Go through very little effort to do their job to find item out of stock. Postponing jobs for contractors is number one top reason to avoid this location for cost us losing anymore money. Product is low I understand. But two other stores near has the product in.. I was advised other

Good service, knowledgeable staff. The store is mostly oriented to pros, but regular homeowners will find support and guidance on their projects.

Great paint...but its annoying they never have the service parts needed for the paint sprayer machines they sell, like the internal filters and spray tips. The counter guy always says weve had a busy week and sold out....not remembering Ive been there every week for months. And I always tell them... then stock appropriately..you cant sell what you dont have. Starting to think I should save time and just go straight to Lowes or Home Depot, cause I always end up there anyway.

Its Sherwin Williams. I have yet to have a negative experience with any of them with the local area. This one, in particular, the manager, Mike, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Looking forward to continuing doing business with them.
