Although having to wait a few months to receive our dining room set, we are thrilled with it! We had a wonderful experience with the sales team and manager. The delivery team was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. We purchased a bedroom set and a dining room set, the quality is wonderful. We will definitely shop there again!

I went to The Furniture Warehouse to pick out a living room set..They had a great selection of leather couches and end tables.. The sales person Isabel was great..she was knowledgeable and patient as well as not pushy giving us space and time to look and browse without feeling pressured or suffocated. We were able to get delivery in 2 days!!

I buyer beware. Purchased a sectional in December of 2019z sold me an accidental warranty that they said would cover any damage. Called to get a puncture in the leather taken care of. Because I didn’t know how the puncture happened they wouldn’t cover it.Also the cable for the recliner broke and that also isn’t covered. I have purchased several items over the years but will never buy here again.

The sales staff is fantastic but their delivery folks are rushed, not knowledgeable of company policy, and rude. I had an issue with them relocating an existing small dinigroom table that their delivery confirmation says they would do. The table has 4 bolts attaching the top but they would not take it apart to bring it downstairs. They also blocked three of my neighbors driveways with their truck and refused to move it after they unloaded. They said they wouldn’t be that long and wanted to wait until a neighbor complained. They did not assemble the furniture properly saying they did not need to use the washers enclosed in the packaging yet the showroom sample has them attached. It was just a rushed and sloppy service and the delivery person was rude. I would not recommend their delivery.

BEWARE! We ordered and paid for furniture and accessories consistently from November 2020 through April 2021 but Furniture Warehouse was unable to deliver because they never received the product. When we had to return to Canada after the winter we finally cancelled our orders and requested a refund. We were told up to 2 weeks for processing by the sales rep (who was fantastic) but its now been 4+ weeks and still no refund. The HO wants to issue a store credit and now avoids my calls. I am very unhappy when THEY COULD NOT DELIVER, they SHOULD REFUND ME IN FULL. This is not over yet!

After having an issue with the delivery of the sleeper sofa I order 05/24/2021 and been told that the delivery would be done on 05/28/2021 I finally received it on 05/30/2021. I must confess I was upset because I had to cancel a couple of things I had to do on Friday. However, I do understand that things happen and that the pandemic has hit everyone in different ways. I want to apologize for taking it all out without thinking people also have a life. Nick, the salesman is a true asset for the company, he went above and beyond to help me out in getting the sleeper sofa before 06/04/2021 as I have family coming over to stay. The drivers that came to do the delivery were really fast, nice and helpful. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

Professional but not pushy service with a delightful young man Andrew who made all the difference of why I will return again. Very helpful with my choice of very specifically detailed requested specs for a recliner. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helped with the artistic portion of color choice as 3 options seemed either right or completely wrong with the photo I provided. He was spot on! It wasnt easy with muted colors of tone on tone room decor. Oh and an added bonus...I picked it up the next day at the Furniture Warehouse warehouse near the SRQ airport and saved a delivery fee. Andrew our salesman was great! He explained when our sectional was available and that we could place 15% down to hold it then pay rest when available. The delivery men called ahead and came within the time frame. They set everything up perfectly! Also Nick the manager is very helpful.

Went to purchase a mattress. Andrew was most helpful, very patient, and proceeded to show all the extra firm models, beginning with the economy price, ultimately with the most expensive. We chose the almost most expensive. He answered our questions, and what he wasn’t sure of, called the manager. I had purchase a mattress from Furniture Warehouse in 2013 and didn’t hesitate to return. Andrew wasn’t pushy and let us decide for ourselves on the product that best suited our needs, since my partner has back issuesAnd the extra firm was what we wanted. He described the composition, i.e. coils, material, etc.Overall, it was a good experience, and although Andrew indicated he was relatively new to the job, he did well and it made our search easier than expected.

Good prices and things “look good”, BUT you get what you pay for. I just literally had my hand puncture (drew blood) by the zipper on one of their couch pillows that I bough earlier in the year. Be careful.

We ordered furniture from Furniture Warehouse and it was delivered yesterday. We absolutely love everything!. Janice Bryant worked so hard with us to make sure we had the right patterns, colors, and pieces of furniture to suit our needs and to fit in the areas. She was so patient and pleasant! The two men who delivered and set up the furniture were wonderful! Their names were Troy and Dennis from Truck 9. They were very knowledgeable and efficient . We are very pleased with the sofa, chair and ottoman that we purchased from the newer Furniture Warehouse on Rt. 41 in Sarasota. Large selection of coastal type items. Very little brown and gray. The highlight of our experience was working with Becka Lane, our salesperson. What a treasure! She was extremely pleasant, very patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely return!

We purchased a lot of furniture and have yet to receive our second delivery. Hopefully soon. However one chair, when ordered early December, is back ordered till February 1st!

I love so much in this store, and wish we had more room to add additional pieces. :-) We found the perfect light blue leather recliner loveseat, and we had shopped around many other places that didn’t have anywhere near the selection this store has. We ended up finding some other awesome furnishings as well for our small sized living room and dinette area. Isabel was truly a wonderful help through our shopping process and decision making.

Worst experience ever. Purchased a new bedroom set, they didnt have my bed in stock so had to wait a whole month. My mattress came defected, and they had to give me a new one. But when my bed arrived it was not installed correctly, it made so much noise that when we moved in our sleep we would wake up from it. Complained and they sent a guy in who told me he needed to order new parts. Then they tell me it comes from over seas so I have to wait another month for it. It has been 2 months that my brand new mattress is on the floor in my living room. If it was a cheap bed I would understand but I paid over $2K for everything. Sales rep recommend buying pillows too, which was the biggest mistake ever because they are not comfortable and cost $100 and you cant return them at all. Worst purchase Ive ever made, wish I knew this before wasting money and time. Better to spend a little more at other stores than to get crappy furniture. Really, really upset with this.

This is the 2nd time we have furnished a home from Furniture Warehouse. This time, we furnished the entire home from them. Janice was excellent at helping us choose coordinating colors and putting the whole house together. The delivery personnel were also professional and very efficient. They stand behind what they sell and are always very responsive to any repairs needed. We have shopped other stores, but we always end up at Furniture Warehouse.

We chose to pick up our purchases from the warehouse. At our request, the warehouse employees were patient and kind enough to open and inspect the contents of each box before loading them into our vehicle. We found one of the pieces damaged and with broken glass. They quickly retrieved another box, inspected it as well, repackaged the pieces, and didnt load the boxes until we were completely satisfied. They did all this without any hesitation and were very cordial and respectful.

I love this store. We bought our coach from them. We are very happy. They bought our stuff on time. Only the workers are a little slow minded.

I am absolutely astonished by the horrible & deceitful salesmanship experience I have had from APRIL at this store. APRIL is the used car salesman of the furniture industry. Do not purchase from her. On our 1st time in this store she pressured us into purchasing a dining set in the store. At the time of purchase I said multiple times that I did not like the chairs but she continued to pressure. We were purchasing the set for a new house that we werent closing on for another month out. Once we got the set, it became clear that it didnt match our other furniture as it wasnt really our style. Since this is a warehouse, they only allow 7 days to return from delivery and then its only store credit. This honestly would would be a fine policy if it werent for the how pushy APRIL was. Anyway. We accepted this and returned the set for store credit. Our new home is about an hour away from Sarasota. We returned to the store about 3 months later to use our credit- tried to avoid April but since she had handled the 1st sales, the store policy must state that she has to continue to work with us. This time we chose 2 chairs that she sold us. There was a balance after the credit was used that we paid. At the time of the sale she said we only have 2 of these chairs in stock at the warehouse. At that time she tried effortlessly to make a backup plan with us in case one of the chairs was damaged at the warehouse. She offered to let us pick up a floor model from another location or tried to pressure us into getting a color that we did not want. She did all this JUST in case one of the 2 remaining chairs in stock was damaged when we went to pick it up. So the next day we call the warehouse to let them know we are on the way to pick up our order and are then told that they dont know why we were sold this because they only have 1 of these chairs in stock. Based on her bizarre behavior trying to find a backup plan at the time of sale, I know without a doubt that April sold us these 2 chairs knowing that they didnt have them in stock. April should be fired. I have never had such a horrible experience with any business before.

I paid for a delivery in which I was given an hour window for even when I was told I’d have several. Was not notified that the delivery was made so I didn’t come home after work. They left it on my porch well it has been raining today and the entire bottom half of the box is soaked. I will not open the box and be charged they can just come back and pick it upThank you

Manager Kim Hayward greeted us with a smile, found out our needs, directed us to the kind of furniture we might be interested in, left us to explore. No pressure, knowledgeable, pleasant, Kim checked back with us occasionally.we went back the next day to purchase. A flyer had our interest and we looked at a totally different set, signed on the spot. Delivery was set up and has been perfectly executed for two pieces, waiting on the third from the factory. Kim and FW were and are awesome.

The sales personnel in the selection was good but it takes six weeks for delivery that’s ridiculous they should have more furniture in stock or at least be able to deliver as fast as an online retailer like Wayfair?

This is the 3rd time we purchased household furniture and accessories and we will continue to come back because of how well these items look and present themselves. Selections are extensive, particularly in their new store on Tamiami Trail. On our initial visit several years ago we were fortunate enough to work with Jessica Kuntz who is so warm, caring and helpful. Jessica has consistently made furniture shopping a painless and enjoyable experience. Her friendly warm engaging manner makes one wish family members could be so nice as she.

Altho the associate was pleasant and excited to get her sale, We are giving this visit our first and last review. After spending over $2000 of furniture and told that out of the three piece (love seat) was not going to be available, and we’d have to wait 3 more weeks, we asked the district manager (gyorgi) if we could get the delivery fee waived, she bluntly refused, explaining herself over and over about the drivers and how they aren’t independent contractors. I’ve been in sales and worked with these corporations and it is manageable, to allow recurring customers to want to come back, no incentive was offered for us to even want to come back. From our point of view as a customer this is poor service. Ps even if discounts were applied, we didn’t ask for anything but the delivery fee.

My salesman, Danny Quirk was very helpful. Everyone was friendly and and the store is nicely set up and clean. My delivery process was smooth and I had no problems.

Was given the wrong information. One salesperson said that a dining room table we wanted was in stock in Bradenton...well we drove from North Port to Bradenton ready and excited to purchase this table AND they were out of stock! Why would she lie!!!!

I had a miraculous experience with Furniture Warehouse in Sarasota. We’d found the perfect bed at the Port Charlotte location, but it wasn’t available until 1/27, and we needed it sooner because we have house guests arriving this week. I called Sarasota and while they deliver from the same warehouse and stock, the woman I spoke with (who happened to be the store manager) informed me that she’s just received a call from another customer who’s ordwred the same bed we wanted, but needed to take delivery later in the month.So long story short - they delivered our dream bed three days later, in plenty of time for our house guests. We sure lucked out! We’d looked at many beds and this was our favorite by far. Thank you for going the extra mile to help us!

They need to allow you to put both feet in the building and look atound until.they attack you....let people walk in amd look first

Very disappointed! I bought a dining room set with two captain chairs and 6 regular chairs. The cushions on the chairs came loose from the wood and the arms of both captains chair became detached. I phoned customer service and spoke with a very rude woman who told me that there is nothing she can do about it. This occurred before the set had even been used.I also bought a bunk bed and the slats on the bottom bed broke due to the shoddiness of the wood. Again I was told there is nothing they can do about it.I additionally bought two chairs and a couch. The seams have ripped and there is now wood sticking out of the back of the couch.I bought the furniture at the same time. I also spoke with owner who was as rude as the woman in customer service.

I find my sofa there, and everyone love it, very comfortable beautiful blue ... I was tired to finding gray, beige, and brown color...I definitely going back because also always have great sale.

Ask for April. She is a wonderful young lady with lots of experience in the furniture industry. April is very personable.

This place is overwhelmingly packed, poor presentation. I asked for no leather products bc I do have a cat with nails. The sales associate said, oh this can with stand that. She dug her own nails into the couch and left marks.

We bought a beautiful rustic entertainment center and unique wooden framed mirror among some other previously purchased items. Alot of times, you can find the same thing from other stores for a better price at Furniture Warehouse.

Incredibly disappointed with them. We have bought furniture here may times. This last time was a let down. We ordered a bed which was supposed to come in January 18th. Well come the 18th no one called. When I called the next day I was told oh they wont be in till the 27th now. That was over a month from when we ordered. So I told them to cancel the order. Well only the person you spoke with n store can cancels. No one else can do anything.American Signature Furniture had the same bed so we ordered from them and had it the next day.

We picked out furniture for the entire house. Prices and selection are great. Sales people are super helpful with out being annoying.

I bought sofa recliner electric .In 10 days since they delivered it i used it only 3 times and i noticed immediately the noise on the motor , I was very disappointed because of its POOR QUALITY....i wasnt happy for that...first time in furniture Warehouse and i was very disappointed...BAD for Custumer...and when you talk again about your concern for costumer service or repair or sale person they are not friendly any more,big difference when going to wanna buy something....sorry thats all you can hear... it is unacceptable....this is unsafety issue now i cant use the electric recliner sofa because im worried it can cause possible burn or fire due to motor malfunction because of noise...they said they order the part and coming might be in 2 to 3 weeks and they not sure yet depending on manufacturer . how you gonna say i will be happy of that after i bought new recliner sofa...
