No one greeted me upon entry. I needed help and finally after going down all the isles, I see the Helper there and was able to ask her. She was friendly and did direct me to what I was searching for. Found a cute drawstring ponytail.

Worst place to go went 2 times , 1st time they werent even busy no one there to help waited 15 minutes for assistance for behind the counter item there was a girl there but it wasnt her area. 2nd time there was 2 other customers still couldnt find help just the guy at the front door and the one by the register the one by the front door locked the door even though I was empty handed and the guy at the register looked at me when I asked for help said there was a girl back there who was in the backroom on break and to go to the back did not feel safe I got on my phone and told them let me out

Great prices for some items, but the owner workers is bad for business. When I was paying for my items I’m waiting on the young girl to tell me my total, she never did, I just looked at the cash register for the price. The workers he got working here needs to be more professional

Everytime I come here the staff and owner give my top notch service. As an Haitian- American I know how people view me as I enter their store. But not here they treat me with respect and kindness. Praying your store prospers.

I do not recommend. I recently moved from Lake Mary to Sanford . This is closest beauty supply store to my place . I walked in and made eye contact with the attendant, she did not greet me and I reciprocated same.I walked to the back of store to look around ( I was browsing and was not looking for anything in particular)The attendant got and followed me down several aisles and eventually we walked back to the front of the store together , where I walked out without purchasing anything.

I love their lace fronts!!! I got the 10 inch Jheri curl wig and I love it!!!

Not the friendliest service, especially if they know youre desperate for a wig. Trying to upsell an HD lace when it was clearly brown (has a funny smell once wet and it sheds like crazy).The saleswoman was okay, but kept trying to offer me cheaper options.. maybe because I was dressed down, idk, but it kind of offended me as I was in a quick hurry to find QUALITY hair, I never mentioned I had a price limit.Then when (I did) ask for $10 off at the register for taking the hair off of the mannequin, the owner/male gave me *quite an attitude*, saying the wig was already on sale, when HE was the one to ever open his mouth about a discount or giving me a break. TF?!Any way, try to support a local black hair vendor over them. Only went here because my Birthday hair didnt come in time.

This beauty supply store have absolutely EVERYTHING!! Affordable prices beautiful friendly people i wish Indiana had a 24K beauty supply store with beautiful friendly people as this store do. Oh I forgot to mention they dont follow you around the store like you a criminal they let you shop comfortably.

This store is requiring everyone to wear a mask to come in. The CDC said that only people recommended to wear a mask are people who are sick. The mask does not even protect you from anything. This use to be my favorite store but My experience with them though out this pandemic has been stressful because of the inconvenience. First it was you have to call to place an order, they wouldn’t let u in at all. (I needed to come in and try on wigs) Now they are forcing you to wear a mask to come in. I have not had this experience with any other store I’ve been in. I had to leave when I pulled up and saw the sign on the door because I didn’t have my mask. Stop changing all the rules.

I really enjoy coming to 24K Beauty store! The staff is always super friendly event when they are super busy, like on the weekends. I always get a smile and hello when I go in and the girls are super helpful. I can be indecisive and they are always patient and willing to help. I would recommend them to anyone, their selection is expansive and caters to a wide variety of customers. Most definitely the best place in Sanford and central Florida to get what you need...even a few extra things as well!

I went there to buy a human hair wig, and the attendant showed me a very pretty curly and silky unit. I was told I could part the wig wherever and however I wanted, and he told me he would knock $20 off the price, to stay under my budget.Come to find out the wig is not only sparse and missing a lot of hair in the front, it’s mostly straight, thin, and I can’t part it anywhere I want. Needless to say, I was taken for a ride, but I’ll be taking this wig back.

I love this hair store. Great prices and employees that dont follow you around the store. They have modern hair that is up to date and products for you hair that give it volume and shine. The owner is very nice and accommodating. He also gives really good deals on products and bundles. This is the only hair store in Seminole county where the employees are friendly, knowledgeable of hair and products and they have some sense!

Writing this review to just warn people to make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store. If you are like me and just shove your receipt in your wallet/purse, PLEASE DONT!!! I went in last week and purchased some braiding hair and accessories. I paid like I normally do and never looked at my receipt until I was cleaning out wallet. I just happened to look at the receipt and there were additional charges for items that I did not purchase. I am not sure if it was an accident but JUST BE CAREFUL!!!

The staff was friendly and there was a large selection of crochet hair, wigs, ponytails, and wefted hair. However, there was not a very good selection of bulk hair for micros. The only brand available was Janet Collection, which was going to cost approximately $300 because it was human hair. No disrespect but in my opinion the hair looked like and felt like a human mix or synthetic hair. So needless to say they did not have what I needed which was very disappointing.

They have a great selection of all items. Everyone who works in the store, have always been very attentive and helpful anytime I visit. I would definitely recommend this store.

This is the worst hair store I ever been to, he change the prices and cheats u out ur money. He tried to cheat me out of money on several occasions until I asked for a receipt.. he had bad quality of hair tat sheds so bad.. he will never get anymore of my money.. BAD BUSINESS!!!

Never going back! I was overcharged..when i called to let them know, the guy became upset. Not sure why because i think i Shouldve been the one mad. Thr girl that was trying to handle the situation was very nice. They did refund my money the next day but i will continue to go where customer service meets my expectations!

Nice selection of products and hair, but the store was so dirty and littered with trash on the floors. The staff were vacuuming and cleaning around the customers instead of doing that before they opened. It was really bad. But they were nice enough and the prices were decent.

Little girls hair bows are very cheap....1.00 a pk....I am from Atlanta and we pay at least 1.99 or better!!! Thank God for that blessing. 😁

The young women that work in this store are young minded, and the owner does not stop them from saying disrespectful things about his customers. He is in an urban community, yet he does not care if they treat his customer with disrespect. He only wants your money and could care less about how you are treated in the store. He needs to find more mature women who know that customers come first and there is a certain way you should carry your self, no matter what your job is.

Dont buy the heat cap attachment for dryer. It doesnt work, wasted money. I forgot to read receipt all sales final. I told rep and they said, well its a product. Save your $$.

I was happy to have found a beauty supply open on a Sunday that sold Shea butter, however, the customer service here is not good. The clerk who cashed me out had his phone on the register and he was FaceTiming someone while he cashed me out. They were talking about the person being drunk. Extremely unprofessional. I tried to return some dye I had purchased and I didn’t use it but somehow the dye waste in the bag and I didn’t know it and when I try to return it one of the cashiers it was a man and he said “there is no return policy” and threw my bag on the floor. Just was real rude and nasty.

Didnt know they had this location. I always frequent the location on highway 50. Glad Im aware of this location now.

Had almost everything I was looking for, but tried to charge me ridiculous prices for bundles & closures. They also lied about the bundle lengths so that they could charge me more. The bundles were nice, but not worth the prices they werent willing to lower.

First visit, great prices and great customer service. Will definitely be going back.
