Incredible customer service and best prices. Family owned business that beats the big box guys hands down. Not just carpets. Great hard surface products too.

From the moment my wife and I stepped in we were greeted by “Laney” very pleasantly. She was very helpful in trying to find the best color and carpet for the best value with us. She didn’t hesitate to show us remnant rolls in the back and presented the “Special Sale Items” in the showroom, one of which we went with. We appreciated that they took half down and the other half after the carpet was installed......Speaking of instal, it was excellent!! At first when “Gary” showed up alone and confirmed he was doing the job solo I was honestly unsure how it would go, I “assumed” it was a two person job...I was wrong!! Gary not only did an excellent job installing but he explained what he was going to be doing and did it....We also has great “dog energy”, my German Shepherd watched him the whole time but not a peep from her while Gary was in her presence!! Anyways, the whole experience was on point, I’d recommend Shelly’s to anyone with confidence.

I Purchased carpet for my home Before I put up for sale and for my office and I have been very impressed by this company both times. Most recently I called them to replace some office carpet. They had commercial carpet in stock which is nice. I told them I needed it in three days. They worked like crazy to find a Saturday installer but couldn’t find one but then rearranged the schedule to get it on the next best day for me which was a Tuesday. The installer was professional and they did a great job. The whole time they were very responsive. Great local carpet company

Very professional and awesome selection

We visited twice to try to match up some carpet for a home in another state. Even though they knew we wouldnt be buying from them, they went out of their way to look things up, get us information and talk carpet choices. Both guys were very friendly and more knowledgeable than the folks were working with back home!! And they do love to talk story, as wed say in Hawaii! I should mention that they have a very wide variety of product--its a larger showroom than one might think from outside.

Recommended place to go for flooring needs. Large variety and Ill definately return. Great personal knowledgeable service!
