This store looks like a Fallout wasteland. Empty shelves, the slip and fall hazards on the floor.. this store looks as if no one who works here cares. Just horrible 👎🏾

Surprised that it was actually a nice store.Wasnt disorganized. And items were not poor quality or about to expire. Had some nice items for crafts and kids too.

Store is a mess ot is unorganized they dont have a lot of things in stock either.

Their prices are unbelievable I love shopping here

Dollar Tree has a better variety of color books than 99 cents only stores. I know the toys are only $1.00 I wish they carries more on Peppa Pig & Ryans World. My daughter loves watching them.

Store was in a bit messy, butt the craft section has a ton of items compared to other locations Ive been too.

The line moved pretty quick and the employees were VERY polite and respectful too. 👍

Bad costumer service at this dollar tree with a particular assistant manager…. She is always in the office and when they call for back up Bc the lines are always long she never helps. I ask the cashier her name and she said Itziry .. bad representation for dollar tree…never coming back when she is in charge

Very bad experience I waited 15 mins in a very long line because they are under staff so if you are Senior or disabled dont go there to long of lines

It can improve by opening more cash registers. It was only one young lady and the line was pretty long.

The worker is not friendly,they treat customer wrong, throwing recipe at people, dont shop here

This store is one of the biggest dollar trees I’ve been to. It has way more selection than most dollar trees. My only issue with this one is that the book section is always a huge mess and you can’t find the workbooks without cleaning the area yourself.

Not too much to say about this place. its the dollar store. you go in you look for a few things that youre interested in and you leave. The staff are decently friendly and the place is decently stocked. I had no bad encounters there except I could not find the sponges that I was looking for lol

20 people in line and one register open not acceptable

EXCELLENT. A way to get good quality items at discount prices. I purchased two large bags, that would have cost me twice or three times the amount if I would have went to another store.

Its a huge Dollar tree, with a great selection, but the day I went there it was in such disarray. I am not sure if people go in the store and purposely throw items around or if its understaffed and they cant keep on top putting things away.

It Wasnt stocked as fully this time.

Everything is easy to find & the cashiers usually move fast. No complaints. Store is always clean & organized when I go.

Today was a good day to go shopping at the Dollar tree customer service there was two young ladies at the registers Itzhiry and Yuriana ,Itzhiry stop what she was doing to help me look for adult gloves, there wasn’t any on the floor so she went into the stock room and Brought out A box of gloves for women , I was so thankful because I work at night Stay in Dublin and it gets cold the long ride to Oakland so I am always looking for gloves scarf earmuffs to keep me warm on the cold night, So thankful to her because so many people in other stores say we don’t have and if they are not out on the flow especially Walmart associate, this dollar tree on 1933 Davis SanLeandro is doing it right great customer service , my store to shop at,,,,,,

It was perfect Because of the fact that Its raining its cold and I just want to find my items and head out the door and I did find everything paid Im back home Thank God.

Always able to find what I need, very seldom do they have a line out the door. Place keeps stocked and clean.

Slow survive with only one cashier open on a long line.

Very long lines only 2 lanes open for checkout stood in line for over 20 minutes

Lots of items to choose from, need more cashiers. Average line time is 45 minutes.

A lot of Difference, today The registers, was really doing a Very good and courteous atendance tree weeks ago a woman of approximate on 32 or Younger she really Make Me Feel like we the people are commiting felonies jus to go to by some milk and two packages of eggs not dosens was sixteen egss for two dollars, and two quarts of Milk, and no to expend more than Seven dollars because my pension is below the required amount of poverty, and my physical disable due to my total Hip replasment and my hands was burning due to the carpaltendonitis was so strong, she was waisting time on the phone and we was about twenty disable person on the line, so I tell Her I dont like Your attitude, So she star jeling In the register and close. And she send Me to other register. But any wday back to present, today the person at the register was so nice, and her attitude so much different to the other worker, thanks a lot for the very Ethics and human values. Today my Son And Me we enjoy the beautiful day thanks my friends of dollar tree.

Womens bathroom was locked. Had I been able to use the restroom then I could have take my time and shopped.

Realy bad experinceI went to the store with my childrens and my grandfather after shop in Walmart,The cashier told me i cant bring Walmart shopping cart into the storeI let her know i just wait at the entrance for my grandfather because him need buy something but She made me use her shopping cart just to wait at the entranceMy baby girl stuck her little fingers in that shopping cart and Start crying because the shopping cart have some hard plástic pice in front, i was realy madAnd the cashiers dont do nothingInsted they laughedI realy wonder how people can be so insensible and mean never back again.

The employees and manager are trash, disrespectful and anything but curtious. Never shopping her again. Unwilling to help someone who was obviously shopped at another store with a lot of bags. When I called to complain the manager blew me off and backed up their employees poor people skills.
