Ive been shopping at this Publix for years now and everyone has always been very helpful and nice.More importantly though, I have a son who needs a little extra. Hes a great boy, who loves people and wants to help. He runs errands to Publix for me, and hes always been treated kindly by everyone there, and they always help him get exactly what hes supposed to. If for some reason he brings back the wrong thing, Ive never had any trouble exchanging it for the correct items.

We enjoy this Publix. Easy parking and enjoyable shopping.

This is one of the larger Publix in the area. More selection, great produce and usually more variety than some of the smaller stores.

Customer service is good. Redzo at the produce department is always a big help, however the deli department is seriously lacking. The customer service at the deli department is absolutely atrocious. The past few times I have visited the deli department for a sub this lady named terry would be there and she always had her back turned towards me. I get it COVID times are harsh, but she would stop in the middle of making my sandwich to go talk with another guest or employee. I have yet to see her smile at all, or have a warm greeting. Just disappointed to where Publix has gone. I’ll most likely be getting my subs at other locations.

I really love this one cashier at publix, they are so kind and always make it their mission to know all the deals in the store to ask the customers.

Publix is the best supermarket. Everyone here was very friendly. Sign up for their rewards card, you will get lots of BOGO deals. They have a great variety and great sales. Bring Publix to the north!

Friendliest staff ever!!! Lunchmeat counter lady was the bomb! She put the wrapped Lunchmeat on the paper and separated each piece with the paper! Keeps it from sticking together! Cashier was amazing and so funny and friendly! Will always shop here when I am here!

Idk what is but everytime we shop at this particular Publix store its a disappointment. We keep saying we arent going to shop at this store again but then go back out of location convenience. So tonight it was the sushi. Just not as fresh looking and tasting as some of the other Publix stores in the area, Last time it was the Rotisserie chicken.

I went to Publix specifically for their fried chicken.. we walked to the deli and they didnt have any boxes available so I spoke to the girl at the counter and asked if they maybe had a box somewhere else...this awesome lady from the back comes out and told us it would be 15 minutes if we could wait..we had other shopping to do so of course15 minutes was fine with us...we came back fifteen minutes later and the hottest most fresh fried chicken that Ive ever bought at Publix was in my hands...IT WAS SO HARD TO GET HOME WITH IT IN THE BACK SEAT!!!. Ive always loved their chicken but today I saw the light...perfectly crunchy and juicy and flavorful...THANK YOU AWESOME LADY FROM THE BACK!!! And thank you Publix!!

I have shopped at Publix for almost 60 years now and Ive never been disappointed. Tried many other stores always come back to Publix.

Plenty of registers open, absolutely no lines. Cashier was the friendliest Ive dealt with in awhile. Incredibly clean store and stocked well. Pharmacy was friendly, helpful, and light years faster than chain drug stores.

Pretty amazing! we know prices are higher but it is so clean! plus happy team members really there to help and be pleasant! all worthwhile plus Dillon at meat department really was so helpful and above and beyond the norm!

Ive lived in Florida for 25 years and have always shopped at Publix. I love Publix and everybody that works there is simply delightful and the bakery really rocks it out. However that being said I have noticed that they are removing most of all the fat free items in the store. Which is why I only give them four stars... like really what is up with that? When I ask they say it is because nobody buys them... So I started thinking maybe I will open my own fat free item grocery store... Just kidding but seriously maybe they should start making their daily dinners with fat free items so that people can taste meals that are delicious with literally 90 to 95% less fat. I will stop my rant now... other than that it really is a great place to shop.

No masks on staff. Manager meat butcher produce and baggers. Manager because of medical release. I call foul. I have breathing issues and I wear my mask...no excuse or stay home.

I like Publix and shop at their Landings location. I think they are a bit pricey vs the competition, so we have to go elsewhere for certain things. One thing that would help would be if they would offer the 5% senior discounts on Wednesday that Public’s does in states other than a Florida!

Every time I go to store and Daniel or Jessica sees me they always help me with my bags and shopping. I am on chemo so I dont have much energy. they have got to know me and are always there for a helping hand. I really appreciate the girls there. Thanks you both ladies for all your help and understanding and most of all your compassion. This has been going on now for the pass year or so. it is now 2015. September. thank them for their kindness.

Great service, high prices, I shop the BOGO and specials. Theres a Publix on every couple of corners here in Sarasota, and competition is heating up.The custom made deli subs cant be beat. Personnel is friendly and very helpful, theres a lot of customer loyalty, some people just do what theyve always done, so Publix will survive for those who can afford, and those who resist change.

My favorite Publix.... a hidden gem. Never crowded, great staff... not quite as big & varied selection as some other stores, but it gets the job done. Prices (as with ALL Publix) can be a bit high, unless you take advantage of a BOGO special. I only buy my produce from Publix because its always fresh, and my deli meats as well because they carry Boars Head. Friendly staff, very clean store, great location.... a lot of folks dont know its there, so you have mostly locals in there. Occaisionally youll bump into a tourist who has discovered The Secret, but even at the height of the season this particular location is never crowded.

Love this store. Nice wide isles, convenient and easy access. It is a smaller store and lately I have had to visit another store to find the items I need. Other than that it is my Publix of choice.

Manager would not enforce masks on the very first day of Corporates decision. He wasnt even wearing one either when he was walking through the store going on break or going home, very sad. Corporate needs to monitor him!!!!!

The Publix at the Landings is, even considering the already high Publix standards, pretty super. Everything Publix is known for is there. The store itself seems just a little more open and easier to move about.
