Location is great and the store is ok, I wish the slurpee machine wasnt broke all the time. The lockwood ridge location never has issues with their slurpee machine. Staff is rude and they dont care and obviously whoever is managing this team doesnt care. These are long term employees too, so this cant be blamed on hiring shortages. I have repeatedly experienced this myself and repeatedly watched the staff be rude to other customers. This is not a corporate location so I question if training, coaching or secret shopping, etc....would even get done to help identify and correct?

Always have fresh food ready unlike some 7-Elevens Ive been to. I love their Jamaican patties and rewards program

Everything you expect from a 7/11 enough cashiers and in quickly find what you need quickly than out to pump gas and leave all in under 10 min or less that is why they are always the best

Im rating it a 4star cuz i love the customer servicebut the bathroom (men) is never clean. there was 2 men working today and the guy walked in and walked back out. pee in the toilet, looks like pee on the floor around the toilet and tissue everywhere

The gas pumps are defective

I buyed some ice creams at the store(8) and an beer.This are 9 items.I did not receive an invoice after payment! Then I asked for the detailed number. The cashier was very comfused!I got the invoice.After that I saw that there were 14!!!items on the invoice!!! She pulled a few dollars off me!! I wanted a manager,but her answer was that the manager is not there! It happened on August 15. By 9.30pm to 9.45pm.The cashier was a woman! I find this outrageous!!! If the boss,or manager reading this,(he,or she) need to do something!!

Absolutely the worst experience from a convient store. The employees, an old man and a women with a neck tattoo laughing at me because they could not scan my identification card for a tobacco purchase. Ill be reaching out to corporate for they had me waiting for 15 min holding up the line. Finally they allowed the purchase to go through without a scan. Very unprofessional laughing multiple times at me I have video recordings of them attempting to scan my card in a very poor manner. Mishandling my belongings, scratching my identification card permanently. I am extremely unhappy.

Thomas was amazing he gave me excellent customer service. Every time I come here he is always very nice with fast service. I will definitely be coming back

Dirty store and rude associate.

This station is nearly always very busy, particularly in the morning. The staff is generally very friendly and accommodating. Its open 24 hours and its very convenient to be able to stop in whenever necessary. The prices are on-par. Entering and exiting can be difficult and people tend to fly through the parking lot at 30+ mph. Overall, very satisfying gas station.

Needed gas in my vehicle, I didnt bring my wheelchair. Called into the store. Young fella came out and took my money in for me and offered to pump my gas. Not like I was an inconvience either. He was super nice.

Pleasantly, Friendly, and Clean

I stopped in for the sole purpose of getting 5 dollars cash back. Decided to get gas and snacks while i was there. I went to the register and the gentleman rung up my 2 drinks, a bag of Fritos and $20 gas. I ran my card and entered my pin and the reader prompted me to remove my card as if there was an issue. So I did and it just went ahead and paid. I asked the guy if they still do cash back. The other cashier jumped in and said they dont do cash back for just gas. I pointed at my items and said i purchased these as well. She told me oh well we have an atm over there. Then when i was outside figuring it out apparently we didnt pump gas fast enough so when my wife went in they refunded our money to our card and told her to repay. The lady was very rude to both of us and not at all helpful in the situation.

The pizza here is delicious. 2 large pizzas for around $11 is a great deal as well.

Come on! The worst time to find dirt or grands in my coffee. Give the coffee pots a cleaning.

There is a lot of riffraff hanging around this busy store. The gas station is also very busy. Probably should offer healthier selection of prepared foods.

Its a fairly typical 7-Eleven in our semi-clean just the union really what you would expect going any 7-Eleven
