Customer service is absolutely nonexistent, which is shocking for a skincare company. Thank goodness I wasn’t having a bad reaction to a product! They boast that their customer service is “personal assistant” level, which is not true at all. There was a website error that caused my package to go undelivered and returned back to them. The post office was holding the package for me, they just needed TB to authorize the release. I got one reply from them when I first noticed the error while the order was still in transit to me. Their one and only reply said that they were “unable” to help. The almost $350 package was returned to them and they still refuse to issue a refund or reply to any emails.

Love their skincare. All my buddies have gotten hooked on this. My favorite is Renew Oil, Chebula and Vitamin C.

Been a customer since it was Marie Veronique Organics and Marie was in the shop. Always wonderful service and helpful tips. Great products that work and you can pronounce the ingredients. I find it amusing that its labeled as luxury simply because it doesnt have tons of synthetic compounds or cr*p in it. Love it!

Booked a facial, and now I’m ruined. I’m ruined in that I only want to use True Botanicals products from now on because they are absolutely transformational. My skin has never been happier, more hydrated, and clear of congestion and imperfections. I’m picky with my skincare regimen, and I’m going to slowly start switching everything over to TB.

Ive used the products once and I really like them but the container my body wash came in was broken so it didnt pump right. That was a bummer. Another bummer is the high price. So minus a star for those things.

I dont often write reviews, but my husband, now a skin care enthusiast said I must try these products and WOW Im impressed. My old tired skin has not looked so good in years as after a few months with the renew line. Cudos to True Botanicals.

Started using the Clear Products line recently and I couldnt be happier. My skin is doing great. The Vitamin C booster is perfect for scars.
