Visiting from out of town after many years away from the area and decided to go around and see whats new. Very nice store very well stocked. However, responding repeatedly to a customer with ujum its kinda rude. Did not feel motivated to buy anything and continued my tour of the area.

Well organized, clean, and friendly the Comic Central team definitely make anyone feel welcome. Their ability to get hard to find Omnibuses and POPs make them my go to store for those items. Whenever an event is held it’s always well organized and properly staffed making the experience a very pleasurable experience. The team is extremely knowledgeable about the different themes and don’t try to oversell but can always point you in the right direction for what you’re looking for. Great place for kid collectors with a humongous wall of POPS!!!!!

While I’m town for a day, I need some reading material, they have a HUGE selection of trade paper backs which I personally love! Nice staff, clean store, and great selection!

Awesome shop! I dont go anywhere else to get my latest books. The guys are always knowledgeable and willing to talk about comic storylines with me. When Im confused on a comic sequence or storyline they will always be happy to explain it to me unlike other shops where they make you feel inferior. Great selections on books new and back issue. Also an awesome rewards program I take advantage of.

Cool place, lots of pops and a cool “older” comic book section. Friendly and very helpful staff. Store was nice and clean and had that classic comic store vibe.

I love almost an hour away and love coming here. Crazy good comics and even better figures and statuettes. I wish I had a room to fill with all the iron man stuff they have.

This store is very welcoming! Too many comic shops feel elitist, but that was not the case here wonderfully. The employee helped me find a comic that I was looking for forever! (someone else had put it down in the wrong spot …) There’s a diverse selection of graphic novels and comics and a $1 section!

Took my daughters here so they could see what a comic book store is. We didnt purchase anything. Just looked around and talked about different comics. They were very interested in the idea. Maybe sometime soon they will develop a desire for comics.We were there n the store for about 15 minutes. We had two different guys offer to help us find something. Great little store!

Im not into comics but was in the area and walked into the store. The store associate was very helpful and even suggested a couple of titles for me to try. Also, any store that has Doctor Who toys gets 5 stars ;-)

I love Comic Central! It has a humongous assortment of Pops and comics. Its geek heaven. I prefer it over Coliseum any day of the week. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Id go back just for the staff. Do yourself a favor and stop by! You will not regret it.

Like any good small business, the thing that truly makes Central special are the people that work there. Theyre amazing. They dont treat you like a customer but like a friend. Unlike other comic book stores in the area, they will never talk down to you. Love this place.

Really cool place. They were very helpful on free comic book day. If you spent x amount of money you could get more free comics. Well, I had been behind on mine and played catch up so I was able to get them all. Definitely recommend this place to comic enthusiasts.

Awesome staff. Friendly,engaging and knowledgeable. All about comics and graphic novels. Good assortment of toys also. A comic shop you can bring your family to. My 10 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter love coming with me. Even my wife likes it. Great location near other shopping. Best comic book store in the area. I drive 40 minutes past other shops just to go there.

Great for new books and biggest pop selection without massive amounts of doubles. Some back issues and prices very fair. Great for statues as well and again....better prices on all then any in Orlando area

This is hands down my favorite comic book store. The employees are all highly knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. The store offers a great selection of new and used comic books - all in superb condition - as well as various collectibles including exclusive, popular and the latest Pops. Prices are fair and usually a tad better than the competitions.

Comic Central is always excellent. They have a great selection of comic books and their Funko Pop selection is the best Ive seen. Everyone who works there is super friendly and always willing to help out newbies who are just getting started with the hobby!

Awesome little comic book shop with a little bit of everything for everyone. Statues, pops, figures, graphic novels and comic books. Plus they carry complete sets for those of us looking to get it all. Plus they have a great staff.

Sam was great , the selection is great it’s more then just marvel and dc and really enjoyed the layout. As you keep looking your surprised by what you see and in my case impressed. !!

Best comic store I have ever been to, they almost always have what Im looking for and what they dont have they order in. The staff is super friendly, transactions are quick but on their slow days I could talk to those guys for a while going back and forth in usual nerd fashion. Im gonna be super bummed when I move to the coast it wont be 10 min away anymore but I will probably still make the 40 minute drive to come to this store.

Have been shopping here for years. There stamp program makes it worth my time to keep using them.

Ive been going in here for a couple years as an irregular customer. I dont collect single issues anymore but I do love the statues and pop figures selection. Ive never had any problems with the staff, theyve always been super chill and helpful. I remember sometime about a year or so ago I went in for something and ended up chatting with guy behind the counter about the death of wolverine. It was fun and he was super cool. Like I said theyve never bothered me. I know some people may not understand this but unless a comic store has a seating section youre generally not allowed to sit there and read and they will ask you to stop. If they dont you could just sit there and read everything they had and not buy anything.TL;DR Cool staff, good selections of merchandise, recent comic issues and not a huge selection of trades but they have a lot of the good ones :)

Been going to Comic Central for a few years now, started as an occasional customer and now Im a regular with a subscription. The staff is amazing and helpful. Knowledgeable about release dates for upcoming products and go out of there way to special order something if need be. Of the all comics shops Ive visited, this one is by far the best.

One of the best comic shops in central Florida. They have an incredible selection of funko pop toys. I appreciate the friendly greetings from all the staff. They work hard to make sure you find what youre looking for. On numerous occasions, Sam has ordered obscure random new releases for me.

Nice small store with decent selection, but I dont understand why they use a draconian return policy. Returning a item (one that is being sold commonly in many other stores that arent comic stores) for a like item of same value to me is just a standard these days. Also, their prices are high when compared to others in the region. If you see something here you know nobody has and are willing to pay the price, then maybe, but if someone else has it then you are better off going elsewhere.

Has lots of Funkos. Has lots of current comics from large and small publishers. They got decent variants. The back issue area is kinda small but I found some good stuff in there with reasonable prices. Employees are rather helpful even if they dont have what you are looking for.

A nice comic store. Thought I was going to be in and out due to the size but I was wrong, I enjoyed my time. Tyson was very helpful and his store was pristine. I Will always come back.

The absolute best place to shop for new comics. From Jacksonville to Orlando, Bar none, the have the best selection, as well as an outstanding customer loyalty plan in place. Well worth the drive from Daytona to Sanford.

Ive been to a few comic shops in my time, and even if this store is not the closest to me, I always go here because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a nice assortment of Sideshow figures and other collectibles too. If you cannot find what you want, they can get you just about any title of you ask.I had stopped collecting comics for a while, but since visiting this shop after a friend introduced me to it, I have since gotten back into it. The great staff at Comic Central definitely had a hand in giving me back my comic book obsession! LOL I am not a hardcore collector that knows ALL the stories in all universes and reboots, and they are more than happy to explain things and help you find new titles that you might like based on your reading history. As an artist myself, I have a thing for really good art, and they usually point me in the right direction.I definitely recommend this shop to anyone, even casual readers! :)

I really do this place a 5/5 because they are always on the scene and they can get you anything you need. The staff is friendly and considerate and knowledgeable about comics. They have a good toy selection, and the atmosphere is calm.

Great comic shop. The staff is incredably and friendly. When you go there browse a little, ask questions, not only will the staff help you but customers will too. The store has a great selection of new comics and graphic novels. They have action figures, statues, comics for younger readers, funko ( a lot of funko) as well as back stock for anything your looking for. Credit cards are accepted.

The store is amazing, very diverse, had one of the biggest Funko Pop collection Ive ever seen, if not the biggest.

Lots of super hero stuff & mainstream comics. Adequate for basic comic nerds. I like weird, demented Joe Matt type stuff. They have little or none of that. A problem for me, probably not for most.

Comic Central is a very nice shop, the staff are excellent, very helpful and professional. I stop in 1-2 times per month and they always greet me by name, which IMHO shows excellent customer service. Very nice selection of new comics, graphic novels and about 20 boxes of old books available. Lots of statues, figures, Hot Toys, Sideshow figures, Pop figures and other collectables. And I know that if a customer is looking for something, they would do their best to help. Well worth the trip if you live in any nearby area.One review states They told me I couldnt read a book in the store well yea ! Its a comic shop, not a library - how would you feel if you went to buy your favorite issue and someone else had read it and bent pages, ect ?Side note: Some customers today seem to think that they can walk into any store, act in any manner they want to and expect the store owner/staff to treat them with the best customer service. IMO this is NOT true, if you act like an A$$ and are disrespecting the staff, why should they treat you like a respected customer ? That is in fact treating their other customers with disrespect because then the person is disrupting the good customers shopping experience.

The one time I went into this shop looking for a specific book, it was during my lunch hour at work and I happened to be the only customer in there at the time. The guy working there was completely uninterested in helping me until I finally asked, and then came off as a jerk because I came in asking for an issue of The Cape and did not expressly ask for The Cape: 1969. Wasnt a horrible experience, but the guy definitely came off like the snobby comic book guy from The Simpsons and made me feel like an idiot.Bottom line? Its a nice shop that fills a need for an Alternative to Coliseum in the nearby Town Center mall, but the employee I dealt with left much to be desired and there are just too many shops in the area with great staff (such as ACME in Longwood or A Comic Shop near Full Sail) for anyone to patronize a shop like this with unhelpful staff.
