Very accommodating and upfront about what needs to be done. Always right on with an accurate timeline as well. He is a true professional and definitely knows how to explain things so non mechanical people can understand them.They lifted my Rubicon today and I am absolutely thrilled with what they did. My wife bought a used Jeep here. We/she was unable to take the vehicle home the day of purchase due to a scheduling/paperwork issue. I went to drop off the required paperwork and pick up the vehicle the next day and was given the keys by the original sales person and a copy of the paperwork by the finance person and that was all the interaction I had with the Marc Motors staff. I felt very rushed and not very appreciated. In defense of the salesperson they did call my wife and apologized for their actions and stated they were busy with another customer. 🤔 Maybe I didnt matter because they already got my money. Will update when we see how their service is.

Were not fans of dealerships, but we had a great experience here. The process was smooth and our salesperson Cathy was great to work with. She really worked to get us into the truck we wanted, and made the process easy for us. Everyone else there is great too, very friendly staff. Were really happy with how the whole process went, and recommend this dealership!

Its pretty unfortunate Ive given them the benefit of a doubt to do a little bit of work on are vehicle. 1st they stripped a wheel stud and would not admit it. Then the 2nd time I was gonna go in for service and was trying to get a estimate for all my fluids changed and Tire rotation and nobody can even give me a call back. I have called again requesting that price and once again no one can give me a call back or a reasonable answer why no can give me a price for this basic maintenance that any mechanic should be able to do. I will buy my new vehicle and get my maintenance done elsewhere thank you

Service was excellent! I made an appointment for 1:00 to change my oil and rotate tires! I browsed around for a bit then talked to salesman about a purchase of a different vehicle which also was excellent! My truck was done a lot quicker than anticipated. Nice Job! Quick service! The sales process of our purchase went well. The salesman, Denny Freitas, was helpful, knowledgeable, and was willing to negotiate with us to our satisfaction. When the sale was completed, he left us with “feel free to contact me with any concerns”. Those were empty words. We have tried to be in touch several times to no avail. We had an issue with our new 2021 emergency brake system. Thank goodness your service department is so good and helpful. They worked diligently to find the problem and correct it, not allowing us to take the vehicle until they were sure it was fit to drive. Denny never returned our emails or texts. We also had trouble reaching our insurance agent. Denny said he would take care of that. He did not. We took care of it ourselves. Granted, there was a holiday involved, however the only email we received said “I tried”. Not good enough.In ending, we are very satisfied with your service department. Not satisfied with the salesman follow through.

We had a great experience at Marc Motors in Sanford, ME. We purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass. We had seen this Jeep online and we stopped by to just look at it in person. Theyoung man, a sales consultant, whoapproached us was very professional andfriendly. His name is Chris Callahan. He went over a few things about the Jeep and we took it for a test drive. It drives smooth. It has a lotto offer. We got a great deal on this Jeep. You may as well consider this Jeep fully loaded. The Jeep was in mint condition when we purchased it, it still had the new car scent. We used to have a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe which is what we had traded in for the Jeep Compass. With Hyundai, there is no comparison when it comes to our experience at Marc Motors. Doing business with Marc Motors was beyond better than doing business with Hyundai. Doing business with Marc Motors was nothing like your typical car dealership. This was a laid-back and stress free experience. Marc Motors has a lot to offer its customers. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. They are helpful as well. We havent had our new Jeep Compass that long of course because we just purchased it, so far so good. The only thing that bothered us about the Jeep the first night we had it was that we noticed all six lights in the front: both headlights, both runners and both fog lights had some moisture in them and for a practically brand new vehicle there should be no moisture in any of the lights. We didnt see any moisture in any of the lights when we first got there but we did when we got home. It has disappeared for the most part with a tiny bit still remaining in maybe just two lights but even if it goes away fully on its own Marc Motors will take care of us. We told our sales consultant right away and he set up an appointment for us to get them looked at without question. It could be because the Jeep had been sitting for a little bit like all the other new vehicles there. We definitely recommend Marc Motors.

Oh man, if I could rate Marc Motors no stars, I would. Talk about a classic bait and switch with “low” internet prices to get people in the door. What they don’t tell you is that those prices are contingent upon using their “standard financing rate,” which is close to 8% with an excellent credit score in the 800s. For those of us who understand basic finances, this is a huge red flag. That coupled with this Dealership’s refusal to negotiate down from MSRP I walked and purchased a car from another dealership that same day. According to what I was shown at another dealership, Chrysler Capital’s standard financing for someone with average credit is around 3.5%. Now you know why Marc Motor’s has such “low” prices.

Without questions, the best sales and support experience Ive had with a car dealership. My purchase was a surprise gift for Christmas and their entire staff worked with me virtually to not only close the deal, but keep it a surprise for my wife. Together we ended up building a Jeep Gladiator Mojaviconplus at a price no dealer in Maine or New Hampshire came close to matching.Bob Mahoney was patient with my multiple emails asking for certain things to be added on, adjusted and then all the additional accessories I wanted. This was my 11th or 12th new car buying experience and Bob Mahoney has been the best salesperson I have worked with. He demonstrated the most integrity, competence and at times has bent over backwards to make the experience easy and fun for me than all others I have worked with - and I have worked with some great ones.Service, just wow. They too were awesome in getting all the parts together and getting them to work right the first time. Henry should be given all the credit here. I’m totally impressed by how well Henry put everything together and the perfectionism he had in making everything perfect. Again, this Gladiator is mostly Mojave with some Rubicon and then a whole bunch of other stuff turning it into a “Majviconplus” as I would call it.Everyone in service that I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable about their vehicles and parts. Henry was one of the most informed If you are lucky/able to be escorted back to the service bays you will find everything neat and organized with a wide variety of work all being done, from what I could glimpse, to a high degree of professionalism (e.g., I saw mechanics using torque wrenches to check wheel lugs, oil drain plugs etc.). This is a shop I feel very comfortable bringing my vehicle to regardless of whether I bought from Marc Motors or not.With the items involved in my build, once it came in from the factory, I visited both sales and service multiple times. As I’ve already mentioned, service rocks! Going through sales, I was always warmly greeted and multiple times another sales person would drop what they were doing to help me or direct me. I came away with the genuine impression that the sales team really enjoys what they are doing, loves customer service and have a true team mentality. If I were looking to emulate a dealership sales force, this would be the place. Equipped with great prices, it’s no wonder they’re the #1 dealership around here.Finally, big shoutout to Shane in Finance. The man knows his stuff, loves cars and provides a great end of sale experience. I never felt pressured, he explained everything thoroughly and was a true pleasure to interact with.

Responded to the online listing that had no price (should have been red flag #1). Cathy was nice and helpful providing the price over the phone. Brendan made and sent a video quickly but did not address the 2 specific questions I asked Cathy to cover Via video. I have attempted to arrange a test drive via calls, texts, and emails over the past two days - with no responses. We are now moving on to find a more professional, responsive dealership.

Was not an enjoyable purchase by any means. Very poor communication and preparation. One thing after another thing wasnt completed or taken care of. Sorry, we forgot to do this or sorry we forgot to do that. We kept hearing were sorry, so and so never told me this or so and so never told me that. Continuously, were sorry is what we heard. Drove 6 hours to come pick up our new Jeep and they couldnt even have our paperwork completed when we arrived. Seemed like nice people but very, very unorganized and the left hand wasnt ever talking to the right. Wasting a whole bunch of time and energy was our experience but didnt seem to bother them at all.....unorganized and inefficient is my best summary of the dealership.

Our experiences with everyone involved with the purchase of our used Jeep Wrangler were all extremely positive. I found the sales person to be very knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler. He explained things clearly and completely. He offered to show me as many vehicles as would like to see on a very snowy day. He went over all the aspects of the vehicle and made sure I understood how everything worked. He showed me around the dealership and made sure to introduce me to all the people I would need to know. He took the time to show me the accessories and freely discussed with me the pros and cons of each. I found the overall experience enjoyable and I never felt pressured to buy.

This is the second vehicle we bought from Mark Motors. Every person we deal with every time we go there in clouding the sales. service and parts departments are are always very nice and make us feel like they care about us and or vehicle. I would not g anywhere else.

They posted a vehicle for sale on car gurus with no price. After contacting them about the car, they were quick to respond but when I asked for a price the salesman had to talk to his manager. After two days of no response I received an email asking me to come in for a test drive. I replied to the email asking the price once again, and received a text that the car wasn’t for sale. The car is still on car gurus posted ‘FOR SALE’

I purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee here this past winter and I really like the vehicle. Communication was a little fractured as I first called in and then started scoping their inventory online, I got serious with the purchase and got bounced around quite a bit between different sales folks. Sales manager was cut and dry and to the point which I appreciated and I feel like I got a good deal. Overall a positive experience and I enjoyed it. Hands down the easiest, stress free car buying experience. Brendan was great, we came early during a snow storm. He brought us around in a golf cart and pulled a bunch of vehicles for us to test drive/check out. Derek Talbot sent me this incredibly insulting text message :Listen man, I’ve been in the business for a while now and the reason I don’t negotiate over the phone is because I know exactly how this is going to go. We’re gonna give you a number we’d be willing to offer for your trade and it’s going to be lower than you expected because we won’t have the opportunity to see it in person. Then even if we overcome that, you’re going to try and nickel and dime me over sales price, interest rate, monthly payment, etc., and of course my sales managers are going to be less willing to “play ball” and give you the best deal because you wouldn’t even give us the time of day to make it over here. There is no “gimmick” here, if you want to negotiate for the best deal you need to put your big boy pants on and do it face to face.

Wandered the lot for 25 minutes, no one came out to ask if we were looking for help. We parked right in front of the showroom, sales reps saw us but continued chatting to each other while staring out the windows. Its all good, we bought a car later that day in Saco.

Went to Marc Motors for Black Friday sale. I drove 75 miles down to their dealership to see if their tag line in ads was true. And I am here to say it is. Their promotions and pricing is the lowest I found. I picked up a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 crew cab. They are in an out of the way location,but their new dealership is very nice. Offering a large inventory to select from. My salesmen was Rob Finley he is very good at his job and the paperwork went smoothly. That being said, for questions and after sale customer service, Aimee Harris is the young lady you want to work with. She is the star of the Marc Motors staff.They are very lucky to have her. There is no problem or question involving the sale of your vehicle that she can not handle personally and in a very timely and professional manner. Buyer beware! I bought a 2019 Ram the end of October. It needed a transmission less than a month later. They replaced transmission but I didnt even make it home and check engine light comes on. Bring it back. They tell me it needs a coolant bypass valve. They told me it wasnt covered under their many warranties but theyre going to fix it anyway. Finally get truck back after being in shop more than my driveway. Now less than 2 months later it overheats and ruins new transmission. Now theyre putting a USED transmission in my 2019 Ram. Its a nightmare! How do I know it didnt damage my motor? What else is going to break? Never owned a Dodge til now and will never buy another! I shouldve stuck with GM! BUYER BEWARE!

I agreed to come look at the car that same day I inquired, but when I got there, and waited 45 minutes, they proceeded to tell me that they sold the car earlier that morning. Absolutely careless.

I had a very good experience buying my 2020 Ram 1500 from Marc Motors.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the time it takes to complete the process. If they could streamline this down to 2 hours instead of 4-5, it would just about be perfect.

Im very happy with my experience at Marc Motors. I went in not knowing much about leasing but they explained everything is great detail and got me into the vehicle I wanted at a payment I can afford. They had to work a little bit to get me where I needed to be but did so without hesitation.Very happy with my experience and my new Ram Warlock! Thank you Anthony and Jim!!
