I have twice taken carpets to Doug for binding. The first time was three years and today was my second visit. The customer service and quality of the work were outstanding on both occasions. In fact, when Doug found out I had come from Venice he offered to complete the job on a 6’x11’ carpet immediately so I wouldn’t have to make the trip back the next day. Doug cares about his customers and provides excellent quality workmanship.

Doug was very professional and extremely prompt in getting my carpet done. He wanted to do it while I waited but I didn’t have time. It was done the next day. If you are looking for excellent and prompt service at a super price then Doug is your man!
