Excellent experience! I ended up staying a bit after hours and the gentleman continued to be professional and courteous. He gave different options for a package that needed to get to Canada a.s.a.p.! He went above and beyond to get our package on its way before the Labor Day weekend. I would definitely return!I appreciate his assistance very, very much!!!

I utilize this Fruitville Postal Mart for all my mailing needs, and have done this for many years. The owner and his staff are very responsible and professional in attending to my needs to getting my boxes out to my family members near and very far. Thank you all for the way you meet the needs of this grandmother and mother of two, one being in the military. Great business, and great professionalism in dealing with this client for many years, much appreciated.

I had an unusual shipment and the owner assured me he would make sure that it would arrive in good condition. In fact it did. I was impressed with his knowledge of the business and his assurance. He was friendly, professional and very competent. We dont go anywhere else.

Went in yesterday to mail a regular sized envelope, but it had a keychain inside so I wanted to make sure it was paid for by weight rather than using a forever stamp like the other mail pieces I had. The owner I’m assuming, (i have been in once before and it was the same man) told me it would cost $5.55. I said what? For a keychain it barely weighs anything and it still fit in the small slot on the mail display thing he had behind the counter so he said well you can pay $1.46 but you’re risking the person receiving the card to pay more. That didn’t sound right to me, so I said I’m going to take my chances, I’ll take the $1.46. He wasn’t happy but continued to process and I pulled out my debit card, he then told me he wouldn’t take payment from me unless I was spending $5 or more. I asked where he had that information posted for consumers to see, and he said it’s not but he pays more to swipe the card than $1.46. That is complete BS and this man works like a crook! The amount of money he is probably making from overcharging other patrons is surely enough to cover his credit card acceptance fee’s. He refused to serve me in a day where most people get paid through direct deposit, because I didn’t let him pressure me into spending nearly 5 times the amount of what I would pay at the post office. I often use the post office and have no complaints, I just was in the same plaza as this Postal Mart but I will NEVER go in there even if his location is convenient again. beware! You will overpay!!!

I brought in a package to be shipped. Already had a label. I just needed to tape the box and the label to the box. The lovely store owner(I’m guessing) told me that he would tape it up and put the label on for 2$. I said okay, I don’t carry cash so it will be debit. He said he couldn’t do it.Just like the other reviews. Rude customer service

The owner... not the friendliest, so right off the bat you feel uncomfortable walking in to this place. As well there are cheap plastic little toys for sale all over the store. (Suppose to be a postal mart)Needed a small piece of tape for a small box that was going out Fed X. Owner stated that there would be a 1.00 charge for the piece of tape.Decided he was a cheap s.o.b. and took business elsewhere. Will not return unless I have a severe hankering for an overpriced Chinese made plastic toy spaceship.

Needed someone to assist me carrying a large box in. Im 5 months pregnant and the owner wouldnt even come out from behind the desk and hold the door open so I could push it through alone. Dont support a buisness like this.

More reliable than leaving outgoing in your mailbox. No long lines like at the P.O.

Rudest man imaginable. I went to bring in some China I was shipping for EBay. He wouldn’t let me even speak ,just kept saying that I need to double box and a lot of bumble wrap and to ship to New Jersey was expensive. I tried to ask about my other options and all he would do is speak very fast saying it would break, it will break. I told him I don’t do business with rude or aggressive people and took my stuff elsewhere. A customer leaving told me never ship from there that he’s a rip off , she will only mail stamped things. Stear clear of this place and the Asian man at the counter. He needs a lesson in customer service.

Rude and over priced $44 for a 2 oz package. Got upset with me because i didnt fall for his wet dream. Asian/korean looking guy Nasty response so rather take my business elsewhere.

The lady here was totally rude! Went here to drop off a prepaid FedEx package with an email stating the tracking number. She insisted that we did not have the second page and we tried to explain the second page did not have pertinent information but she would have none of it. No way will we use this place for sending mail ever again! We ended up at a FedEx facility on S Tamiami and what a difference in attitude. What a difference a happy face makes lol!

The lady that works the desk is rude.. I asked for a recept and she had a Nasty aditude.. and told me they are not the post office..

Tried to drop off a USPS pre-labeled package and he wouldn’t take it even though they are marked as a Drop-Off spot.

They have served me well over the years. They are not a UPS store, and so some things they cannot do, but that is simply because they are an independent shipper.
