09/11/2020 I visited this Shell and decided to wash my car. During autowash work upper brush starts to provide extreme pressure on my car and it moved with that pressure from front bumper till the rear bumper. Then it did stopped. I have try to get some help, but there was nobody at the shell and the nobody answered the phone. This is completely unacceptable business style. Suspension of car can be damaged.

Customer service and car wash - both are at best terrible. The $12 wash feels more like a basic $5 service. Stay away if possible. The agents working are as clueless as we most are about the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy.

I got gas and tried to get a car wash. I selected the car wash at the pump. It didnt give it or the gas discount to me. The clerk couldnt do anything for me and was less than helpful, vaguely blaming technology and recommending I get more gas. I already filled my tank! They really should give me a partial refund. I could have gotten gas cheaper somewhere else. I will never come back.
