Being a person that doesnt necessarily Love cell phones but know that they are essential I have often become frustrated with these suggestions are help I have gotten from previous providers. That all changed when I found the Cricket Wireless store in Schaumburg. Not only did I get the best deal that was out there the customer service with Mariana and occasionally the manager Michael has surpassed anything I have experienced before and would highly recommend Cricket Wireless especially this location in Schaumburg for anyone looking to get the best rate on there package but to also have outstanding customer service.

A couple weeks ago I stopped in because I changed my phone. There was a girl working there that seemed to have a customer that was in a bad mood. Anyways when I tell you I have never seen someone with so much patience and amazing customer service I am not exaggerating. She took the time to help me out as well multitasking and was extremely sweet. I believe her name was Lucia or something like that. Anyways I was contemplating changing service at some point but I think not after my recent experience with how well she informed me on everything I needed to know. It’s not easy switching from android to apple. If you go to this store look for Lucia. I guarantee she will go the extra mile to help you out! Thank you!

Came in today to move my daughters service from a different Cricket wireless plan to my plan. I cant remember the gentlemans name who helped us, but my receipt says Oscar M (nice guy with a beard and a little ponytail). EDUARDO IS THE BEST!!! We switch today my dad to Cricket and he was so surprise and happy how extremely good the customer service that Eduardo gave us was. We made jokes and laughed a lot while doing all our switch things. My dad got a free phone and we bought a phone case and glass screen protector which Eduardo put on for FREE! the store was very clean and it was not hot inside. Eduardo offer us some cold water right away and that was awesome. We all was more then satisfied with the service that for sure we will go back or call him for any question or problem if we have one. I will never go anywhere else. Another big plus, he speaks also Spanish, if you dont understand good English just let him help you in Spanish!

I went into this CricKet store and received the absolute BEST SERVICE I have ever had since becoming a Cricket customer. I had the pleasure of meeting and being serviced by Carlos G. When I tell you this young man epitomizes customer service at its best, I seriously mean it! I spent a few hours in the store (being indecisive) and not really knowing what I wanted. Carlos was EXTREMELY PATIENT and understanding and was very helpful in educating me on the options available for the phone I was choosing. He turned on the air, when I got hot, brought me ice water, and even provided me with a store that replaces cracked screens! He was polite, personable and very professional. As a customer, I am HUGE on customer service and Carlos went above and beyond in making me feel valued. Carlos YOU ARE THE REAL MVP! I APPRECIATE ALL that you did to ensure I was happy with my phone! I stopped in at this Cricket yesterday for some help. Marcos was able to solve part of my problem. Google will now talk to me. The second part of my problem still remains, the GPS doesnt speak. This could not be tested standing in the store. I will have to go back which is not a problem. I am always treated like a customer should be. So glad I found Cricket.

JANET was absolutely phantasmic: helpful, resourceful and very smart in eliciting information about our phone(we lost its phone nbr) saving not only the day but our future with acell phone. Also the table with discounted items was very smart,I found another item that will be useful. I told her I could not stand a long time because of bad problems and she got a chair for me while waiting!dAt the other one they tad me they dont answer the phone if a customer is in the store, who would want to deal with them....
