The staff is kind upfront and chatty while you’re in the store spending money, however if you try to do anything regarding returns you’re out of luck. I asked SEVERAL TIMES if I could return a game I preordered within 48 hours if I didn’t like it since it got several bad reviews but I still wanted to try it for myself, and I was told I could return it for a full refund every time I asked before I left with the game yesterday. I called today to make 100% certain and I was told “no since the game has been opened”.I was also told several times when I asked if I could return part of a bundle I bought since I wouldn’t use it, and they told me yes. When I showed up to return it, they denied me. Find a different GameStop if you’d like any luck returning anything.

Was just in here with with my son. A lady was paying and then afterwards asked for a bag. She was told she had to buy one for $1. She said okay sure, but total was was $1.09 so she said she had to run out to her car for the 9¢. She did and came back in 30 seconds, or less, later. In that time the associate, Chris, took the next customer. The next customer wanted to sell a gaming system. Chris started to check it. The woman came back in with her 9¢ and Chris told her she had to get back in line, behind me and wait to buy the bag! She said okay, never mind and left.. Unbelievable he expected her to wait in line 15 minutes or so for that bag rather than just taking the 30 seconds to sell it to her quickly. It’s not like the store was busy? I told Chris how rude of him it was. Why couldn’t he just quickly sell her the bag when he knew she’d have to wait a while otherwise? I swear that I normally Don’t post reviews or complaints like this, but was shocked because he even defended it when I said Something. Maybe Chris woke upOn the wrong side of the bed today. The lady left without saying anything. I dont Think I could have bit my tongue like she did.

They customers service is not good on the phone and in store. I called 3 times, was told to wait on hold each time. The first 2 times i was on hold for 30 mins. Then the third time they connected me to another customer and we were both confused thinking each other were gamestop in employees. Then i called 40 mins before they closed like 5 times they didn’t pick up the phone. This is really bad business.

I came in to buy 2 nintendo switch lite the employee was finishing up with a customer and I asked a simple question I was on my lunch break trying to purchase birthday gifts for my son and daughter so I asked him a question and he said to wait his with a customer which was clearly ready to walk out if you dont like dealing with customers why would you go and work at a place that is customer based also I would imagine multitasking is part of the job he replied rude and aggressive towards me that I simple said Ill take my business elsewhere and he continues with being rude if I was screaming or doing to much yes I understand all I did was ask simple questions I ended up ordering of Amazon imagine thats 590 dollars gamestop could have made instead I gave my business to Amazon all because of a employee who doesnt know how to treat customers

If you pre-order games, the manager claims to have called you multiple times but when confronted with actual proof, he changes his story. (His name is Christopher.) Be prepared to not receive your game or a refund. :)

I go here all the time to this location and it’s a great environment to be in. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They do like to talk about pre-orders a lot but it’s only when you’re checking out so it’s not like they’re shoving it down you’re throat the whole time you’re there. All in all, great place to go and find whatever you need.

PARENTS and SHOPPERS BEWARE of Chris and his staff here who will only sell you NEW consoles in a bundle and are willing and okay with selling you a used console without the bundle. The sales practices are completely and totally unethical. My local gamestop was closed recently but I never had an experience like the one I did at this store. The female who was in front kept running to the back to get coached on how to pitch the bundle from Chris and he finally came out to spew the lies himself. I left out spending $600 just so I can get a new ps4 and simply to be told by corporate that it was not correct what he had told me then I drove another 45 min to another game stop to return all the extras I was forced to take on. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH AT THIS LOCATION OF LIARS.

The store team was super helpful and informative. i love going into gamestop and having a great selection of collectibles to browse through. really happy to see the company taking a more collectable heavy approach rather than just systems and games. i could spend a long time just looking through the super cool selection these guys have around their store.the team lead and other team member were extremely friendly and did everything they could to help my friend and i find exactly what we needed with a smile on their face. (under their masks of course!) Thanks for the help and friendly service!!!

I went with my bf who is a gamer to get a preowned nintendo switch because he said he got his preowned from the same GameStop but the one I picked up yesterday was in really bad shape! So many scratches , barely cleaned, and the joycon was bent and had to force it into the remote! I didn’t mind the scratches but the joy con not fitting into the remote was a no go for me! They didn’t really package it correctly either may I add! They were nice enough to give me a full refund but don’t recommend buying a preowned switch from this location! Doesn’t seem like they take care of their stuff!

This GameStop isn’t the best. 99% of the time, you walk in, you’re not greeted. The one time I was, the employee Chris was not help at all when I tried to purchase product there. He seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the store and my questions were more like redundant concerns he didn’t understand why I was asking. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with the explanations and experience I received. I ended up having to receive a refund for the product I purchased. You are better off going somewhere else.

Be careful with this shop. They say theyre staying clean and sanitize to but I doubt that . I just recently went there to purchase my game and I ask the associate if he changes his gloves. He said yeah we sanitize them I doubt that period I witnessed him grab credit cards from a customer and didnt take his gloves off and then proceeded to touch his keyboard and said O wait let me take my gloves off. Make sure that you are sanitizing the stuff that you were getting from this store

Horrible experience at this location . Called for a game and stated they couldn’t hold the game for me due to COVID-19?? I get to the store location and we had to wave down staff for them to tell us to call the store. Then they state they’re only taking credit card and gift cards after I drove an hr away. The staff failed to mention that after I asked if I could pay for the game over the phone since they wouldn’t hold it for me.

Used to be good but now they have new people who are really rude and condescending (especially this one extremely overweight, bearded person with glasses named Cory — go to another location if you see him).A while back, I transferred my GameStop gift card credit to Amazon Cash at this location with no questions asked. I even asked if it’s OK and they said yes. Today, I asked another employee that was there if I can do that and the aforementioned overweight, bearded person named Cory rudely interjected with a blunt “NOPE” without even making eye contact.I understand there are policy changes and the employees are often informed via an earful by their employers, but that gives them zero leeway to inform customers in an unprofessional manner. After asserting my frustration, he — along with the former employee I was speaking with — had the audacity to counter my frustrations unprofessionally.GameStop’s policies are strict and I understand that the employees have little to no flexibility on them so the only thing they can do is follow them and relay them to the customers, but they must always be done in a professional manner instead of barking in short hiccups like “NOPE - NOPE - NOT A CHANCE.” Perhaps this location will suffer the same fate as its neighboring location which just recently closed down.Stay away from this location — you’ll only find unprofessionalism here.
