed something without my parents completing the process so I was nervous and didnt know exactly what I needed. Chris and Josh at Nash Powersports were absolutely amazing in helping me find a motorcycle, getting a better interest rate than I was quoted for elsewhere, and save me money on insurance through a recommended company. They even delivered the bike to my house for free because I wasnt comfortable riding it home. Overall, it was a very easy and simple process to go through and when I walked out of the dealership I had all of the paperwork done including title & registration so I could ride it the next day! I personally will be dealing with Josh, Chris, and the team at Nash Powersports in Scottsdale any time I need something for my motorcycle and I fully recommend that anyone in the market give them a call.

Brought my new-to me 2007 Suzuki M50 to Mike in service to mount tires. He recommended several services that I needed and was able to take it right in. I came to Nash because they specialize in Suzuki.Mikes expertise was impressive and I was comfortable in his recommendations. Customer service is second to none. These guys ordered a part for me on a Sunday afternoon after I stopped by during one of their days off. They were there doing some cleaning and organizing. Im going back.

I have a couple people there I would like to give 👍. Chris our sales guy was AWESOME, he goes above and beyond! He rocks at keeps you in the loop of what is going on. Matt twisted our arm (not hard by no means) at the Off Road Expo to get them our information for the great deal they were having. Last but not least Niko (spelling?) this guy gave us so much information when he took us around the machine. He knew is stuff! This place by far exceeds in customer service, knowledge and friendliness. They make some other places in the valley look like rookies (wont name any names). We will definitely be buying all of our toys from NASH!

KTM. I dont think much more needs to be said except that, good and friendly service makes up the backbone of the moto culture. Its great to go into a store and just talk about bikes. Josh Mueller spent his valuable time helping me decide which one would be best for me. Now its just a matter of figuring out how to break it to my lovely, hard working wife. Yikes!

They should change the name to We dont ride or at least We dont give test rides Powersport. My girlfriend, with years of riding experience, probably more than the sales guy, they wouldnt let take out a motorcycle that she was there to buy, cash in hand (well actually she left it in my pocket). They were extremely condescending to her as I stood across the room and watched. They told her they needed to help her determine what motorcycle she wanted to buy. She is a person that manages hundreds of people and makes million-dollar decisions daily. I would guess the salesman deals with hundred-dollar commissions weekly from suckers that walk in the door. Just being around me she has exposure to over 30 motorcycles in my garage. Probably is ridden most of them in terrain that would make the salespeople weak in the knees. What an arrogant idiotic place. if I was female I would stay away and me being me Im definitely going to stay away. My suggestion for you is find another location, talk to a good salesman that is concerned about answering your questions and purchase the same motorcycles that they sell there. I cant even imagine how bad their service must be.We ride, to some other dealership, to buy a bike this week.

So i was looking to buy a Can Am from another dealership. I felt like they were playing games with me. I call Nash Powersports and spoke to Chris. He was very transparent and stright forward. He was very friendly. I bought from him that day over the phone. And they delivered my Can Am the next day. I would recommend Nash powersports and Chris to anyone looking for a new toy.

I recommend showing up and doing business in person here, its a better experience that way. Got my part from them, and will be getting my labor done here as well. Just a better group of guys in this shop than Ive met elsewhere thats for sure.

I live in Anthem and I drive all the way down to Apache Scottsdale specifically for Mike and Allan. Those guys are so honest and give such good service that they are worth the drive. I get my oil changed every five thousand miles. I had passing lights put on. I had an LED brake light bar installed. Every time I hear something weird, I ask them about it. They give me honest answers. Allan takes me to my bike on the rack and points to the item and explains how it works and what my options are. Who does that??? At 15,000 miles, I told Mike that I needed the valves adjusted. He started the motorcycle and said that it sounded normal. He suggested that I wait until I hit 25,000 to 30,000 miles. A few weeks later, I found an owners manual online for my Royal Star Venture and it states that I should have the values checked and adjusted every 26,000 miles. Mike turned down business that I specifically asked for. Why? Honesty. I am a customer for life. Mike and Allan are worth the drive.

Id asked about a quote on a new bike on there website. I recieved a email from Brandon Nash that night. The next day I replied saying I would be heading down to discuss the quote. When I arrived Brandon had already notified Josh and when I arrived Josh was up to date. He had me pull my trade around back so his mechanics could look it over. Something ride now or GoAZ didnt do before giving me a low ball offer. I received a fair trade and the price that was quoted on the new bike (not the trade in, never quoted a trade in valve until it was checked) was honored. All I can say is if your looking give these guys a chance. I ended up with a new 2019 KTM exc f.

What a nice owner, was willing to do the impossible for us. Will think of his shops for whatever we need. Thank you my new friend Bill.

I purchased a Yamaha VStar 1100 from this company ten years ago and I just turned 70k on my bike and thanks to the service provided by Apache Motorcycles Scottsdale I can honestly say it runs just as good as it did when I first drove off on it a decade ago. I consider Mike in service a friend and have nothing but good things to say about the service provided by the team working in that department. I still really enjoy my bike but when the day comes for me to buy another motorcycle I will buy it from Apache Motorcycles.

Service Department is helpful and knowledgeable. Willing to go the extra mile to make a motorcycle safe and enjoyable. The only place I will go to get OEM parts. Sales people are not pushy and are willing to talk bikes My motorcycle is too new for a change-out but Apache is where I will go to look when I do !

Called to get some parts to do an oil and oil filter change. The guy had the exact parts I needed and it cost me about $15 to do the whole thing myself. He was very friendly and quick. Will be returning here again for more parts and possibly service.

Went in for a simple cable nipple. The gentlemen that came outOf service to help was killer. He wanted to help find me something. But when they talked to there parts master. The guy has no drive to help you. He doesnt greet you let alone say thanks when you tell him to have a good day. Definitely not the face I would want MANAGING my parts department. Horrible customer interaction skills. Probably never go back..!

Had a problem with a KTM Super Adventure 1290 right off the sales floor which I unfortunately purchased at another shop. They fixed the issue for me on the spot, for FREE, even though I didnt buy the bike there. I wont go anywhere else ever for my motorcycle needs.

After my first crash I was shopping around other motorcycle shops. I stayed far away from RideNow after being juked on my other bike purchase. I came upon WeRide and wasn’t pressured or put in a position that made me feel obligated to buy anything. The staff was friendly and understood my position of “just looking.” I found a bike I was interested in that I noticed was there the few times I had visited. Once I was ready to purchase, they were strait forward about the whole process and understood what I wanted. The second day after purchasing the bike I noticed to clutch cable was frayed, I called and they said they’d fix it on the house since I had literally just bought it. I took it in and explained to them that I travel for a living and didn’t expect this to happen and I was leaving that day and wouldn’t be back in town for a month. They understood and stored my bike after the cable was fixed for free... once I picked up the bike, cable was fixed and I rode home. That day I noticed the tank was slightly dented and the fairing by it wasn’t latched correctly. I pulled it back noticing the fairing clip was snapped off. (I had washed and hand dried the entire bike before taking in, so I know it wasn’t there before) I immediately called and they said to bring it back in. The manager was very understanding of my frustration and fixed the fairings. He also informed me that the tech that had worked on my bike was no longer with them (good thing). They ordered me a new cover and gave my a free service for all my troubles. This place right all their wrongs and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

My sister in law bought a bike from the mesa branch and her bike was in the shop most of the first 2 months and the whole time telling us how we have neglected the bike so much then reminding them we just bought it from them. I have been to this branch at least 3 times standing outside looking at the bikes for at least 20 minutes each time with nobody caring to come talk to me so I just leave and I am looking to buy a bike for me and my wife. horrible customer service.

I was thinking about buying a new 2017 RXP-X next season. Stopped by after work just to see one in person. Josh the general manager simply made me a deal I just couldnt refuse.We shook hands on it. I went today after work and they got me a white one from the warehouse that they didnt have at this location. Two guys loaded the ski and I was in and out in 30 minutes. 15 minutes of that was me inspecting the ski.I seriously never had such good fast service before!! My brother will go there soon for a GTX or RXTX and Ill make sure to spread the good word.Whatever you have in your mind now about dealers just drop it. Dont make a phone call trying to get the best deal. Simply go visit Josh and youll walk out with a new toy like I did!!Summer time fun in the sun!! Thanks Josh

These guys are the bomb, well worth the drive for purchase and or service.

The service department is terrible. The staff is not very friendly. I bought my bike there and went there to got my bike’s first service done. They charge premium for labor fees but didn’t clean and lube the chain, didn’t tighten the chain and didn’t even reset the oil light! The mechanic even checked all of those items on the work sheet. I would never go there again.

Just purchased two sea doo sparks from Josh in sales at the Scottsdale location. From the first phone call his customer service was spot on! Fast with a price quote and willing to earn your business. Beat everybodys price in town and even if he didnt I would have still purchased solely based on his customer service compared to the terrible experiences I had at the other sea doo retailers.
