Kent is the associate that greeted us promptly. He was pleasant. We’re in the market for a new sectional when our house is complete. Unfortunately he was busy when we were ready to ask a few questions. Since Covid delays we wanted to know if something was in stock. We asked a different female associate that was seemingly not busy sitting at a dinning table and all we got was attitude. I let her know we weren’t buying as of today but wanted to ask a few questions for future reference. I’m in sales and any customer not buying today can be a future customer no matter if you greeted them at the door or not. Long story short due to laziness and unwillingness to answer a few questions we walked out without answers. We were very excited to check out the Sarasota location. Rooms to go is where we wanted to buy our couch from the start sadly the staff left a bad taste in our mouth.

We purchased a living room set almost three years ago, luckily with the accident insurance. I accidentally tore the corner of my couch. Since my couch was discontinued, I received a full credit to exchange bot my couch and chair for a new set. Tatiana, at teh Sarasota Rooms To Go was so patient with us as we tried to decide if we would trade both the couch and chair in for a new set or save money and only trade the couch for a couch. She patiently showed us all of our options along with the costs for both versions of our trade. Well, we decided to go with an entirely new set. We assumed this was going to be a long process but it was not and again she was very patient and knowledgeable.

Went to RTG in Sarasota and met with Jessica with help on picking our living room furniture. She is very helpful, answered all our questions and helped us purchased a sectional. We loved the sectional by Sofia Vergara Naples light gray leather sectional. Very comfortable, love that power reclining seats. We were promised a delivery on July 31 and it arrived as promised. RTG is an awesome place to visit if you looking for furniture. We will be visiting again to look for a bedroom set next. Thanks RTG, we will be seeing you again.

Went in for a new mattress and adjustable bed. There were several brands and styles throughout the store. Brenda was knowledgeable and pleasent. The only thing that would have made it better is if the beds were in the same area. Walking back and forth is hard in someone with issues walking.

UPDATE: I had to pay $100 to another company to remove the mattress. Horrible customer service.I was sold a mattress set with guarantee of mattress removal with delivery. The delivery team refused to remove the old mattress and had no idea what I should do since they are contractors. Salesperson Kent Reeves never mentioned this when he sold me the mattress and store manager Brian Franklin told me he didn’t know why the salesperson didn’t tell me. I called customer service and they referred me back to store manager.Brian Franklin was dismissive and rude immediately upon taking my call. Very poor service.

Bill M. Is the best person I have worked with there. I bought my first bed set from him in 2016 and then was super nice, genuine not pushing and sold me exactly what I wanted and not more. Ugh, sales people jump on you there and wont leave your side to walk the store by yourselves.Sometimes you just want to go at your own pace and discuss the pros and cons of various items with your spouse instead of an aggressive salespersons opinion.
